大学英语新的教学模式下,英语教师角色的把握至关重要。本研究使用了课堂观察、录音、访谈和问卷调查对一名教师的角色把握情况进行了个案研究。研究结果表明,被研究者很有意识地通过课堂和课外任务的安排来使自己的角色由"以教师... 大学英语新的教学模式下,英语教师角色的把握至关重要。本研究使用了课堂观察、录音、访谈和问卷调查对一名教师的角色把握情况进行了个案研究。研究结果表明,被研究者很有意识地通过课堂和课外任务的安排来使自己的角色由"以教师为中心的角色"逐步向"以学生为主体的角色"贴近。但是在具体实施的过程中还存在着很多问题,本研究旨在发现并解决其在教学的各个环节的角色定位方面所存在的问题,并给出适当的建议。 展开更多

Large classes usually present special challenges in terms of language teaching and learning. This paper reports on a study which dealt with teaching English to a large group of non-English majors in a traditional context at Xinjiang Normal University, China. An eclectic teaching mode was designed and a questionnaire was conducted together with three tests. The results show that the disadvantages of a large class can be minimized to some degree. 展开更多
