研究了TC4-DT钛合金的热变形行为,并通过计算机绘制了该合金的加工图。结果表明,随着应变速率的增加和变形温度的减小,TC4-DT钛合金流变应力变大。其加工失稳区主要集中在应变速率较大的区域内。

该文基于微分求积法(DQM),对立管的参激振动问题进行了研究,通过对比数值解与理论解,论证了微分求积法在处理Mathieu方程方面的可靠性;在此基础上对比不同阻尼参数下立管的参激稳定性,得出阻尼越大立管参数稳定性越好,且频率越高,阻尼... 该文基于微分求积法(DQM),对立管的参激振动问题进行了研究,通过对比数值解与理论解,论证了微分求积法在处理Mathieu方程方面的可靠性;在此基础上对比不同阻尼参数下立管的参激稳定性,得出阻尼越大立管参数稳定性越好,且频率越高,阻尼作用越明显;最后,计算不同管内流速时立管的参激稳定性,得出在特定频段处流速增加会降低立管参数稳定性的结论。该文提出的方法,可以在立管系统的设计阶段评判立管的参激振动特性,并且得出的结论可以对避免立管发生参激失稳提供指导意见。 展开更多

分别利用失稳图和功率耗散图确定BT25钛合金失稳变形组织和动态再结晶变形组织的热力参数边界条件,并将其输入到Deform-3D有限元软件中,使加工图技术与有限元技术能够进行有效结合。利用二次开发后的软件对BT25钛合金在变形温度为950~1... 分别利用失稳图和功率耗散图确定BT25钛合金失稳变形组织和动态再结晶变形组织的热力参数边界条件,并将其输入到Deform-3D有限元软件中,使加工图技术与有限元技术能够进行有效结合。利用二次开发后的软件对BT25钛合金在变形温度为950~1100℃和应变速率0.001~1 s^(−1)的条件下进行失稳变形组织和动态再结晶行为的模拟和预测,并通过对比金相组织,验证了该模拟结果的可靠性。结果表明,流动应力随变形温度的升高或应变速率的降低而降低;失稳变形组织集中在低温、高应变速率区域;高温和低应变速率均有利于动态再结晶(DRX)行为;微观组织的观察结果与模拟预测的结果吻合较好,说明本研究提出的加工图技术与有限元技术相结合的方法对模拟与预测金属锻造过程中的失稳变形组织和DRX行为是可行的。 展开更多

Hot compression tests were conducted on a Gleeble-1500D thermal simulating tester.Based on the deformation behavior and microstructural evolution of superalloy GH79,different types of instability criteria of PRASAD,GEGEL,MALAS,MURTY and SEMIATIN were compared,and the physical significance of parameters was analyzed.Meanwhile,the processing maps with different instability criteria were obtained.It is shown that instability did not occur when average power dissipation rate was larger than 60%in the temperature range of 900-930°C and 960-1080°C,corresponding to the strain rate range of 5×10 -4 -1.8×10 -1 s -1 and 5×10 -4 -1.5×10 -1 s -1 ,respectively.The two domains are appropriate for the processing deformation of superalloy GH79. 展开更多

A method is proposed for prediction of the unstable deformation in hot forging process using both the determined thermomechnical parameter windows of the unstable deformation zones and finite element simulation. Taking Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si alloy as the testing material, the thermomechnical parameter windows of the unstable deformation zones for the Ti-alloy are integrated into a commercial finite element simulation software platform. The distribution and variation of the unstable deformation zones of the alloy in hot compression process are simulated and predicted using the tailor-made finite element codes in the finite element platform. The simulation results tally with the physical experiments and the proposed method for simulation and prediction of the unstable deformation is thus verified and its efficiency is validated. 展开更多

Hot compression behavior of Al6061/Al2O3nanocomposite was investigated in the temperature range of350-500°C andthe strain rate range of0.0005-0.5s-1,in order to determine the optimum conditions for the hot workability of nanocomposite.Theactivation energy of285kJ/mol for the hot compression test is obtained by using hyperbolic sine function.By means of dynamicmaterial model(DMM)and the corresponding processing map,safe zone for the hot workability of AA6061/Al2O3is recognized attemperature of450°C and strain rate of0.0005s-1and at temperature of500°C and the strain rate range of0.0005-0.5s-1,with themaximum power dissipation efficiency of38%.Elongated and kinked grains are observed at400°C and strain rate of0.5s-1due tothe severe deformation. 展开更多

A distortion identification technique is presented based on Hilbert-Huang transform to identify distortion model and distortion frequency of distorted real-world image sequences. The distortion model is identified simply based on Hilbert marginal spectral analysis after empirical mode decomposing. And distortion frequency is identified by analyzing the occurrence frequency of instantaneous frequency components of every intrinsic mode functions. Rational digital frequency filter with suitable cutoff frequency is designed to remove undesired fluctuations based on identification results. Experimental results show that this technique can identify distortion model and distortion frequency of displacement sequence accurately and efficiently. Based on identification results, distorted image sequence can be stabilized effectively. 展开更多

通过对真空非自耗电弧炉制备的Nb-16Si-22Ti-2Cr-2Al-2Hf-xFe(x=0, 1,2, 3, 5, at%) 5种铌硅合金的热变形行为进行探索和研究,分别绘制了5种铌硅合金的热加工图,并分析了不同变形参数下合金显微组织的变化,确定了各合金的最佳变形工艺范... 通过对真空非自耗电弧炉制备的Nb-16Si-22Ti-2Cr-2Al-2Hf-xFe(x=0, 1,2, 3, 5, at%) 5种铌硅合金的热变形行为进行探索和研究,分别绘制了5种铌硅合金的热加工图,并分析了不同变形参数下合金显微组织的变化,确定了各合金的最佳变形工艺范围,为后续铌硅合金的设计及热加工研究提供了理论依据。合金耗散效率因子η的最大值出现在低应变速率及高温区域;最小值则出现在低温和高应变速率区域。不同Fe含量合金的热加工图中均存在失稳变形区,主要分布区域与低耗散效率因子区重合,同时,失稳区晶粒明显拉长,晶界出现弯曲扭折现象,晶粒大小分布不均匀,发生了局部塑性流动。稳定变形区存在链状的动态再结晶组织,细小的再结晶晶粒沿晶界分布,随着变形温度的升高和应变速率的降低,动态再结晶晶粒的尺寸增大。 展开更多

Wrinkling and buckling of nano-films on the compliant substrate are always induced due to thermal deformation mismatch.This paper proposes effective means to control the surface wrinkling of thin film on the compliant substrate,which exploits the curvatures of the curve cracks designed on the stiff film.The procedures of the method are summarized as:1)curve patterns are fabricated on the surface of PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane)substrate and then the aluminum film with the thickness of several hundred nano-meters is deposited on the substrate;2)the curve patterns are transferred onto the aluminum film and lead to cracking of the film along the curves.The cracking redistributes the stress in the compressed film on the substrate;3)on the concave side of the curve,the wrinkling of the film surface is suppressed to be identified as shielding effect and on the convex side the wrinkling of the film surface is induced to be identified as inductive effect.The shielding and inductive effects make the dis-ordered wrinkling and buckling controllable.This phenomenon provides a potential application in the fabrication of flexible electronic devices. 展开更多
