五大文化工程提升职工素质

近年来,农二师三十团工会充分发挥工会大学校作用,努力实施五大文化工程,不断提高职工素质,为推动团场的科学发展提供了强有力的人力资源支持。搭建体育活动平台。团工会逐步创建、完善和实施了以"双丰文化艺术节"为主体,以各种趣味活动为补充的体育活动工程。"迎新春"职工篮球赛已连续举办19年,参赛范围越来越广,技术水平越来越高,已成为该团最高水平的体育赛事之一。

一、出版业的面貌发生了很大的变化 10年来,在全国改革的大形势下,出版业的面貌发生了很大的变化,甚至可以说带有根本性质的变化。我个人从百科全书的爱好者变成为百科全书的编纂者,有幸实现多年的宿愿,感受尤深。我国的百科全书事业从无到有,而且在短短的10年间已开始向系列化发展。这样了不起的大文化工程得以展开,而且已见到前所未有的成果:《中国大百科全书》30多卷与渴求知识的广大读者见面,又有一批专业性百科全书,如医药百科、农业百科。

《中国美术分类全集》积极开拓合作出版
