区块链电子证据存证问题研究

区块链的电子数据存证类应用近几年呈现井喷式发展,而其认定制度存在诸多缺陷,解决“证据链”成为“伪证链”的问题迫在眉睫。区块链电子证据目前在实际运用中存在上链前证据的二次固定真实性存疑、线上传证、第三方存证存在不符合证据的证明力要求的可能和上链后电子证据安全性无法完全保证等隐患。针对以上漏洞,建议采取前端用户实名制,第三方取证、存证平台规范存取证据等措施,通过技术控制和完善制度,为联盟链“天平链”的搭建保驾护航。

On Solvability of an Inverse Boundary Value Problem for a Fourth Order Elliptic Equation

In the paper an inverse boundary value problem for a fourth order elliptic equation with an integral condition of the first kind is investigated. First, the given problem is reduced to an equivalent problem in a certain sense. Then, using the Fourier method the equivalent problem is reduced to solving the system of integral equations. The existence and uniqueness of a solution to the system of integral equation is proved by the contraction mapping principle. This solution is also the unique solution to the equivalent problem. Finally, by equivalence, the theorem of existence and uniqueness of a classical solution to the given problem is proved.
