集中供热,这一节约能源、改善城市环境的有效措施,已被世界各工业发达国家广泛利用。目前集中供热数量最大的国家利用热电厂供热已占全部供热量的90%以上。西德实行集中供热后,每年至少节约标准煤200万吨。丹麦集中供热已遍及全国村镇... 集中供热,这一节约能源、改善城市环境的有效措施,已被世界各工业发达国家广泛利用。目前集中供热数量最大的国家利用热电厂供热已占全部供热量的90%以上。西德实行集中供热后,每年至少节约标准煤200万吨。丹麦集中供热已遍及全国村镇。国外这些经验是值得借鉴的。辽宁省是全国重工业基地,大中型企业多,能源消耗量大(占全国10%),能源利用率低,这说明余热资源丰富,节约能源的潜力很大。鞍山市一九七○年利用鞍钢化工总厂焦炉初冷煤气循环水(小时量四千立方米)供机关、学校、职工宿舍采暖,面积达126万平方米,停运了低效锅炉244台,每年节约煤6万吨,司炉工人1,246人,运煤、运碴汽车30辆,资金224万元。今年国家和辽宁省有关部门决定利用沈阳、旅大、鞍山、抚顺四个电厂和沈阳。 展开更多

In order to clarify the effect of condensate inundation on steam condensation in a large tube bundle, condensation heat transfer and the condensate flow pattern in the tube bundle have been experimentally investigated. Test tube bundle consists of 36 cooling tubes, 12 condensate supply tubes and 24 un-cooled dummy tubes. Cooling test tubes are made of copper and have an outer diameter of 19.1 mm and condensing length of 150 mm, Steam flows horizontally through the test tube bundle at gap velocities 15-27 m/s at pressures of 8.8 kPa. In this study, experimental data about condensate flow pattern and condensation heat transfer in a tube bundle were collected for the optimization of tube arrangement in large power plant condensers. 展开更多

This paper presents experiment results of the measurement conducted at the Roznew Dam power plant. For a course of starting and operating of turbo-plants, downstream face of the dam was monitored in relation to its eventual displacements on direction parallel to the construction axis. For the purpose of the experiment, geodetic measurement techniques and 2D DIC (digital image correlation) method (utilizing photographs of the object recorded with digital camera) were compared with regard to credibility, efficiency and accuracy. The vertical and horizontal displacements were monitored by tachometers measurements. The deformations in x-axis and y-axis on the wall surface was monitored by 2D DIC. It has been noticed that 2D DIC method is a surface method, continuous--not discreet. It allows for continuous observations of surface deformations, which is not possible in case of tachemetric measurements. Despite many advantages, the 2D DIC method lacks unambiguous evaluation of precision and relevance of designated displacements, which is rather significant for possibilities of utilization in technical control of large engineered objects. It should be also marked that the tachometric method is more reliable but is more laborious. Research of this type might comprise additional element for the assessment of the influence of dynamic loads, such as activating turbine water flow, onto the overall condition of the surveyed structure. 展开更多

The research object was high 120 m concrete gravity dam of the Angara Bratsk hydroelectric power plant. The state of the concrete dam is estimated based on the results of continuous supervision performed by site personnel as well as periodic monitoring. According to the classification of the interrelations in the system "concrete-environment", there were selected some important parts of dams and a comprehensive analysis of concrete was executed on these parts. Concerning the complex research of concrete, a combination of full-scale tests with core-sampling has been proposed. Core samples tests had an object to study the deep concrete layers and to determine the specific indicators such as strength, density, porosity, comparative diameter of capillary pores, CaO content in cement stone and others. Obtained findings and recommended criteria can be applied when selecting technologies for constructing dams that guarantee their durability in the north. 展开更多

Continuous measurements of speciated atmo- spheric mercury (Hg), including gaseous elemental mer- cury (GEM), particulate mercury (PHg), and reactive gaseous mercury (RGM) were conducted in Guizhou Pro- vince, southwestern China. Guiyang Power Plant (GPP), Guiyang Wujiang Cement Plant, Guizhou Aluminum Plant (GAP), and Guiyang Forest Park (GFP) in Guiyang were selected as study sites. Automatic Atmospheric Mercury Speciation Analyzers (Tekran 2537A) were used for GEM analysis. PHg and RGM were simultaneously collected by a manual sampling system, including elutriator, coupler/ impactor, KCl-coated annular denuder, and a filter holder. Results show that different emission sources dominate different species of Hg. The highest average GEM value was 22.2 ±28.3 ng·m-3 and the lowest 6.1 ± 3.9 ng·m-3, from samples collected at GPP and GAP, respectively. The maximum average PHg was 1984.9 pg·m-3 and the mini- mum average 55.9 pg·m-3, also from GPP and GAP, respectively. Similarly, the highest average RGM of 68.8 pg·m-3 was measured at GPP, and the lowest level of 20.5 pg·m-3 was found at GAP. We conclude that coal combustion sources are still playing a key role in GEM; traffic contributes significantly to PHg; and domestic pol- lution dominates RGM. 展开更多

This study examines the effects of nuclear phase-out and newly implemented FIT (feed-in tariff) at the TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company) jurisdiction. A power generation mix linear programming model is developed for the TEPCO jurisdiction up to 2030. Three results are found from this analysis. First, coal-fired power plants compensate for an abolishment of nuclear power generation when power mix is analyzed to maximum profits. Second, it is clarified that FIT provides competitiveness to wind power for potential and photovoltaics at the location where 15% of efficiency is expected at the TEPCO jurisdiction. Third, implementing FIT can decrease fossil-fuel dependency and CO2 emissions as much as planned nuclear power generation. However, system costs increase 4.61 trillion. 展开更多
