Based on the spatial coordinate theory, the orientation deviation of workpiece is measure...The machining accuracy of workpiece is influenced by its orientation deviation, which is caused by the fixture-workpiece error. Based on the spatial coordinate theory, the orientation deviation of workpiece is measured by using an on-machine verification system, which can take into account the errors resulting from fixture manufacturing, installation and adjustment, location and clamping of workpiece. According to the least square method, the model of orientation deviation is built to determine the relationship between the theoretical and actual coordinate systems. The influence of orientation deviation on machining accuracy is quantified, and it is shown that the orientation deviation only affects the dimensional precision and position precision, rather than shape precision. In the experiment, the compensation processing of realtime errors was conducted, and the perpendicularity and inclination errors of the tetragonal part were reduced by 38.46% and 47.06%, respectively.展开更多
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling moxibustion plus lumbar traction for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and its effect on Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,present pain intensity(PPI)score,and th...Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling moxibustion plus lumbar traction for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and its effect on Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,present pain intensity(PPI)score,and the degree of straight leg raising.Methods A total of 146 patients with LDH were randomized into a combination group and a control group by the random number table method,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar traction,and the combination group was treated with lumbar traction plus warm needling moxibustion.The curative efficacy of the two groups was compared.Also,the lumbar function,pain,straight leg raising degree,and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 93.2%,which was higher than 78.1%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar ODI score,the PPI scores of lumbar pain and lower-limb pain,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interleukin(IL)-6 levels,and straight leg raising test score in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score significantly increased(P<0.05).The improvements of the above items in the combination group were all superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needling moxibustion plus lumbar traction in the treatment of LDH can improve lumbar function,relieve pain,and reduce inflammatory response of the body.展开更多

With the aim to reveal the importance of determining the accurate pinch point, the research on the pinch point position is carried out by theoretical method. The results show that the pinch point position depends on the parameters of the heat transfer fluids and the major fluid properties. In most cases, the pinch point locates at the bubble point for the evaporator and the dew point for the condenser. However, the pinch point shills to the supercooled liquid state in the near critical conditions for the evaporator. Similarly, it shifts to the superheated vapor state with the condensing temperature approaching the critical temperature for the condenser. It even can shift to the working fluid entrance of the evaporator or the supereritical heater when the heat source fluid temperature is very high compared with the absorb- ing heat temperature. A wrong position for the pinch point may generate serious mistake. In brief, the pinch point should be founded by the itcrativc method in all conditions rather than taking for granted.展开更多
