娱乐场所女性从业人员艾滋病自愿检测咨询干预效果分析

目的观察探讨娱乐场所女性从业人员艾滋病自愿检测(VCT)咨询干预效果分析。方法选取我院自2008年1月至2009年12月对娱乐场所女性从业人员180例,以问卷调查的方式了解艾滋病自愿检测的相关知识、态度和行为,对其进行健康教育和行为干预,分为观察组(干预后组)和对照组(干预前组),观察2组干预前后的调查结果进行比较。结果对照组中目标人群VCT知晓率为24.76%,仅有10.34%的人认为自己有感染艾滋病的危险,12.78%人做过VCT检测,有19.78%的人每次性行为使用安全套。观察组中目标人群VCT知晓率为72.76%,有41.39%的人认为自己有感染艾滋病的危险,84.18%人做过VCT检测,有43.78%的人每次性行为使用安全套。2组调查结果比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论娱乐场所女性从业人员艾滋病自愿检测(VCT)咨询干预效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

Integrated Intervention of STD/AIDS Prevention among Women Employees at Entertainment Places

Following the third cycle of the Global Fund China HIV/AIDSproject, the Department of International Cooperation of the NPFPC has worked with the Global Fund on the fourth cycle that focuses on Integrated Intervention of STD/AIDS Prevention among Women Employees at Entertainment Places at Project Sites. This project is currently being carried out in Jiangxi Province （Xihu District of Nanchang,
