Why these anomalies occur and whether they have any significant value for the exploration of oil and gas reservoirs are questions that geophysicists are mostly concerned about and study. We analyze the cause of the formation of surface loess susceptibility anomalies in oil and gas areas, process the observations of the susceptibility of loess samples taken from an oil and gas area in western China with proper mathematical methods, and determine the background value of loess susceptibility. These results are used to determine oil and gas prospect areas with a numeric evaluation factor based on the susceptibility anomalies. Actual oil wells have verified that using the susceptibility anomalies to indicate the location of oil and gas reservoirs is valid.展开更多

The subsidence history curve pattern and the subsidence chorisogram during every subsi...Using a back-stripping method, our paper simulated the subsidence history of the eastern depression in the North Yellow Sea Basin. The subsidence history curve pattern and the subsidence chorisogram during every subsiding period were exposed. Combining with the regional geologic background and the distribution features of the subsiding centers in every period, a contrasting study of the pattern and the classical subsidence history curves shows the subsi- dence history is made up of Mesozoic (J3-K1) and Cenozoic (E2-Q) subsiding cycles. The two subsiding cycles are separated by the late Cretaceous and Paleocene (K2-E1) uplift denudation. Both subsiding cycles have the characteristics of an extension basin. The rapid subsidence during the late Jurassic and Eocene is equivalent to the initial subsiding phases in both cycles.. The slow subsidence of both, the early Cretaceous and Neogene, can be regarded as thermal sub-sidence phases .展开更多

Experiments were carried out ...In the paper, the gas-liquid two-phase flow performance and desulfurisation performance of the gas-liquid screen scrubber were experimentally studied when limestone was used as absorbent. Experiments were carried out at varying the flue gas velocity and slurry flux in concurrent and countercurrent tower respectively. The experimental results showed that the flow resistance of absorber increased rapidly with an increase of the flue gas velocity whether in concurrent or in countereurrent tower, and the up trend of the flow resistance in the cotmtercurrent tower was higher than those in the concurrent one. The influence of the flue gas velocity on the flow resistance of absorber was more than those of the slurry flux density. Whether in the concurrent tower or in the cotmtercurrent one, increasing the flue gas velocity or the slurry flux density would enhance the desulphurization efficiency. The influence of the slurry flux density on the desulfurisation efficiency was greater than those of the flue gas velocity.展开更多
Structural cracks can change the frequency response function (FRF) of an offshore platform. Thus, FRF shifts can be used to detect cracks. When a crack at a specific location and magnitude occurs in an offshore struct...Structural cracks can change the frequency response function (FRF) of an offshore platform. Thus, FRF shifts can be used to detect cracks. When a crack at a specific location and magnitude occurs in an offshore structure, changes in the FRF can be measured. In this way, shifts in FRF can be used to detect cracks. An experimental model was constructed to verify the FRF method. The relationship between FRF and cracks was found to be non-linear. The effect of multiple cracks on FRF was analyzed, and the shift due to multiple cracks was found to be much more than the summation of FRF shifts due to each of the cracks. Then the effects of noise and changes in the mass of the jacket on FRF were evaluated. The results show that significant damage to a beam can be detected by dramatic changes in the FRF, even when 10% random noise exists. FRF can also be used to approximately locate the breakage, but it can neither be efficiently used to predict the location of breakage nor the existence of small hairline cracks. The FRF shift caused by a 7% mass change is much less than the FRF shift caused by the breakage of any beam, but is larger than that caused by any early cracks.展开更多
Three dimensional geophysical models were abstracted and established according to characteristics of oil and gas reservoir.Then direct current fields for different models were simulated with finite element software(fi...Three dimensional geophysical models were abstracted and established according to characteristics of oil and gas reservoir.Then direct current fields for different models were simulated with finite element software(finite element program generator) by hole-to-surface resistivity method.Numerical solution was compared with analytical one for the homogeneity earth model.And a new parameter of deviation rate was proposed by analyzing different plot curves.The results show that the relative error of solution for homogeneity earth model may attain to 0.043%.And deviation rate decreases from 18% to 1% and its anomaly range becomes wide gradually when the depth of oil and gas reservoir increases from 200 to 1 500 m.If resistivity ratio of oil and gas reservoir to sur-rounding rock decreases from 100 to 10 for the resistive oil and gas reservoir,the amplitude attenuation of deviation rate nearly reaches 8%.When there exists stratum above oil and gas reservoir,and influence of resistive stratum may be eliminated or weakened and anomaly of oil and gas reservoir can be strengthened.展开更多

