改革开放以来,我国出境人员数量逐年上升,海外利益不断拓展,由此引发的海外安全问题多元化使我国的领事保护工作面临巨大挑战。当前,我国领事保护正处在一个大发展时期,但由于海外领事保护的任务重、责任大、民众期望值高,其进一步发展... 改革开放以来,我国出境人员数量逐年上升,海外利益不断拓展,由此引发的海外安全问题多元化使我国的领事保护工作面临巨大挑战。当前,我国领事保护正处在一个大发展时期,但由于海外领事保护的任务重、责任大、民众期望值高,其进一步发展面临人员配比严重失衡、实施主体单一、缺乏资金保障、领事保护立法缺失等问题。针对上述情况,我们建议:增加编制、实行人员定期培训、增聘外籍雇员以强化人力资源保障措施;构建"大领事"格局,实施机制体制创新;树立"大领保"观念,实现工作理念升级;设立领事保护专项基金;加快完善立法,对日常和应急状态下的领事保护程序加以规范。 展开更多

Implication of these devices is enormous for business community and healthcare domain is not an exception to this phenomena. This research paper provides some useful findings about the use of PDA's in the healthcare environment through actual usage of PDA in the healthcare ward. A qualitative and quantitative approach is adopted to explore these phenomena due to the exploratory nature of the research. Findings of this study identify some of the motivators and issues associated with the wireless handheld technology in healthcare environment. Furthermore, it is also found that these wireless handheld devices can help to improve the quality of care through better decision making processes. This study is limited to only one sate of Australian and further research is needed to see the implication of the findings to wider community and other domains in the Australian environment. 展开更多

Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) are ligand-activated transcription factors known to play a pivotal role in regulations of metabolism. In order to yield soluble ligand binding domain of PPARδ (PPARδLBD) for screening ligands, the cDNA was amplified using total RNA from HepG2 cells by RT-PCR. Then the enzyme-digested product was inserted . downstream of the malE gene in the vectorpMAL-p2x, which encoded maltose-binding protein (MBP), resulting in the expression of an MBP-PPARδLBD fusion protein. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into E. coli TBI that was cultured shakily at 30 ℃, 200 r/min and induced by 0.4 mmol/L IPTG for 6 h. The cells were harvested by centrifugation and broken by sonication. The expressed fusion protein was soluble and accounted for 0.31 of the total protein in the supernatant. Western blot analysis showed that the expressed MBP-PPARδLBD could bind to anti-MBP-antibody. The MBP-PPARδLBD fusion protein of 77 kDa and the PPARδLBD protein of 34 kDa were obtained by amylose-resin affinity chromatography without or with digestion of Factor Xa. They were both homogeneity, judged by SDS-PAGE. The recombinant MBP-PPARδLBD and PPARδLBD protein with high purity is obtained, which provides the necessary material for screening and researching PPARδ ligands. 展开更多

Different models have been proposed in corporate finance literature for predicting the risk of firm's bankruptcy and insolvency. In spite of the large amount of empirical findings, significant issues are still unsolved. In this paper, the authors developed dynamic statistical models for bankruptcy prediction of Italian firms in the industrial sector by using financial indicators. The model specification has been obtained via different variable selection techniques, and the predictive accuracy of the proposed default risk models has been evaluated at various horizons by means of different accuracy measures. The reached results give evidence that dynamic models have a better performance in any of the considered scenarios. 展开更多

Because the visible light-curable(VLC) system causes no biological damage, it is popular as a dental material and is being investigated by many researchers for other medical applications. Here, the principle of the VLC system is explained and recent progress in key components including photoinitiators, monomers, macromers, and prepolymers is discussed. Finally, biomedical applications for drug delivery and soft tissue engineering are reviewed. Considering the recent development of VLC systems, its importance in the field of medical applications is expected to continue to increase in the future. 展开更多

The CRISPR-Cas system, especially the type II CRISPR-Cas9 system from Streptococcuspyogenes, has rapidly emerged as a popular genome editing tool. The development of Cas9 derivatives further expanded the toolbox of CRISPR- Cas9 based genome editing kit. However, therapeutic transla- tion of the CRISPR-Cas9 system in vivo is severely impeded by the absence of an appropriate delivery carrier. The complex- ity and high molecular weight of the CRISPR-Cas9 system, together with the physiological barriers for nucleus targeted cargo transportation have made it a huge challenge for in vivo therapeutic CRISPR-Cas9 delivery. Currently, the main stream carriers for systemic delivery of CRISPR-Cas9 are vi- ral based, such as adeno-associated virus. However, the safety concerns surrounding viral vectors call for the development of non-viral nanocarriers. In this review, we survey the recent advances in the development of non-viral delivery systems for CRISPR-Cas9. Challenges and future directions in this field are also discussed. 展开更多

In particular, TENG has great potential in the field of human-health care due to its small size, self-powered and low cost. With the continuous deepening of TENG research, its structure, function and technical concept are becoming more and more abundant. In order to summarize the progress and development status of TENG in health care, based on the different types of applications subdirection, this paper reviews the TENG-based research work of this field in recent eight years. The characteristics of various types of TENG-based applications and their corresponding technologies are introduced and analyzed, under the comparison of their structure and performance. This review is dedicated to provide reference and inspiration for the future development and innovation of TENG for health care. 展开更多
