Methods. A treatment group of 68 patients received acupuncture of bilateral points Fengchi(GB 20), Tianzhu(BL 10) and Wangu(GB 12) and a control group of 40 patients took orally Nimodipine and Oryzanol. The curative effect was evaluated in both groups after two courses of treatment. Results: The total efficacy rate was 92.7% and 72.5% and the control rate was 45.6% and 22.5%, respectively, in the two groups. Conclusion: Acupuncture is significantly more effective than Western medicine in treating migraine.展开更多
