本文报道用自组织法在硅片上制备纳米多孔氧化铝列阵的技术.在P型〈100〉晶向,电阻率为0.5Ω·cm的清洁硅片上,用电子束蒸发一层400nm厚的99.99%高纯铝膜,然后将其作为阳极,浸入15wt%H2SO4溶液... 本文报道用自组织法在硅片上制备纳米多孔氧化铝列阵的技术.在P型〈100〉晶向,电阻率为0.5Ω·cm的清洁硅片上,用电子束蒸发一层400nm厚的99.99%高纯铝膜,然后将其作为阳极,浸入15wt%H2SO4溶液中,在直流恒压40V、恒温0℃条件下进行电化学氧化处理.处理结束后,分别用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品实施了平面形貌和横断面形貌观察,结果表明,在硅片上形成了一层厚约700nm,孔间距50nm,孔径17nm,局域呈六度对称的氧化铝纳米有序孔列阵.这种纳米多孔列阵可用作制备硅基纳米材料的模板. 展开更多

排水孔是降低岩土体中地下水位和减小渗透压力的重要设施。因排水孔孔径小、排列密集,研究排水孔列的简化模拟方法对减小渗流数值计算规模,提高计算效率十分必要。基于流量等效原理的以沟代井列的延长渗径法,因其概念清晰、实现简便,在... 排水孔是降低岩土体中地下水位和减小渗透压力的重要设施。因排水孔孔径小、排列密集,研究排水孔列的简化模拟方法对减小渗流数值计算规模,提高计算效率十分必要。基于流量等效原理的以沟代井列的延长渗径法,因其概念清晰、实现简便,在承压含水层井列的渗流场模拟中应用广泛。现有以沟代井列的延长渗径法中附加渗径计算公式与井深和含水层厚度息息相关,使得该方法应用于多层和有自由面的问题困难重重。针对现有延长渗径法的局限性,提出适用于有自由面的各向异性多种介质中排水孔列渗流问题的延长渗径法,附加渗径长度的确定不再受到孔深和含水层厚度的影响。采用该方法对几个典型的溢流型、逸出型和复合型排水孔列进行渗流场有限元分析,并与排水孔直接模拟的结果进行对比。结果表明,延长渗径法得到的排水孔的流量与排水孔直接模拟法的流量相差很小,且两种方法获得的自由面基本吻合。因此,提出的延长渗径法是模拟排水孔列渗流行为的简单而有效的方法。 展开更多

基于近波场非连续屏障理论,提出孔列道床这一新型减振轨道方案,分析其减振的理论依据及减振性能。选择SH波分析近源波场的屏障隔振问题,求解SH波作用在单一圆柱形孔槽散射解析解和孔列衍射波场的表达式。可知屏障能够造成能量的散射,加... 基于近波场非连续屏障理论,提出孔列道床这一新型减振轨道方案,分析其减振的理论依据及减振性能。选择SH波分析近源波场的屏障隔振问题,求解SH波作用在单一圆柱形孔槽散射解析解和孔列衍射波场的表达式。可知屏障能够造成能量的散射,加大入射波的几何阻尼,为原入射波与散射波相互叠加和消减提供了可能。而孔列屏障会引起衍射效应,可降低屏障后区域的振动能量从而达到减振目的。建立"轨道-隧道-地层"三维动力有限元模型,对比分析圆形隧道中单排孔列道床与普通整体道床两种工况下隧道壁及地表的振动响应。两种工况下隧道壁的振动加速度时程、频谱及1/3倍频程曲线规律相似,在20Hz以上频段,孔列道床工况下的加速度级略小于普通工况,差值在50Hz附近达到最大。隧道壁及地表拾振点的插入损失均在20Hz以上频段为正,且隧道壁处插入损失小于地表各拾振点处。结果表明孔列道床并未改变轨道系统的特性,在50Hz以上频段减振效果较明显,并在距离屏障一定距离外能够发挥出更优的减振作用。 展开更多

A mutual coupling suppression method is proposed for microstrip antenna array by cutting four small semi-circle annular apertures on the metal plate. The structure of antenna array is composed of 2 × 2 four elements. The antenna consists of double layer dielectric, and it realizes circular polarization characteristics by cutting rectangular slot on circular patch in the direction of 45°, by using aperture coupling feeding and reverse feeding principle. There is 90* phase difference between adjacent antenna elements. Thus, it cuts off the coupling current field between the elements, suppresses the surface wave and reduces the mutual coupling by cutting four semi-circle annular apertures symmetrically on the metal plate. The simulation results show that after cutting four semi-circle annular apertures, the antenna array coupling coefficients decrease significantly, and the side and back lobe levels are suppressed effectively with the gain of antenna improved. So the proposed method is effective to suppress microstrip antenna array mutual coupling. 展开更多

