为考察教师情感教学观与青少年学业价值观的关系,采用情感教学观问卷、情感教学技能问卷、成就目标问卷和学业价值观量表对1459名青少年进行问卷调查。结果表明:(1)教师情感教学观与青少年学业价值观呈显著正相关;(2)教师情感教学观不... 为考察教师情感教学观与青少年学业价值观的关系,采用情感教学观问卷、情感教学技能问卷、成就目标问卷和学业价值观量表对1459名青少年进行问卷调查。结果表明:(1)教师情感教学观与青少年学业价值观呈显著正相关;(2)教师情感教学观不仅可以直接正向预测青少年学业价值观,而且可以通过三条中介路径对学业价值观产生影响:情感教学技能的单独中介作用、成就目标的单独中介作用以及情感教学技能和成就目标的序列中介作用。教师情感教学观影响青少年学业价值观的内部作用机制的揭示,对于教师情感教学和青少年学业价值观的干预实践有一定启示意义。 展开更多

In general, it includes three stages, namely cognition, internalization and externalization. By the investigation on the present situation of college students' socialist core value system identity, it can be found that, at present, there is a good development momentum of our country's higher vocational school students' thoughts in general. But it also exists some problems that can't be ignored. Therefore, the top priority should be focused on the students' physical and mental characteristics. We should reform the current education methods gradually, steadily enhance the college students' identity, emotion and behavior cognition of socialist core value system, and gradually strengthen the ideological construction of college students, so as to make them better serve the socialist modernization. 展开更多

Being professional teacher is a process of acting and self empowering of teachers collectively and continuously. A teacher is not merely transferring knowledges and subject matters to the students but also internalizing the values; professionalism, knowledge laedership, community empowerment, etc. Partnership, professional development, and learning community are possibly gained by the teachers through lesson study implementasion interconnectedly and mutually. This paper aims at elaborating on the experience of State Junior High School 1 Srandakan Bantul Yogyakarta in implementing lesson study as a break-through to enhance the teachers' professional development incorporating the three mechanisms of lesson study. This school has conducted lesson study for about three years. The study resulted that 80 percent of teachers achieve their competence in planning, doing, and reflecting the lesson through observing other teachers performance and being observed interchangeably. 展开更多
