好生活的历史唯物主义哲学基础

“如何过上好生活”一直以来都是哲学界讨论的相当重要而根本的问题,但好生活的哲学根据至今尚无定论。或是认为“生活是否美好”是个人主观感受,而不是哲学的普遍性问题;不然就是片面地以为只要拥有财富就等于拥有好生活,所以只谈生产... “如何过上好生活”一直以来都是哲学界讨论的相当重要而根本的问题,但好生活的哲学根据至今尚无定论。或是认为“生活是否美好”是个人主观感受,而不是哲学的普遍性问题;不然就是片面地以为只要拥有财富就等于拥有好生活,所以只谈生产对自然界的改造和利用,至于好生活和好生态的问题则被有意地遮蔽了,继而被忽视不顾。要解决好生活的问题,首先要为好生活提供可靠的哲学根据,马克思一改以往把好生活奠基于主观价值判断立场,实现好生活价值评价的现实转向,确认好生活寓于好生产之中,为真正实现好生活奠定坚实的历史唯物主义基础。马克思的这一运思过程为当今社会解决生态危机问题,实现人与自然和谐共生、人与人平等共享美好生活,提供了相应的答案。 展开更多

Accompanying the development of social economy,the land use model of mountainous area,typically eco-weak area,is changing gradually. Here the establishment of eco-friendly land use model in mountainous area,will pioneer the model of sustainable development in that area. Concerning Qianjiang District of Chongqing Municipality,huge change of land use model,mainly embodied in the unceasing increase of construction land and gradual decrease of agricultural use land,has taken place in recent years. To explore the eco-friendly land use model in mountainous area,Qianjiang District was chosen as the study object in the present study. Via analyzing the changes in land use model,we found that related eco-environment restrictive factors mainly regional climatic change,soil texture,hydrological environment as well as soil erosion and land degradation,etc. And based on these results,we further analyzed the effect of land use change on eco-environment and the factors restricting the maintenance of eco-environment and regional development,finally put forward the counter measures for balancing land use and co-environment in mountainous area. The results will be important for the development of social economy and eco-system construction in Qianjiang District. 展开更多

Aiming at the complexion in which the information lost in index ration, the matter element method was put forward to evaluate the ecosystem health in mining area. Making use of the model set up, the weight was built up by the method of index number heavy, the matter element, clas- sical field, and limit field were set up. The rating hierarchy was calculated by relating function. As a case study in the mining area of Pingyangsi Town, the results show that the ecosystem is good and sustainable from 2003 to 2006, but the healthy degree is not high, and some indexes have depravation. 展开更多

Bioflocculants have received increasing attention in research because they are low cost,non-toxic,biodegradable,operationally simple and useful in many water and wastewater treatment applications.In this study,we focused mainly on the screening of the flocculant-producing strain and its application in oily wastewater treatment.Bacteria strain B-6-1 was isolated by the pyridine screening method.UPC-1 reagent produced by B-6-1 had efficient flocculating activity.It was deduced that the main component of UPC-1 reagent was polysaccharide through purification and analysis.The influence of dosage of reagent,pH value,temperature and oil concentration on the flocculation effect of UPC-1 reagent was investigated. 展开更多

An eco-friendly method for the extracellular synthesis of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) using aqueous Araza fruit extract and their antioxidant activity was investigated. It was observed that UV–Vis absorption peak is dependent on various parameters such as pH, temperature, and change of time. The initial appearance of the yellow color with intense surface plasmon bands at 430-450 nm, then transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis revealed the formation of 15-45 nm sized, spherical and crystalline Ag NPs. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy depicted that malic acid, citric acid, and carotenoids of Araza fruit involved in the synthesis of Ag NPs. In addition, the surface modified AgNPs(77.42%, 1mL) showed nearly double antioxidant efficiency than Araza fruit extract(35.30%, 1 mL) against 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl. The present study highlights the possibility of using the Araza fruit to synthesize AgNPs, which could be used effectively in the present and future antioxidant agent. 展开更多

