课程与考试改革视域下的高中学业技能指导研究

高中学业技能指导是配合课程与考试改革,引领高中生学会学习的重要途径。学业技能是高中学业成败的重要影响因素,是自主学习、终身学习的基础和保障,也是高中学业发展的目标之一。高中学业技能的主要成分认知技能和元认知技能可以通过专题课程、学科渗透、班级日常管理三个途径加以指导和训练,达到技能形成并逐渐提升的目标。

家庭学习环境对儿童早期学业和社会技能的作用

家庭学习环境作为个体出生后最先接触到的学习环境,对个体早期乃至未来一生的发展都有重要作用。本研究以181名年龄在53～67个月的学前儿童及其母亲为被试,考察了家庭学习环境对儿童早期语言、数学和社会技能的作用。结果发现:(1)控制个体性别、年龄后,家庭学习环境对儿童早期语言、数学和社会技能的解释率分别为9.2%、4.4%和9.6%,均大于家庭社会经济地位和学前教育经历对三方面技能的解释率;(2)进一步控制家庭社会经济地位和学前教育经历后,家庭学习环境仍可显著预测个体早期语言、数学和社会技能,解释率分别为7.4%、3.2%和8.5%;(3)家庭学习环境的不同方面与儿童早期发展不同方面的关系不同。其中,家庭学习活动是儿童早期语言和数学技能的重要预测变量,丰富生活经验是儿童早期社会技能的重要预测变量。

浅谈中职学业水平专业技能考试的重要性及指导策略——以淮阴商业学校会计专业为例

为加快推进职业教育改革发展,不断提高学生实践能力和创新能力,为经济建设和社会发展培养更多高素质、高技能人才,江苏省中职学业水平考试于2016年全面展开,专业技能考试是今年新增加的考试项目。中职会计专业技能学习是学生学习会计岗位职业技能的初始阶段,是树立诚信为本、操守为重、遵循准则、不做假账的专业理念和逐步形成过硬的会计操作技能的关键时期,对会计专业学生未来职业技能的持续成长起着基础性作用。

高职高专学生“软技能”培养的探索与实践

高职高专作为培乔高素质技能型人才的重要阵地，除了培养学生必备的硬技能外，更应关注和培养学生的非学业技能（软技能）。本文结合现代企业对软技能的需求，简要分析了高职高专学生“软技能”现状，论述了“软技能”的内涵及现代企业对高职高专学生“软技能”要求，并对我校学生“软技能”培养途径进行了总结。

Analysis of Vocational Skills and Employment Countermeasures of the Art Postgraduates

In the year of 2011, the ministry of education increased the art discipline and established the Master of Fine Art （MFA）. At present, the national employment of art postgraduates has made progress in the training and development, however, the employment rate is relatively low. This article carries out an analysis on the causes of this current phenomenon combined with the orientation of professional skills and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.

Experiencing Business English in Community-Based Projects

With more emphasis on the communicative and pragmatic function of Business English learning, the author discusses a case study of a Business English course based on projects conducted by the students in their community This curriculum aims at students experiencing and implementing their knowledge of Business and English in the real business environments, engaging community in the process, and avoiding isolation and separation of business English teaching and learning from communities. The research lays more importance on the students＇ experiencing and participating process by providing them with a series of guidelines as reference and assessment, but meanwhile the students have their freedom of choices and decision-making in many aspects. Integrative skills are practiced including linguistic skills, business-related skills, communicative skills, and technology-related skills. Specifically, the students are required to conduct a mini market research in their community. The topic of the research is negotiated, classified, and grouped in the entire class until each individual student belongs to a group. The project procedure and requirements are given to the students on weekly basis, including field of research, questionnaire, data collection and analysis, report, and the final group presentation. Based on their experience from the research, the students write down their reflections. Based on the observation of the instructor and students＇ feedback, the research found that students＇ expectations and teacher＇s roles varied in a number of aspects. A variety of knowledge and skills have been practiced. Problems have also been found in each step of the project.

