大线速度下超高压水射流破岩试验研究 被引量:2

高压水射流的破岩效果对高压水射流辅助掘进机破岩技术至关重要。为提升隧道掘进机工况下高压水射流辅助破岩的效率,开展大线速度下超高压水射流破岩试验,分析喷嘴移动线速度、射流压力和喷嘴直径对破岩效果的影响规律,并探究加磨料和... 高压水射流的破岩效果对高压水射流辅助掘进机破岩技术至关重要。为提升隧道掘进机工况下高压水射流辅助破岩的效率,开展大线速度下超高压水射流破岩试验,分析喷嘴移动线速度、射流压力和喷嘴直径对破岩效果的影响规律,并探究加磨料和射流形式对破岩效果的影响。试验结果表明,随喷嘴移动线速度增加,高压水射流的切割深度和切割宽度均近似线性减小;随射流压力增加,切割深度近似线性增大,压力从200 MPa提高到280 MPa,切割深度增加了72%~82%;喷嘴直径从0.35 mm增大到0.60 mm,切割深度增加了60%~85%。大线速度下加磨料后射流变发散,加磨料的切割深度小于纯水的切割深度,加磨料的切割宽度大于纯水的切割宽度。砂管束流射流模式的能量利用率更高,砂管束流的切割深度比长线射流的切割深度大35%~42%,砂管束流的切割宽度比长线射流的切割宽度大78%~85%。基于Crow切割岩石理论,通过试验数据回归分析,得到大线速度下超高压水射流切割深度半理论半经验预测模型,可为高压水射流辅助掘进机破岩技术中射流切割参数优化提供参考依据。研究成果对提升隧道掘进机工况下超高压水射流辅助破岩的效率是很有意义的。 展开更多

A mixed Weibull distribution represents a popu- lation that consists of several Weibull subpopulations. In this paper, a new approach which combines the least-squares method with Bayes’ theorem, takes advantage of the parameter estimation for single Weibull distribution is developed to estimate the pa- rameters of each subpopulation. The estimates given by this paper also satisfy the maximum likelihood equation. The estimates of the failure rate of the mixed Weibull population are given. An actual test data is computed by using the proposed method. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov goodness-of-fit test turns out that the proposed method yields more accurate result. 展开更多

Pattern matching is a fundamental approach to detect malicious behaviors and information over Internet, which has been gradually used in high-speed network traffic analysis. However, there is a performance bottleneck for multi-pattern matching on online compressed network traffic(CNT), this is because malicious and intrusion codes are often embedded into compressed network traffic. In this paper, we propose an online fast and multi-pattern matching algorithm on compressed network traffic(FMMCN). FMMCN employs two types of jumping, i.e. jumping during sliding window and a string jump scanning strategy to skip unnecessary compressed bytes. Moreover, FMMCN has the ability to efficiently process multiple large volume of networks such as HTTP traffic, vehicles traffic, and other Internet-based services. The experimental results show that FMMCN can ignore more than 89.5% of bytes, and its maximum speed reaches 176.470MB/s in a midrange switches device, which is faster than the current fastest algorithm ACCH by almost 73.15 MB/s. 展开更多

The theoretical model of axial ultrasonic vibration grinding force is built on the basis of a mathematical model of cutting deforming force deduced from the assumptions of thickness of the undeformed debris under Rayleigh distribution and a mathematical model of friction based on the theoretical analysis of relative sliding velocity of abrasive and workpiece. Then, the coefficients of the ultrasonic vibration grinding force model are calculated through analysis of nonlinear regression of the theoretical model by using MATLAB, and the law of influence of grinding depth, workpiece speed, frequency and amplitude of the mill on the grinding force is summarized after applying the model to analyze the ultrasonic grinding force. The result of the above-mentioned law shows that the grinding force decreases as frequency and amplitude increase, while increases as grinding depth and workpiece speed increase; the maximum relative error of prediction and experimental values of the normal grinding force is 11.47% and its average relative error is 5.41%; the maximum relative error of the tangential grinding force is 10.14% and its average relative error is 4.29%. The result of employing regression equation to predict ultrasonic grinding force approximates to the experimental data, therefore the accuracy and reliability of the model is verified. 展开更多