The Sox proteins play critical roles during the development of animals, including sex determination and central nervous system development. In this study, the SoxB2 gene was cloned from a mollusk, the Zhikong scallop (Chlamysfarreri), and characterized with respect to phylogeny and tissue distribution. The full-length cDNA and genomic DNA sequences of C. farreri SoxB2 (CflSoxB2) were obtained by rapid amplification of cDNA ends and genome walking, respectively, using a partial cDNA fragment from the highly conserved DNA-binding domain, i.e., the High Mobility Group (HMG) box. The full-length cDNA sequence of CJSoxB2 was 2 048 bp and encoded 268 amino acids protein. The genomic sequence was 5 551 bp in length with only one exon. Several conserved elements, such as the TATA-box, GC-box, CAAT-box, GATA-box, and Sox/sry-sex/testis-determining and related HMG box factors, were found in the promoter region. Furthermore, real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR assays were carried out to assess the mRNA expression of CJSoxB2 in different tissues. SoxB2 was highly expressed in the mantle, moderately in the digestive gland and gill, and weakly expressed in the gonad, kidney and adductor muscle. In male and female gonads at different developmental stages of reproduction, the expression levels of CfS;oxB2 were similar. Considering the specific expression and roles of SoxB2 in other animals, in particular vertebrates, and the fact that there are many pallial nerves in the mantle, cerebral ganglia in the digestive gland and gill nerves in gill, we propose a possible essential role in nervous tissue function for SoxB2 in C.farreri. 展开更多

It is important but challenging to design and fabricate an efficient and cost-effective electrocatalyst for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER). Herein, we report free-standing 3 D nickel arrays with a cross-linked porous structure as interesting and high-performance electrocatalysts for OER via a facile one-step electrodeposition method. The 3 D nickel arrays are strongly anchored on the substrate, forming self-supported electrocatalysts with reinforced structural stability and high electrical conductivity. Because of their increased active surface area, abundant channels for electron/ion transportation and enhanced electronic conductivity, the designed 3 D nickel arrays exhibit superior electrocatalytic OER performance with a low overpotential(496 mV at 50 mA cm–2) and a small Tafel slope(43 mV dec–1) as well as long-term stability(no decay after 24 h) in alkaline solution. Our proposed rational design strategy may open up a new way to construct other advanced 3 D porous materials for widespread application in electrocatalysis. 展开更多

Zhikong scallop(Chlamys farreri) is an important maricultured species in China.Many researches on this species,such as population genetics and QTL fine-mapping,need a large number of molecular markers.In this study,based on the expressed sequence tags(EST),a total of 300 putative single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) were selected and validated using high resolution melting(HRM) technology with unlabeled probe.Of them,101(33.7%) were found to be polymorphic in 48 individuals from 4 populations.Further evaluation with 48 individuals from Qingdao population showed that all the polymorphic loci had two alleles with the minor allele frequency ranged from 0.046 to 0.500.The observed and expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.000 to 0.925 and from 0.089 to 0.505,respectively.Fifteen loci deviated significantly from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and significant linkage disequilibrate was detected in one pair of markers.BLASTx gave significant hits for 72 of the 101 polymorphic SNP-containing ESTs.Thirty four polymorphic SNP loci were predicted to be non-synonymous substitutions as they caused either the change of codons(33 SNPs) or pretermination of translation(1 SNP).The markers developed can be used for the population studies and genetic improvement on Zhikong scallop. 展开更多

The characteristics of coal seam development,and the prospects of a favorable coal-forming area,were evaluated for the Liaohe Basin located in China.The Number 3 and Number 9 coal seam thickness series from 60 nearly equally spaced bores in the Eastern depression of the Liaohe Basin were examined by a rescaled range analysis.The results indicate that the Hurst exponents of the Number 3 and Number 9 coal seam thickness series are 0.69 and 0.68,respectively.This suggests the presence of persistence.As the bore spacing increases the Hurst exponent of the Number 3 series gradually decreases(H changes from 0.69 to 0.52) and shifts from persistence to randomness.The Hurst exponent of the Number 9 thickness data gradually increases(H changes from 0.68 to 0.91) and always shows the characteristic of persistence.A combination of geological characteristics and the series data allow the conclusion that it is more suitable for the Number 9 coal seam to form in the Northeastern part of the Eastern depression than the Number 3 coal seam. 展开更多

A new technique is proposed for range alignment in Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR). The basic idea is to perform range alignment using a maximum kurtosis (fourth-order central moment) criterion. After maximizing the kurtosis of the combined range profile of two adjacent echoes, the amount of range shift between them can be automatically tracked out. The combined range profile is constructed by a max operation, which only reserves the larger elements of the two echoes, and the echoes' amplitudes are limited before they are combined. This algorithm has bee~ used to process real ISAR data and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. Compared with the correlation method and the minimum entropy method, the proposed algorithm obtains much better results in both examples in this paper. Its computation complexity has the same order of magnitude as the minimum entropy method. 展开更多