Two in One： The Collaboration Between Science Foundation Lecturers in Imparting Academic Skills to Students

Learning challenges are more common in the 21 st century than many people believe; however, there are more efficient and better methods to develop academic learning skills for students. Identifying learning problems can help both students and lecturers to apply specific learning techniques and work together to be more productive in the process of teaching and learning. This study investigates the collaboration of science foundation lecturers in addressing the students＇ academic performance and challenges in their foundation modules at the University of Venda. The study is also aimed at finding out whether students can be able to apply their information technology （IT） skills in other modules and they make use of group work in projects into different foundation modules to enhance performance and develop academic learning skills. In this study, students were given projects in their respective modules （Foundation Biology and Foundation IT） and it was required to them to make use of their IT skills during the research report and also during the presentation of their project. These projects were done in groups wherein students undertook some mini researches. Their findings were then reported in writing and presentations were held. The Foundation English lecturer helped in assessing the use of the academic language used in writing and during oral presentations. The findings from these projects were that students＇ academic performance and skills improved and their specific knowledge in those modules also improved radically. It was found that group work plays a very imperative role in enhancing the students＇ performance and collaboration in various foundation modules.

Analysis on Evaluating Comprehensive Efficiency of Enterprise Leaders＇ Performance Based on Scientific Development Outlook

In former researches there are primary theoretical studies and qualitative analyses on enterprise leaders＇ effectiveness and performance, and there are a few studies on quantitative analyses which mostly relies on the method of comparing differences and ratio of divergence to evaluate leaders＇ performance by stage statistics. This paper illustrates how to evaluate Comprehensive Efficiency （CE） based on Scientific Development Outlook, which reflects overall development of enterprise leaders＇ performance, depends on measuring Output Efficiency Index （OEI） and Cost Efficiency Index （CEI） of enterprise leaders＇ performance, and adopts the C^2R model in Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA）.

Educational Practices in the Model of Music Learning Theory of E. Edwin Gordon： An Observational Research

This paper analyzes the supervision activity, to which educators and teachers enrolled with AIGAM （Gordon Italian Association for the Musical Learning） are subject to every year and intends to verify the application of those principles expressed in the learning model of the MLT （Music Learning Theory） developed by educational psychologist E. Edwin Gordon （1989, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2007） and promoted internationally by various institutions and organizations specifically accredited. It describes the influence of the videotaped supervision on the process, functions of monitoring, and evaluation of educational practices, starting with an empirical model that has guided the interventions in a study of supervision on training aimed at consolidating and developing professional skills in music education in early childhood. This paper sought to understand： the kind of practices, interactions, communications developing during an educational actions, the existence of a consistent relationship between the principles expressed in the MLT and their application, the type and benefits of supervision performed by of video recording on stakeholders in terms of change in professional behavior, and finally whether the active supervision could be comparable with other kinds of approaches.

Observation on Theory-practice Teaching Mode of of Taxation Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

Integrated teaching mode of theory and practice not only can integrate the theoretical knowledge and practical jobs, combine the theory teaching and practical teaching, but also can motivate learning interest of students and cultivate the professional skill of vocational students. Therefore, based on analyzing the advantages of integrated teaching mode of theory and practice, the paper observes the integrated teaching method of theory and practice and observes the problems.

Promotion of Project-Based Learning Aimed at Professional Skills

Project-based learning theory is applied in Software English course. The aim is to develop students＇ professional skill. A professional skill scale of software engineer is introduced with Software English communicative skill （reading skill, writing skill, listening skill, and communicative skill）, engineering thinking habit （skill of design the plan and problem-solving skill）, engineering thinking skill, knowledge of software engineering, and Emotion Quotient to deal with problems （Team spirit and communicative skill and self-assessment skill）. For software majors, students learn about five stages and job responsibilities in software making process.

The ＂Competent Literary＂ Teacher： The New Perspectives of Initial Teacher Training

The aim of the paper is to describe the literary competence of teachers as a dimension of the knowledge for the teaching, which can be extended to all aspects of the professional teacher transformation. Among the various knowledge, competences, and dispositions the shape its legacy, the literary competence becomes the main turning point between pedagogical knowledge and specialized knowledge, between core and characterizing disciplines. The literary competence lives in the intersection between different kinds of competence （linguistic competence, communication competence, reading competence, writing competences, interpretive competence, discursive competence, cultural competence, cross-cultural competence, pragmatic and strategic competence and social competence）. The approach offers a framework for pedagogy of the literary competence in the teacher training as substantial experience and expertise able to increase the professional repertoire of teachers in training fields. This paper provides food for thought for enrichment and enhancement of the literary competence and its use in teaching.

