流动的根据地,流动的媒介——中国根据地时期的新闻传播实践

在漫长的22年根据地建设中,中国共产党通过动员、组织底层民众,在政治、经济、文化、社会等方面回应外来殖民者和国内军阀的双重挑战,自下而上完成了中国社会的全面改造。中华人民共和国成立后的很多做法都与根据地时期积累的实践经验... 在漫长的22年根据地建设中,中国共产党通过动员、组织底层民众,在政治、经济、文化、社会等方面回应外来殖民者和国内军阀的双重挑战,自下而上完成了中国社会的全面改造。中华人民共和国成立后的很多做法都与根据地时期积累的实践经验有关。根据地时期的社会、政治实践形塑了一种特殊的政党品格和治理制度。根据地作为一个缺少技术和资本的空间,是那些中心城市、铁路网络、工业化之外的非现代、非都市的区域。对于弱势的政治力量来说,只能在边缘的“薄弱环节”建立根据地。根据地所开创的是一种空间的游击战和流动中的社会建设,用流动的空间回应城市、铁路等现代性(殖民性)的压迫,在流动中积累力量、完成自我发展。这需要充分地动员乡村,把妇女、老人等困弱群体变成生产和革命的主体。这种流动的空间又带来了流动的艺术和流动的媒介。例如,具有高度流动性的木刻和戏剧,以及报纸在农村的流通中依靠的是邮递员而非市场的“邮发合一”制度。流动的媒介还塑造了主体的流动性,这也就是20世纪中国历史中出现的逆向流动的知识分子主体,例如下乡干部、下乡文艺工作者、知识青年、邮递员、电影放映员、送法下乡的法律工作者,等等。这些流动的主体使得信息、文化、技术与底层群众产生密切的互动,是一种具有中国特色的“创新的扩散”。这种流动的主体又形成另一种主体状态,即培育扎根基层的知识分子,例如“赤脚医生”、代课老师、基层通讯员、技术员等来自基层、服务基层的科技、医疗、文化工作者。这种媒介、艺术、知识分子的流动性在新中国成立之后依然在延续,成为城乡互助、信息普及、文化共享的制度基础。在这个意义上,流动的根据地和流动的媒介是理解20世纪中国新闻传播实践的特殊维度。 展开更多

Thus, an accurate understanding on the internal popularity distribution of media objects in streaming applications is very important for the development of efficient cache mechanisms. This letter shows that the internal popularity of popular streaming media obeys a k-transformed Zipf-like distribution through analyzing two 6-month long traces recorded at different streaming video servers of an entertainment video-on-demand provider. A novel constant interfacial area cell(NCIAC),by spatially separating the agitation from liquid flow circulation of organic and aqueous two phases,was suggested to obtain detailed kinetic data for Er(Ⅲ) extraction from chloride medium by 2-ethyl-hexyl-phosphonic acid mono-(2-ethylhexyl) ester(EHEHPA).Different from the traditional Lewis cell and the constant interfacial area cell with laminar flow,the concentrations of Er(Ⅲ) in organic and aqueous two phases were uniform,and the stability of the interfacial area between the two phases could be controlled effectively.Therefore,the special requirements for the design of agitators in the traditional Lewis cell and the constant interfacial area cell for minimizing the influence of diffusion resistance could be avoided.Experimental results indicated that the extraction kinetics was mainly affected by the aqueous flow rate,interfacial area between organic and aqueous two phases,and the aqueous p H values.An extraction kinetic equation was suggested based on the experimental data. 展开更多

We discuss the reason why the ... The aims of the present paper are twofold. At first, we further study the Multiple-Relaxation-Time (MRT) Lattice Boltzmann (LB) model proposed in [Europhys. Lett. 90 (2010) 54003]. We discuss the reason why the Gram Schmidt orthogonalization procedure is not needed in the construction of transformation matrix M; point out a reason why the Kataoka-Tsutahara model [Phys. Rev. E 69 (2004) 035701(R)] is only valid in subsonic flows. The yon Neumann stability analysis is performed. Secondly, we carry out a preliminary quantitative study on the Richtmyer- Meshkov instability using the proposed MRT LB model. When a shock wave travels from a light medium to a heavy one, the simulated growth rate is in qualitative agreement with the perturbation model by Zhang-Sohn. It is about half of the predicted value by the impulsive model and is closer to the experimental result. When the shock wave travels from a heavy medium to a light one, our simulation results are also consistent with physical analysis. 展开更多

A three-dimensional mathematical model is developed to examine the flow of nonlinear thermal radiation Oldroyd-B nanofluid past a bidirectional linearly stretched surface in a porous medium. The flow is induced by temperature dependent thermal conductivity, chemical reaction and convective heat and mass conditions. Novel characteristics of Brownian motion and thermophoresis are accompanied by magnetohydrodynamic and heat generation/absorption.Self-similar transformations are employed to convert the system of nonlinear partial differential equations to a system of ordinary differential equations with high nonlinearity and are solved by strong analytic technique named as Homotopy Analysis method(HAM). Effects of varied arising parameters on involved distributions are reflected through graphical illustrations. From this study, it is perceived that strong magnetic field hinders the fluid's motion and leads to rise in temperature that eventually lowers heat transfer rate from the surface. Further, decrease in heat transfer rate is also observed for enhanced values of thermal radiation parameter. To validate our results, a comparison with already published paper in limiting case is also given and results are found in excellent oncurrence; hence reliable results are being presented. 展开更多

In this work, in order to identify the most effective measure and combinations of several measures to control influenza spread, we propose an SVEIAR influenza model with imperfect vaccination, media coverage and antiviral treatment. The global dynamics of the model is explored. Sensitivity analysis of the basic reproduction number and the endemic equilibrium is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of influenza control measures. Purthermore, an optimal control problem incorporating the three measures is formulated to design optimal control strategies for influenza. The cost-effectiveness analysis reveals that combining the three measures is the most cost-effective among the strategies considered. Numerical simulations show that media propaganda can play a dominant role in curbing influenza transmission. 展开更多
