控制电厂锅炉NO_x排放的对策和建议

在回顾国外低NOx燃烧技术研究和应用的基础上,结合我国低NOx燃烧技术水平和实际应用效果,针对即将出台的《火电厂大气污染排放标准》关于NOx排放量的限额,提出相应的技术对策和重点需研究的项目。

大型锅炉氮氧化物排放特性试验研究

针对两台300MW大型锅炉进行变煤种、变工况试验,研究煤种及运行工况对锅炉氮氧化物排放特性的影响。研究发现煤中含氮量与NOx排放量具有一定相关性,运行工况变化对NOx排放量也有一定影响。

火电厂排污新标将出脱硫脱硝行业开辟千亿市场

已达到全世界最严格水平的《火电厂大气污染排放标准》新一轮修订工作完成第二轮意见征求工作，出台步伐的加快，将对相关行业产生极大的影响。若满足其要求，现役7．07亿千瓦火电机组中，将有94％、80％～90％的机组需进行除尘、脱硫和脱硝改造，费用约2000亿～2500亿元。实施后将对火电脱硫改造、尾气脱硝、电袋除尘等领域形成显著拉动。

环保部：火电行业环保准入门槛提高

9月21日，环保部发布新修订的《火电厂大气污染排放标准》，新标准将于2012年1月1日起实施。这也是自2003年以来，环保部首次更新火电厂大气污染物排放标准。
