Molecular dynamics simulation was employed to investigate the dynamical and structural properties of Al−Mg melts with the Al concentration systematically changed.The results show that the viscosity of Al67Mg33 abnormally surpasses that of Al85Mg15 below 550 K,inconsistent with the tendency at high temperatures.The evolution of the icosahedral order population is found to account for this dynamic behavior.Structural analysis shows a preferred bonding between Al and Mg atoms in the nearest neighbor shells,while a repelling tendency between them in the second shells,leading to the prepeak emergence in the partial static structure factors.The formation of icosahedral clusters is constrained in the Al-rich compositions because of the lack of sufficient Mg atoms to stabilize the clusters geometrically.These results demonstrate the structural consequence through the interplay between geometric packing and chemical interaction.These findings are crucial to understanding the structure−dynamic properties in Al−Mg melts. 展开更多

The microstructure evolution and phase transformation of Cu-20Ni-20Mn(mass fraction,%) alloy at 450 °C were investigated by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The variations of tensile strength,yield strength and hardness of this alloy during aging process were also analyzed.The results show that no significant variations of hardness and strength in the initial stage of aging,with a long incubation period,are observed at 450 °C.Subsequently,the ordered face-centered tetragonal(FCT) Ni Mn phase nucleates and grows up with prolonging the aging time.The hardness and tensile strength of the alloy increase up to their maximum values with increasing the ordered particle size,i.e.,the strength of the alloy reaches 942 MPa after being aged at 450°C for 40h.The main cause of the age-hardening is considered to be precipitation strengthening due to the ordered FCT-Ni Mn particles. 展开更多

To overcome the limitation that complex data types with noun attributes cannot be processed by rank learning algorithms, a new rank learning algorithm is designed. In the learning algorithm based on the decision tree, the splitting rule of the decision tree is revised with a new definition of rank impurity. A new rank learning algorithm, which can be intuitively explained, is obtained and its theoretical basis is provided. The experimental results show that in the aspect of average rank loss, the ranking tree algorithm outperforms perception ranking and ordinal regression algorithms and it also has a faster convergence speed. The rank learning algorithm based on the decision tree is able to process categorical data and select relative features. 展开更多

The morphological phylogeny of the water snake subfamily Homalopsinae, containing 10 genera, of which seven are monotypic, was not reported up until now. Here fourteen morphological characters were selected for the cladistic analysis. Using software Hennig 86, two phylogenetic trees were inferred and the results showed that the subfamily Homalopsinae was divided into two groups. Compared with the molecular phylonenetic tree of Voris et al (2002), the genera Gerarda and Fordonia are sister groups in both studies; both studies also yielded the same monophyletic lineage, which contained three genera (Cerberus + Erpeton + Homalopsis ). However, the position of the genus Cantoria is distinctly different with the study of Voris et a1(2002). 展开更多

The microstructure of as-cast Zr60Al15Ni25 bulk metallic glass was investigated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. It is found that there exist numerous short-range order regions (SRORs) in the metallic glass though it is identified to be amorphous by X-ray diffraction method. Furthermore, the amorphous degree shows a close correlation with the microstructure of corresponding mother ingot. The crystallization kinetics was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry under isochronal and isothermal conditions. The results show that the crystallization is triggered by the growth of the pre-existing SRORs and the growth is three-dimension diffusion-controlled. The amorphous degree of Zr60Al15Ni25 bulk metallic glass considerably influences its crystallization kinetics, namely, the more homogeneous distribution of atoms results in a more sluggish nucleation behavior. 展开更多

[Objective] The study aimed to clone RPO30 gene from Sheeppox virus (SPPV) and predict the structure and function of the sequence. [Method] RPO30 gene of SPPV was cloned with PCR, linked into pMD18-T simple vector and then transformed into E. coli DH5a. In blue-white screen, the white colonies were selected to prepare plasmids. The positive plasmids were selected by double digestion and PCR, and then sequenced. Finally, the structure and function of the sequence obtained were predicted by bioinformatics methods. [Results] The RPO30 gene was successfully obtained; its ORF was 585 bp, encoding 193 amino acids and containing a recognition site for Hind III. Moreover, the SPPV RPO30 gene shared different homologies with the RPO30 gene sequences of other pox virus strains from GenBank database. Further analysis by biological software showed that in RPO30 protein, amino acids 4-12, 18-26, 50- 61, 68- 92 and 176-190 had a high possibility to form the active center, and acting to these regions was likely to inactivate the enzyme encoded by the sequence, thus to inhibit viral replication efficiently. [Conclusion] This study will lay foundation for further study on the structure and function of RPO30. 展开更多

