存储期在3、6、9、12、15天的血液制备的洗涤红细胞质量分析

本研究旨在分析存储期在3、6、9、12、15天的去白悬浮红细胞制备的洗涤红细胞的质量,以评估不同存储期对洗涤红细胞质量的影响。方法 取存储期分别为3、6、9、12、15天的去白悬浮红细胞各24袋,制备成洗涤红细胞。观察并比较洗涤红细胞... 本研究旨在分析存储期在3、6、9、12、15天的去白悬浮红细胞制备的洗涤红细胞的质量,以评估不同存储期对洗涤红细胞质量的影响。方法 取存储期分别为3、6、9、12、15天的去白悬浮红细胞各24袋,制备成洗涤红细胞。观察并比较洗涤红细胞回收率、白细胞清除率、上清蛋白质含量、血红蛋白含量、溶血率以及原料血溶血率。结果 随着存储期的延长,洗涤红细胞回收率呈现逐渐下降的趋势,尤其在12天和15天时显著降低。各存储期的白细胞清除率均保持在较高水平,但在存储期为15天时略有下降。上清蛋白质含量与溶血率在存储期为3天和6天时较低,随着存储期的延长,蛋白质含量与溶血率逐渐增加,15天时明显升高。血红蛋白含量与原料血溶血率在各存储期内变化不大,但在存储期为15天时血红蛋白含量明显下降,原料血溶血率明显增加。结论 存储期对洗涤红细胞的质量有显著影响。随着存储期的延长,洗涤红细胞回收率和白细胞清除率有所下降,上清蛋白质含量和溶血率显著增加,血红蛋白含量略有下降。建议在临床应用中,尽量选择存储期较短的血液制备洗涤红细胞,以保证其质量和安全性。 展开更多

In order to evaluate the efficiency of the automated storage/retrieval system(AS/RS)accurately,and compare different layouts of the AS/RS using mean travel time,under randomized storage conditions,an exact,geometry-based analytical model is presented.The model can be used to compute the expected single-command and dual-command travel time for a storage/retrieval(S/R)machine which can travel simultaneously horizontally and vertically as it moves along a storage aisle.The rack may be either square in time or non square in time.Additionally,the alternative layouts of the AS/RS and travel-time models are examined.Comparing with setting the I/O point at the left-lower corner of the rack,setting the I/O point at any point at the vertical edge can help enhance the efficiency of the AS/RS. 展开更多

Investigation into the Total Phenols and Antioxidant Activity during Storage of Fruit Smoothies

In this study, the total phenols (TP) and antioxidant activity of three different fruit smoothies (Blackberries, Raspberry and Boysenberry (BRAB), Mango and Passion fruits (MAP) and Blackcurrant, Acerola cherries and Rosehips (BACAR)) were determined during storage by Folin-Ciocalteu and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays respectively. TP ranged from 1,943 to 2,692 mg L-1 gallic acid equivalent whereas FRAP from 43,217 to 126,125 μmol L-1 Trolox equivalent for the three smoothies on opening. BACAR had the highest TP and antioxidant activity. The smoothies showed significant decrease (P 〈 0.05) in TP during storage. The decrease in antioxidant activity was significant (P 〈 0.05) for BRAB and MAP only. However, the study revealed that the smoothies had high antioxidant activity even during shelf-life at 4 ℃ which implies that consumption of smoothies may give considerable antioxidant benefits. Correlation between TP and antioxidant activity was strong and highly significant (r = 0.890, P 〈 0.0001). 展开更多

Myrtus communis L. is a spontaneous aromatic plant typical of the Mediterranean area. Myrtle berries hydrodistilled products and ethanolic extracts are mainly used as flavouring agents and food supplements. This study evaluated the effect of long-term storage on the quality-related properties of myrtle berries. Storage at 2 ~C for three months effbctively preserved myrtle berries quality, both in the chemical composition and external appearance. No symptoms of chilling injury and decay occurred during the first two months of storage, at the end of storage only the 1.3% of rotting was detected. Total anthocyanic content and anthocyanin glycosides diminished whereas the antioxidant capacity increased in all samples till the end of storage. The antioxidant properties of myrtle berries were not correlated with the anthocyanic fraction. The pH of myrtle berries decreased, while gluconic acid levels increased. The results reported in this paper showed that the storage at 2 ~C for three months appears to be an effective way to preserve myrtle berries quality. The changes in the chemical composition of the fruits subjected to storage had revealed the importance of gluconic acid and pH for myrtle quality assessment. These two parameters can be used as quality markers since a strong relationship has been found between myrtle decay and the changes in these parameters, 展开更多

Frequency control can be achieved by employing short-and long-term storage plants buffering and complementing renewable energy sources. A representative grid consists of a natural-gas-fired plant serving as frequency leader, long-term storage plant, wind-power farm with associated short-term storage plantfor energy buffering, and photovoltaic farm with associated short-term storage plant interconnected by a long transmission line to two load circuits. Transient analysis is performed with Mathemafica solving the differential equation system for frequency variation. Powerflow through the AC transmission line is limited by its impedance. The long transmission line must be segmented to achieve stability and voltage control over an 800 km distance. The renewable plants must be operated together with the storage plants in order tominimize frequency variations by smoothing the power output of renewable plants, achieving step-wise control of the transmission-line power. Although to date only AC Iransmission lines in Germany exist, it is anticipated that within the next 10 years these will beaugmented by DC high-voltage lines. 展开更多