The results show that the currency exposure does vary in the oil-gas stock prices throughout the bull and bear market. The study suggests that the models of the equilibrium exchange rate exposure must be extended to considering the nonlinear exchange rate exposure, the regime periods of bull and bear market, and the industry types that is sensitive to the currency exposures. The nonlinear dynamic relationship between the exchange rate changes and the Chinese energy stock prices throughout the bull and bear market add to the recent empirical evidences that foreign exchange markets and stock markets are closely correlated.展开更多

There exist lots of groups of fault structures with strikes of NNE(or NE),NW, near NS and EW etc., of which the faults with strikes of NNE and NW play an important controlling role on present-day structural framework of the depression. The faults with near NS-striking and EW-striking deeply affect the establishment of structural framework of basement of the depression. Although most of the fractures are filled by calcite and other minerals, under the action of later structural stress, the earlier fractures could change their features into tensional ones. The optimal factor of degradation of vegetable oil floating on water using CoPcS/TiO2/beads was studied. The result showed that the removal rate of vegetable oil floating on water can highly reach 90% at the optimal condition (acidity or neutrality, 375W medium-pressure mercury vapour lamp, illumination 2h-3h, lg CoPcS/TiO2/beads). The photocatalytic removal efficiency causing by CoPcS/TiO2/beads was increased rapidly by adding a trace amount of H2O2.展开更多

The current fossil fuel energy system must be improved to ensure a better and cleaner transportation future for the world. Despite the fact that the marine transportation sector consumes only 5% of global petroleum production; it is responsible for 15% of the world NOx and SOx emissions. These figures must be the engine that powers the scientific research worldwide to develop new solutions for a very old energy problem. In this paper, the most effective types of marine power plants were discussed. The history of the development of each type was presented first and the technical aspects were discussed second. Also, the fuel ceils as a new type of power plants used in marine sector were briefed to give a complete overview of the past, present and future of the marine power plants development. Based on the increased worldwide concerns regarding harmful emissions, many researchers have introduced solutions to this problem, including the adoption of new cleaner fuels. We use a technique of dynamic waveform matching to build cross-well stratigraphic correlation relationships and automatically draw a path diagram of the cross-well stratigraphic contrast through piecewise line fitting, log character extraction, match cost calculation, and etc.. After analyzing many structure path diagrams between wells, 30 path patterns for normal faults, reverse faults, unconformities, synsedimentary faults, listric faults, pinch-outs, and so on were summarized and the path diagram patterns and correlation conceptions are presented. Natural zeolite from Klaten was activated using hydrothermal treatment at temperature 500 ℃ for 6 h (produced ZAAHd), the ZA sample was treated with hydrothermal followed by Microwave (produced ZAAHdM), the ZA sample was treated with HCI 3 N at temperature of 90 ℃ for 30 min (produced ZAAH), the ZAAH sample was heated in to microwave (produced ZAAHM), the ZAAHM was treated hydrothermal (produced ZAAHMHd), the ZAAHMHd sample was heated in to microwave (produced ZAAHMHdM), soaking of natural zeolit activated by HCl-microwave-hydrothermal-microwave in NH4NO3 1 N which was stirred using stirer at room temperature for 24 h (produced ZAAHMHdMN) and the ZAAHMHdMN sample was heated into microwave (ZAAHMHdMNM). The heating process by microwave was conducted at 550 watt for 15 rain. Catalyst characterization involved determination of the number of total acid sites using gravimetric method with vapour adsorption of NH3 and pyridine, catalyst crystallinity by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and TO4 (T= Si and AI) site by infra red spectrophotometer (IR). Hydrocracking of waste lubricants oil was performed in a fixed bed reactor of stainless steel at temperature of 450 ℃, H2 flow rate of 15 mL/min., feed/catalyst ratio of 5. Liquid products of the hydrocracking were analyzed using GC (gas chromatography). The characterization results showed that various modification of natural zeolite increased acidity and dealumination degree of the catalysts. Products of the hydrocracking were liquid, coke, and gas fractions. Liquid products consisted of gasoline fraction (C5-C12), diesel fraction (C12-C20), and heavy oil fraction (〉 C20).Thc conversion of liquid products was increased with the increase of catalyst acidity. The greatest liquid product conversion was produced by the ZAAHMHdMNM catalyst, i.e., 56.80%, with selectivity towards gasoline, diesel, and heavy oil fractions was 88.37%, 8.61% and 3.02%, respectively. The increase of catalyst acidity increased the selectivity of gasoline fraction.展开更多

