In this paper, the aerosol optical data of Tianjin coastal area from April 2010 toMay 2011 were observed by using the CE317 Solar Photometer, and the aerosol opticalproperties were analyzed. The results show that: Aerosol Optical Thickness (AOT)spectra are basically in accord with Angstrom relationship; there are three basic typesof AOT daily variations, which are rising type, levelling type, and declining type; inTianjin Coastland, the mean value of AOT is highest in autumn, which is 0.686. Thevalue is lower in spring and summer, and hits the lowest point in winter. Angstromexponent α increases successively from spring, summer, autumn to winter. Due to thedusty, the angstrom exponent α in spring is lowest, the mean of which is 0.854.Compared with Qingdao Coastland, the atmospheric aerosol optical properties presentcharacteristics of regionality.展开更多

On the one hand, these districts are characterized by severe hydrometeorological conditions. On the other hand, Russia has no applicable legislation on coastal issues. Thus, to prepare informational, theoretical and methodical bases for organization of sustained nature management in coastal zones of the Russian Federation, we developed hierarchy structure of delimitation of coastal areas and recommendations for their development on the basis of nature resource and social-economic zoning. Zoning of the Russian Far East is suggested to include two major directions： （1） planning of sustainable development of the region and （2） solving contradictions between fisheries and productions of oil and gas in the coastal zones.展开更多
Based on faults surveying and research data in the Tianjin offshore areas,through studying tectonic structure,Quaternary activity,deep structure,stress and strain fields and seismicity in the Tianjin offshore areas,th...Based on faults surveying and research data in the Tianjin offshore areas,through studying tectonic structure,Quaternary activity,deep structure,stress and strain fields and seismicity in the Tianjin offshore areas,the activity and tectonic features of the faults are determined synthetically.Using seismo-geological data,and the historical and modern seismicity data,the frequency-magnitude relationship model normalized by 500a is established and based on the relationship between the upper limit of maximum magnitude M u and a t/b,the maximum magnitudes of the sea section of the Haihe river fault and the Haiyi fault are calculated.Then Poisson probability model is adopted and the quantitative parameters,such as the maximum magnitude,occurrence probability,recurrence cycle of the faults in the south Tianjin offshore areas in the coming 50～200a,are calculated.展开更多