A discrete-event system simulation and animation program was developed to enhance the efficiency of a truck-excavator operation and reduce the environmental impact of haulage in an open-cut coal mine with multiple-pit operations. In any mine, a key objective is to have sufficient equipment for production and not to have excess to where it becomes counterproductive. Due to the advent of responsible mining,environmental regulations, and eco-friendly practices, these factors must also be considered in the analysis. Simulation studies can be financially advantageous for both the optimization of existing mine operations and new development phases in a mine. This study is a new approach to use discrete-event system simulation for mine systems, in order to investigate and possibly reduce environmental impact considering mining haulage performance and production target. A hypothetical layout of a surface coal mine with two pit operations was used for the simulation and animation model. The simulation model includes the animation of the operation. Animation is helpful to enhance the benefit of a mine simulation model. GPSS/Hòand Proof Professionalòwere the software used for the investigation. 展开更多

Amongst many worldly things, like materialism, struggle to survive in the highly competitive urban settings, people tend to consider the merits of cosmopolitanism more than anything else Curiously enough, Sir Philip Sidney's sonnets, though written in the 16th century and become milestones of the sonnet tradition in the English Renaissance which are applicable to today's global concern of environmentalism. When considered in the light of ecocriticism, Sidney's sonnets provide a suitable ground for the modem readers to reevaluate the current situation of the world we live in and the nature that we inherit from our ancestors. This paper aims to analyze some of Sidney's selected sonnets from Astrophil and Stella in the light of ecocritical approach to literary works. 展开更多

Evaluations connect ecosystem and human welfare to achieve restoration. There have been an increasing number of studies conducted on various ecosystem service assessments, but little research has focused on inland river basins playing a critical role in development in northwestern China. The distinct differences in natural endowment, socioeconomic characteristics among the upper, middle and downstream inland river basin require heterogeneity during evaluation. The objective of this study was to verify the existence of population preference heterogeneity and examine impact factors using choice experiment surveys in the Shiyang River Basin, China. A mixed logit model using data from 714 households across the entire basin estimated mean willingness to pay and the standard deviation for ecological attributes. Ordinary least squares(OLS) was employed to estimate the effects of exogenous variables on all willingness to pay estimations. The results demonstrate that ecosystem service values are heterogeneous among people. Willingness to pay is affected by personal and regional characteristics. Government involvement will be required to seek differentiated ecosystem services values among populations and facilitate public support. 展开更多

Relationship between Industrialization, Urbanization and Industrial Ecology in Western China: A Panel Vector Auto-Regression Model Analysis 被引量:5

As the foundation of modern economic development, industry is the engine of industrialized and urbanized development. Industrial ecology is a high-level form of industry that is achieved after it has reached a certain stage, which guides the coordinated industrial development balancing mankind and nature. The implementation of industrial ecology is an important method and effective approach to realize the sustainable development of industrialization and urbanization. In this article, based on the inter-provincial panel data of western China during 2003-2018, the spatial development trends of industrialization, urbanization and industrial ecology are analyzed, and an empirical method is employed to conduct a robustness test based on the Panel Vector Auto-Regression(PVAR) model to determine the long-term interactions among these three aspects. The results show that it is difficult to manifest the short-term causal relationships among industrialization, urbanization and industrial ecology. After lagging for three periods, they present the Granger causality, the industrial ecology and industrialization have promoted urbanization, and the coefficient for the influence of industrial ecology on urbanization is 0.4612. However, industrialization and urbanization have negative impacts on industrial ecology, and with a 1% increase in industrialization or urbanization, the industrial ecology will decline by 0.2261% or 0.2850%, respectively. With the continuation of the lagging period, industrial ecology will have better interpretability than industrialization and urbanization, and industrialization and eco-friendly development have strong self-accumulation development mechanisms, while the self-accumulation mechanism of urbanization is not obvious, and it might even have a decline. By fulfilling the role of the regional leading industry, the state of unbalanced internal development can be improved, so as to realize mutual promotion between industrialization and urbanization. By improving the utilization rates of resources and energy, efforts should be made to implement green production, significantly promote industrial ecology, and boost high-quality development of both the regional economy and society. 展开更多
