本文提出了一种基于特殊历史数据段挖掘的切换Hammerstein模型辨识方法。特殊数据段是指处于稳定状态和稳定斜坡响应的数据段。首先,根据稳态数据采用随机抽样一致算法辨识静态非线性子系统。其次,根据稳定的斜坡响应数据利用密度峰值... 本文提出了一种基于特殊历史数据段挖掘的切换Hammerstein模型辨识方法。特殊数据段是指处于稳定状态和稳定斜坡响应的数据段。首先,根据稳态数据采用随机抽样一致算法辨识静态非线性子系统。其次,根据稳定的斜坡响应数据利用密度峰值聚类算法辨识切换Hammerstein模型线性动态子系统的结构和相应的操作区间。最后,根据操作区间划分历史数据集,采用最小二乘算法辨识切换的多个线性动态子系统的模型参数。数值仿真和实验案例结果表明,与标准Hammerstein辨识方法相比,所提方法可以实现不同工作点切换的多个线性动态子模型的结构辨识及操作区间划分,降低了模型结构未知时切换动态子系统对模型参数辨识的影响,提高了切换Hammerstein模型的辨识精度。 展开更多

In order to decrease model complexity of rice panicle for its complicated morphological structure,an interactive L-system based on substructure algorithm was proposed to model rice panicle in this study.Through the analysis of panicle morphology,the geometrical structure models of panicle spikelet,axis and branch were constructed firstly.Based on that,an interactive panicle L-system model was developed by using substructure algorithm to optimize panicle geometrical models with the similar structure.Simulation results showed that the interactive L-system panicle model based on substructure algorithm could fast construct panicle morphological structure in reality.In addition,this method had the well reference value for other plants model research. 展开更多

Morphology of the male reproductive system, chromosome behaviors during meiosis and spem tail structures in Homoptera and Heteroptera are compared in this paper. The sheathed testis is found in Fulgoroidea and Heteroptera, and unsheathed testis occurs in Cicadoidea, Cicadelloidea, Cercopoidea, Membracoidea, Psyloidea, Aphidoidea, Aleyrodoidea and Coccoidea. The testis also can be divide into three types by the shape of testicular follicles. The sphere-shaped type is found in Cicadoidea, Cicadelloidea, Cercopoidea, Membracoidea, Aphidoidea and Aleyrodoidea, the tube-shaped type observed in Fulgoroidea, Psyloidea and Coccoidea, and the lamella-shaped type represented by Heteroptera. It is suggested the unsheathed testis may be the primitive type in Homoptera. Meiosis can be divided into 6 type at least, i.e. 1) Cicadoid type; 2) Fulgoroid type; 3) Psyloid type; 4) Aphidoid type; 5) Aleyrodoid type; and 6) Coccoid type. At least four groups exhibit a diffuse stage during meiosis prophase l, they are Psyloidea, Fulgoroidea, Coccoidea and Heteroptera. Sperm tail structures are similar to those reported from other insects with a typical 9+9+2 axoneme except that in Aleyrodoidea and Coccoidea whose sperm tail is degenerated. 展开更多

Using the first-principles calculations based on density functional theory(DFT),the structure stability,electronic and some optical properties of C and N doped cubic ZrO2(c-ZrO2) in 24-atom systems were investigated.It is found from the formation energies calculations that N ions are easier to be doped into c-ZrO2 than C ions.The electronic structure results show that Zr8O15C and Zr8O15N systems are semiconductors with the band gap of 2.3 eV and 2.8 eV,respectively,which are lower than that of the pure ZrO2(3.349 eV).And optical properties results depict that anion doping,especially C adding,can enhance the static dielectric function,visible and ultraviolet light absorption and reflecting ability of c-ZrO2 crystal. 展开更多

The dynamic properties of proton conductivity along hydrogen-bonded molecular systems, for example, ice crystal, with structure disorder or damping and finite temperatures exposed in an externally applied electric-field have been numerically studied by Runge-Kutta way in our soliton model. The results obtained show that the proton-soliton is very robust against the structure disorder including the fluctuation of the force constant and disorder in the sequence of masses and thermal perturbation and damping of medium, the velocity of its conductivity increases with increasing of the externally applied electric-field and decreasing of the damping coefficient of medium, but the proton-soliton disperses for quite great fluctuation of the "force constant and damping coefficient. In the numerical simulation we find that the proton-soliton in our model is thermally stable in a large region of temperature of T ≤ 273 K under influences of damping and externally applied electric-field in ice crvstal. This shows that our model is available and appropriate to ice. 展开更多

A new method of system failure analysis was proposed. First, considering the relationships between the failure subsystems,the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL) method was used to calculate the degree of correlation between the failure subsystems, analyze the combined effect of related failures, and obtain the degree of correlation by using the directed graph and matrix operations. Then, the interpretative structural modeling(ISM) method was combined to intuitively show the logical relationship of many failure subsystems and their influences on each other by using multilevel hierarchical structure model and obtaining the critical subsystems. Finally, failure mode effects and criticality analysis(FMECA) was used to perform a qualitative hazard analysis of critical subsystems, determine the critical failure mode, and clarify the direction of reliability improvement.Through an example, the result demonstrates that the proposed method can be efficiently applied to system failure analysis problems. 展开更多

Within the framework of compact density matrix approach and iterative procedure, a detailed procedure for the calculation of the second-harmonic generation (SHG)susceptibility tensor is given in the electric-field-biased parabolic and semi-parabolic quantum wells (QWs). The simple analytical formula for the SHG susceptibility in the systems is also deduced. Numerical results on typical AlGaAs/GaAs materials show that, for the same effective width,the SHG susceptibility in semi-parabolic QW is larger than that in parabolic QW due to the self-asymmetry of the semiparabolic QW, and the applied electric field can make the SHG susceptibilities in both systems enhance remarkably.Moreover, the SHG susceptibility is also related to the parabolic confinement frequency and the relaxation rate of the systems. 展开更多

The a-folding potential with a standard Woods-Saxon type imaginary part, can reasonably describe experimental cross sections and the anomalous large angle scattering (ALAS) features.