Study the Physical, Chemical, Mineralogical, and Geo-technical Properties of Soils Used in Pottery Industries, Kurdistan-lraq

The study area is located in Duhok and Sulaimania province in Kurdistan region, lraq. Study soils developed from parent material that has derived from limestone. Randomize, composed and disturbed surface soil samples were collected. The bulk soils were air dried, crushed and passed through 2 mm sieve. Standard methods were used for chemical, physical, geotechnical and mineralogical analyses of soil samples. The results indicated that the study soils texture were clay to loam clay, this texture was considered as suitable for ceramic and pottery industries as a result of increasing clay contents that ranged between 301 g/kg and 676 g/kg. Soil consistence depending on geotechnical properties increased the ability of study soils for resistance rapture and deformation. Existence the high amount of cementing agents in study soils such as organic matter, iron oxides and particularly total carbonate （247.2-308.8 g/kg） act to reduce the bad effect of the smectite minerals group （high shrinkage） in soils of study locations through increasing the resistance of these soils for rupture and deformation. The existing of Kaolinite, palygorskite and chlorite allows clay to be dried in ceramic and pottery industries without cracking from shrinkage. Study soils were different in their colors as a result of existence, different pigmentation materials that led to coloring soils with different colors in turn caused coloring of pottery and ceramic materials. Since, there are no available academic studies or researches about this subject in Kurdistan region in addition the clay pottery and ceramic sector still has a good market at the same time using this type of soils for arts, therefore, this study was conducted.

Research on Colleges＇ Proper Understanding and Application of Multimedia Technology

Teachers in the colleges and universities bear the responsibility to cultivate high-level expertises with innovative awareness and practical ability. The application of multimedia technology in teaching plays a very important role in the knowledge teaching and capacity building. Teachers should not only thoroughly understand the advantages of multimedia in teaching, but also aware its drawbacks. Only in that case, multimedia technology can be applied correctly to improve their teaching skills and to better serve students and society.

Exploration of Professional Practice Teaching Skill of Higher Vocational English Education

Higher vocational English education major is an important channel to train teaching staff for primary and secondary schools of China and professional skill is one of essential factors which forms the training goal of higher vocational English education.In view of this, this article summarizes the current status of practice teaching of higher vocational English education which aims to explore a set of teaching ideas, teaching modes and teaching theories that suit professional skills training practice of higher vocational education, so as to find some effective teaching methods for professional skill training practice to meet the social requirements for the graduates and pave the way for their future employment.

Language Proficiency, Classroom Attitudes and Linguistic Identity in Taiwan Residents Students： A Report from the National Taipei College of Business

This paper examines Taiwan Residents students＇ attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors in learning English, their language proficiency, cultural factors impacting communicative praxis, and responses toward the use of Chinese and English in daily life. In association with these aims, the author seeks to understand more about how student attitudes, convictions, and performance in foreign language learning and usage are impacted by the culture in which they live and their cultural self-identification. Questions asked in terms of this research include： ＂What are the principal challenges students face in learning English？＂; ＂How do students＇ personalities and cultures of learning transact with these challenges？＂; ＂How do students view their own cultural and linguistic identities in terms of English （and Chinese）？＂; and ＂Overall, what do students need and want from teachers to strengthen their own language skills and learning behaviors？＂. This study began by submitting three questionnaires to students in two ＂Language and Culture＂ classes at National Taipei College of Business in Taipei, Taiwan. There were a total of 76 students, and note that these are not English majors--they are majoring in the Department of Applied Foreign Languages. Although the sample is admittedly small, it is sufficient, and we can reach adequate conclusions about language usage, learning attitudes, and identity expectations in Taiwan Residents students

父、母学历与教养行为对学前儿童发展的影响

父母受教育水平和教养行为是影响儿童发展的两个重要环境变量。由于长期以来父、母亲在家庭中的角色分工不同,其受教育水平和教养行为对儿童发展的作用也有所不同。通过对190名学前儿童实施早期学业能力测验,父、母亲分别完成教养行为问卷,教师对儿童的问题行为进行评定,考察父亲和母亲的受教育水平、教养行为对学前儿童学业能力、问题行为的影响及差异。结果发现:(1)母亲的受教育水平和父亲的鼓励谦虚行为显著预测学前儿童的学业能力;(2)母亲的鼓励谦虚和羞辱/撤回关爱行为显著正向预测儿童的问题行为,而父亲的羞辱/撤回关爱则显著负向预测儿童的问题行为。

A Study of the Effects of the Content-Based Instruction for English Majors in the Chinese Context

This study focused on the effects of the Content-Based Instruction （CBI） for English majors in the Chinese context. A quasi-experiment was conducted in an English teaching institution with tests as data collection instruments. The quantitative study indicates that CBI brings better outcome than Skill-Oriented Instruction （SOI） in developing language knowledge, language skills and disciplinary knowledge, achieving the general objectives of the national curriculum more effectively than the conventional SOL The findings throw a positive light on the reform of the national curriculum for English as a specialty and the education of English majors in China.
