Various powders ...To develop near-infrared (NIR) reflectance spectroscopic methods for the quantitative analysis of cefoperazone sodium/ sulbactam sodium from different manufacturers for injection powder medicaments. Various powders of cefoperazone sodium/ sulbactam sodium were directly analyzed by non-destructive NIR reflectance spectroscopy using the spectrometer EQUINOX55. Two quantitative methods via integrating sphere (IS) and fiberoptic probe (FOP) models were explored from 6 batches of commercial samples and 42 batches of laboratory samples at a content ranging from 30% to 70% for cefoperazone and 60% to 20% for sulbactam. The root mean square errors of cross validation (RMSECV) and the root mean square errors of prediction (RMSEP) of IS were 1.79% and 2.85%, respectively, for cefoperazone sodium, and were 1.86% and 3.08%, respectively, for sulbactam sodium; and those of FOP were 2.93% and 2.92%, respectively, for cefoperazone sodium, and were 2.23% and 3.01%, respectively, for sulbactam sodium. Based on the ICH guidelines and Ref. 12, the quantitative models were then evaluated in terms of specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, robustness and model transferability. The non-destructive quantitative NIR methods used in this study are applicable for rapid analysis of injectable powdered drugs from different manufacturers.展开更多

Isi was suppressed from a peak value of8.8± 1.6μA to 5.7± 1.8μA, The results indicated that DSPM has a selective blocking effect on calcium channel.展开更多

The headway reg...The common phenomenon of uneven headway in bus service is explored based on the automatic vehicle location (AVL) data of Route 2 in Yichun City of Jiangxi province from 6:00 to 9:00 in the morning. The headway regularity of two stages 6: 00--7:00 and 7: 00--9:00 is comparatively analyzed, and it is found that both the traffic conditions and the passenger demand affect headway regularity. A bus arrival model, which assumes that the dwell time of a bus is linear in headway, is built to probe the effect of scheduled headway, and the model is simulated by Matlab. The simulation results reveal that the departure intervals and fluctuations affect headway regularity. Longer intervals and less fluctuation mean higher regularity of headway. And, the fluctuation has a more obvious influence on headway regularity than the interval. Controlling the fluctuations of scheduled headway can effectively raise the regularity of headway and improve the level of public transport service.展开更多

In a large-volume,high-density traffic background,air traffic manifests fluid-like microscopical characteristics.The characteristics are formed by the micro tailing actions between individual aircraft.Aircraft headway...In a large-volume,high-density traffic background,air traffic manifests fluid-like microscopical characteristics.The characteristics are formed by the micro tailing actions between individual aircraft.Aircraft headway refers to the time interval between successive flying aircraft in air traffic flow,which is one of the most important characteristics of air traffic flow.The variation in aircraft headway reveals the air traffic control behaviour.In this paper,we study the characteristics of air traffic control behaviours by analyzing radar tracks in a terminal maneuvering area.The headway in arrival traffic flow is measured after the determination of aircraft trailing relationships.The headway evolutionary characteristics for different control decisions and the headway evolutionary characteristics in different phase-states are discussed,and some interesting findings are gotten.This work may be helpful for scholars and managers in understanding the intrinsic nature of air traffic flow and in the development of intelligent assistant decision systems for air traffic management.展开更多
The transport of liquid plugs in microchannels is very important for many applications such as in medical treatments in airways and in extraction of oil from porous rocks.A plug of wetting and non-wetting liquids driv...The transport of liquid plugs in microchannels is very important for many applications such as in medical treatments in airways and in extraction of oil from porous rocks.A plug of wetting and non-wetting liquids driven by a constant pressure difference through a T-shaped microchannel is studied numerically with lattice Boltzmann(LB) method.A two-phase flow LB model based on field mediators is built.Three typical flow patterns(blocking,rupture and splitting flow) of plug flow are obtained with different driving pressures.It is found that it becomes difficult for a plug with short initial plug length to leave the microchannel;the flow pattern of plug transport varies with the contact angle,especially from wetting to nonwetting;with the increase of interfacial tension,the front interface of plug moves faster;the front and rear interfaces of the plug with small viscosity ratio move faster in the microchannel than those of the plug with large viscosity ratio.The study is helpful to provide theoretical data for the design and scale-up of liquid-liquid reactors and separators.展开更多
