为了进一步探究青海省达日县耗牛腹泻性大肠杆菌病的流行情况,笔者对某发病养殖场开展了大肠杆菌分离鉴定试验。采集了20份耗牛粪便样本,进行细菌分类鉴定和药物敏感性试验。分离得到的细菌形态特征、培养特征、生化特征与大肠杆菌一致... 为了进一步探究青海省达日县耗牛腹泻性大肠杆菌病的流行情况,笔者对某发病养殖场开展了大肠杆菌分离鉴定试验。采集了20份耗牛粪便样本,进行细菌分类鉴定和药物敏感性试验。分离得到的细菌形态特征、培养特征、生化特征与大肠杆菌一致。分离株对庆大霉素、硫酸新霉素、恩诺沙星敏感率为100%;对链霉素、四环素、土霉素表现出耐药。不规范的用药行为会导致大肠杆菌的耐药性显著增强。在今后的临床诊断和用药过程中,一定要进行科学诊断,精准识别,保证防治方案的针对性和合理性。 展开更多

对獭兔腹泻病的病原进行分离、动物回归、病原鉴定、药物敏感试验等系统研究,结果表明:獭兔腹泻病的病原是大肠杆菌,具有较强的致病性,且对养兔生产上常用的药物产生严重的耐药性。

In this study,a synthesized quadruple antigenic epitope gene region of the classical swine fever virus (CSFV)E2 glycoprotein was expressed in E.coli to a obtain target protein.This target protein was used as a coating antigen to establish an indirect ELISA for specifically detecting anti-CSFV antibodies in serum samples from pigs.The P/N cut-off value of this assay was 1.92 by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis based on 30 negative sera and 80 positive samples.The test gave 97.5%sensitivity and 96.7%specificity compared with the indirect hemagglutination(IHA)test.The inter-assay and intra-assay coefficients of variation (CVs)for 16 sera were both≤6.8%.No cross-reactivity between the coating antigen and anti-bovine viral diarrhoea virus(BVDV)antibodies was observed. 展开更多

In the present study,we aimed to investigate the effects of Polygonum hydropiper aqueous extract(PHE)on the expression levels of inflammatory cytokines and cytochrome P450(CYPs)in mice with E.coli-induced diarrhea.BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the control group,model group,enrofloxacin-treated group,and two PHE-treated groups with different doses.The diarrhea model was established by intraperitoneal injection of enteropathogenic E.coli(EPEC)in mice.The enrofloxacin-treated group was given enrofloxacin at 5 mg/kg by intragastric gavage(i.g.)for 11 d.PHE-treated groups were given PHE at 5 g/kg and 10 g/kg by i.g.for 11 d.The histopathological characteristics of the duodenum and liver were observed by HE staining.The levels of inflammatory cytokines and CYPs in the duodenum and liver of mice were determined by ELISA.The m RNA and protein expressions of CYPs were determined by q RT-PCR and Western blotting analysis,respectively.The results showed that PHE could significantly alleviate the injury of the duodenum and liver induced by EPEC infection,reduce the contents and m RNA expressions of inflammatory cytokines,and regulate the m RNA and protein expressions of the major subtypes of CYPs.These findings indicated that PHE had an apparent therapeutic effect on EPEC-induced diarrhea,and its mechanism might be related to inhibition of inflammatory cytokines and regulation of CYPs. 展开更多