Influence of Calcium Sources and Concentration on the Storage Performance of Strawberry Fruit

Chemical application after harvest is an important method to preserve strawberry fruit quality and extend shelf life. The strawberry fruits harvested at red stage were treated with three different sources of calcium, i.e., calcium nitrate, calcium gluconate and calcium chloride at calcium concentration of 0% (distilled water), 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5%. The strawberry fruits were dipped for 30 s. The calcium sources, calcium concentration and the interaction of calcium sources and calcium concentration significantly affected the storage performance of strawberry fruits. All the three sources and concentrations were effective in decreasing the storage associated changes, i.e., weight loss, decline in marketable fruits, loss of organoleptic quality, increase in total soluble solids (TSS), decline in reducing sugars, total sugars, acidity and increase in sugar/acid ratio in strawberry fruit, thus extending the shelf life. Calcium gluconate at 1.5% calcium concentration was more effective. Treatment of strawberry fruit with 1.5% calcium from calcium gluconate source resulted in the highest number of marketable fruit (100%), extended shelf life (10 d), and total soluble solid (7.80%) with the minimum weight loss (5.45%). Calcium dips result in higher calcium concentration in strawberry fruits, which delays ripening in fruits by maintaining the structure and function of cell walls and membranes. It can be concluded that calcium gluconate at 1.5% concentration is an effective calcium treatment to retain the quality and extend the shelf life of strawberry fruit. 展开更多

目的观察心房颤动患者射频消融术后心电图、心脏三维超声、心脏磁共振(cardiac magnetic resonance, CMR)的参数变化,探讨CMR对心房颤动患者射频消融术后早期复发的预测价值。方法接受射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者66例,根据是否早期复... 目的观察心房颤动患者射频消融术后心电图、心脏三维超声、心脏磁共振(cardiac magnetic resonance, CMR)的参数变化,探讨CMR对心房颤动患者射频消融术后早期复发的预测价值。方法接受射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者66例,根据是否早期复发分为复发组35例和无复发组31例。比较2组心电图、心脏三维超声及CMR测量指标;多因素logistic回归分析心房颤动患者射频消融术后早期复发的影响因素;绘制ROC曲线,评估左心房容积指数及左心房存储期应变力对心房颤动患者射频消融术后早期复发的预测价值。结果复发组持续性心房颤动比率(60.00%)高于无复发组(35.48%)(P<0.05),心脏三维超声测量的左心房上下径[(5.91±0.64)cm]、左心房左右径[(4.65±0.54)cm]及CMR测量的左心房容积指数[(59.77±12.18)mL/m^(2)]均大于无复发组[(5.54±0.52)cm、(4.13±0.37)cm、(53.78±11.23)mL/m^(2)](P<0.05),CMR测量的左心房存储期应变力[(32.11±3.05)%]低于无复发组[(35.77±5.63)%](P<0.05)。左心房容积指数(OR=3.274,95%CI:2.053~4.495,P<0.001)、左心房存储期应变力(OR=3.256,95%CI:1.645~4.867,P<0.001)是心房颤动患者射频消融术后早期复发的影响因素。左心房容积指数、左心房存储期应变力的最佳截断值分别为48.5 mL/m^(2)、34.0%时,预测心房颤动患者射频消融术后早期复发的AUC分别为0.647(95%CI:0.513~0.781,P=0.040)、0.708(95%CI:0.579~0.838,P=0.004),灵敏度分别为71.4%、72.0%,特异度分别为61.3%、61.5%。结论 CMR测量的左心房容积指数及左心房存储期应变力是心房颤动患者射频消融术后早期复发的影响因素,二者对心房颤动患者射频消融术后早期复发有一定预测价值。 展开更多

Migratory birds are considered natural reservoirs of avian influenza A viruses(AIVs).To further our viral ecology knowledge and understand the subsequent risk posed by wild birds,we conducted a 4-year surveillance study of AIVs in the bird wintering wetlands of the Yangtze River,China.We collected over8000 samples and isolated 122 AIV strains.Analyses were then carried out with 108 novel sequenced genomes and data were deposited in GISAID and other public databases.The results showed that the Yangtze River wintering wetlands functioned as a mixing ground,where various subtypes of AIVs were detected harboring a high diversity of nucleotide sequences;moreover,a portion of AIV gene segments were persistent inter-seasonally.Phylogenetic incongruence presented complex reassortment events and distinct patterns among various subtypes.In addition,we observed that viral gene segments in wintering wetlands were closely related to known North American isolates,indicating that intercontinental gene flow occurred.Notably,highly pathogenic H5 and low pathogenic H9 viruses,which usually circulate in poultry,were found to have crossed the poultry/wild bird interface,with the viruses introduced to wintering birds.Overall,this study represented the largest AIV surveillance effort of wild birds within the Yangtze River wintering wetlands.Surveillance data highlighted the important role of wintering wild birds in the ecology of AIVs and may enable future early warnings of novel AIV emergence. 展开更多