These figures must be the engine that powers the scientific research worldwide to develop new solutions for a very old energy problem. In this paper, the most effective types of marine power plants were discussed. The history of the development of each type was presented first and the technical aspects were discussed second. Also, the fuel ceils as a new type of power plants used in marine sector were briefed to give a complete overview of the past, present and future of the marine power plants development. Based on the increased worldwide concerns regarding harmful emissions, many researchers have introduced solutions to this problem, including the adoption of new cleaner fuels. This paper was guided using the same trend and by implementing the hydrogen as fuel for marine internal combustion engine, gas turbines, and fuel cells.
文摘This paper discusses the designing plan of ORACLE-based Bohai Sea engineering geology database structure from requisition analysis, conceptual structure analysis, logical structure analysis, physical structure analysis and security designing. In the study, we used the object-oriented Unified Modeling Language (UML) to model the conceptual structure of the database and used the powerful function of data management which the object-oriented and relational database ORACLE provides to organize and manage the storage space and improve its security performance. By this means, the database can provide rapid and highly effective performance in data storage, maintenance and query to satisfy the application requisition of the Bohai Sea Oilfield Paradigm Area Information System.

文摘The analysis of strata between wells is fundamental in the study of oil and gas reservoirs. Automatic analysis of strata between wells, based on stratigraphic division of well logs, is realized using computer techniques. We use a technique of dynamic waveform matching to build cross-well stratigraphic correlation relationships and automatically draw a path diagram of the cross-well stratigraphic contrast through piecewise line fitting, log character extraction, match cost calculation, and etc.. After analyzing many structure path diagrams between wells, 30 path patterns for normal faults, reverse faults, unconformities, synsedimentary faults, listric faults, pinch-outs, and so on were summarized and the path diagram patterns and correlation conceptions are presented. The application analysis in Dagang Oil Field shows that this method is effective.

文摘Modification and characterization of natural zeolite under some various methods for hydrocracking catalyst of waste lubricant to gasoline and diesel fractions have been conducted. Natural zeolite from Klaten was activated using hydrothermal treatment at temperature 500 ℃ for 6 h (produced ZAAHd), the ZA sample was treated with hydrothermal followed by Microwave (produced ZAAHdM), the ZA sample was treated with HCI 3 N at temperature of 90 ℃ for 30 min (produced ZAAH), the ZAAH sample was heated in to microwave (produced ZAAHM), the ZAAHM was treated hydrothermal (produced ZAAHMHd), the ZAAHMHd sample was heated in to microwave (produced ZAAHMHdM), soaking of natural zeolit activated by HCl-microwave-hydrothermal-microwave in NH4NO3 1 N which was stirred using stirer at room temperature for 24 h (produced ZAAHMHdMN) and the ZAAHMHdMN sample was heated into microwave (ZAAHMHdMNM). The heating process by microwave was conducted at 550 watt for 15 rain. Catalyst characterization involved determination of the number of total acid sites using gravimetric method with vapour adsorption of NH3 and pyridine, catalyst crystallinity by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and TO4 (T= Si and AI) site by infra red spectrophotometer (IR). Hydrocracking of waste lubricants oil was performed in a fixed bed reactor of stainless steel at temperature of 450 ℃, H2 flow rate of 15 mL/min., feed/catalyst ratio of 5. Liquid products of the hydrocracking were analyzed using GC (gas chromatography). The characterization results showed that various modification of natural zeolite increased acidity and dealumination degree of the catalysts. Products of the hydrocracking were liquid, coke, and gas fractions. Liquid products consisted of gasoline fraction (C5-C12), diesel fraction (C12-C20), and heavy oil fraction (〉 C20).Thc conversion of liquid products was increased with the increase of catalyst acidity. The greatest liquid product conversion was produced by the ZAAHMHdMNM catalyst, i.e., 56.80%, with selectivity towards gasoline, diesel, and heavy oil fractions was 88.37%, 8.61% and 3.02%, respectively. The increase of catalyst acidity increased the selectivity of gasoline fraction.

The present study aim is identify and analyze the impacts, local and regional, due to the introduction of the production of oil and gas (originating layer known aspre-salt) in the city of Santos, Sao Paulo, Brazil. The current state of development of a software monitoring indicator is aimed at assessing the present stage and monitor the process of participatory governance in the network of production of oil and gas in Santo is presented here.