The Fe-Ti binary system was re-assessed using the CALPHAD method in order to improve the capability of being extrapolated to a ternary or higher-order system. Compared with previous assessments, the main focus was put on the thermodynamic description of the two intermetallic compounds Fe2Ti and FeTi. The C14_Laves phase Fe2Ti was described by the two-sublattice model, which is widely used at present. By checking the homogeneity range on the boundary of the ternary systems involving the binary, the phase boundary of this compound was further confirmed. The FeTi phase with a BCC_B2 crystal structure was treated as the ordered phase of the BCC_A2 phase and a unified Gibbs energy function was used to describe both the ordered and disordered phases. Reproduction of the specific heat capacities of these compounds was another aspect paid particular attention to. Comprehensive comparisons of the calculated and experimental results regarding the phase diagram and thermodynamic properties show a good agreement between them and prove the validity of the present thermodynamic description. 展开更多

The method employs a kind of object oriented structure element, which is derived by genetic algorithms. The population of morphological filters is iteratively evaluated according to a statistical performance index corresponding to object extraction ability, and evolves into an optimal structuring element using the evolution principles of genetic search. A molecular phylogenetic analysis of the genus Scomber was conducted based on mitochondrial(COI,Cyt b and control region) and nuclear(5S rDNA) DNA sequence data in multigene perspective.A variety of phylogenetic analytic methods were used to clarify the current taxonomic classification and to assess phylogenetic relationships and the evolutionary history of this genus.The present study produced a well-resolved phylogeny that strongly supported the monophyly of Scomber.We confirmed that S.japonicus and S.colias were genetically distinct.Although morphologically and ecologically similar to S.colias,the molecular data showed that S.japonicus has a greater molecular affinity with S.australasicus,which conflicts with the traditional taxonomy.This phylogenetic pattern was corroborated by the mtDNA data,but incompletely by the nuclear DNA data.Phylogenetic concordance between the mitochondrial and nuclear DNA regions for the basal nodes supports an Atlantic origin for Scomber.The present-day geographic ranges of the species were compared with the resultant molecular phylogeny derived from partition Bayesian analyses of the combined data sets to evaluate possible dispersal routes of the genus.The present-day geographic distribution of Scomber species might be best ascribed to multiple dispersal events.In addition,our results suggest that phylogenies derived from multiple genes and long sequences exhibited improved phylogenetic resolution,from which we conclude that the phylogenetic reconstruction is a reliable representation of the evolutionary history of Scomber. 展开更多

We have prepared and characterized atomically well-defined model systems for ceria-supported Pt-Co core-shell catalysts. Pt@Co and Co@Pt core-shell nanostructures were grown on well-ordered CeO2(111) films on Cu(111) by physical vapour deposition of Pt and Co metals in ultrahigh vacuum and investigated by means of synchrotron radiation photoelectron spectroscopy and resonant photoemission spectroscopy. The deposition of Co onto CeO2(111) yields CoCeO2(111) solid solution at low Co coverage(0.5 ML), followed by the growth of metallic Co nanoparticles at higher Co coverages. Both Pt@Co and Co@Pt model structures are stable against sintering in the temperature range between 300 and 500 K. After annealing at 500 K, the Pt@Co nanostructure contains nearly pure Co-shell while the Pt-shell in the Co@Pt is partially covered by metallic Co. Above 550 K, the re-ordering in the near surface regions yields a subsurface Pt-Co alloy and Pt-rich shells in both Pt@Co and Co@Pt nanostructures. In the case of Co@Pt nanoparticles, the chemical ordering in the near surface region depends on the initial thickness of the deposited Pt-shell. Annealing of the Co@Pt nanostructures in the presence of O2 triggers the decomposition of Pt-Co alloy along with the oxidation of Co, regardless of the thickness of the initial Pt-shell. Progressive oxidation of Co coupled with adsorbate-induced Co segregation leads to the formation of thick CoO layers on the surfaces of the supported Co@Pt nanostructures. This process is accompanied by the disintegration of the CeO2(111) film and encapsulation of oxidized Co@Pt nanostructures by CeO2 upon annealing in O2 above 550 K. Notably, during oxidation and reduction cycles with O2 and H2 at different temperatures, the changes in the structure and chemical composition of supported Co@Pt nanostructures were driven mainly by oxidation while reduction treatments had little effect regardless of the initial thickness of the Pt-shell. 展开更多

ITS sequence (601bp) was initially amplified from the pathogen by using the universal primers ITSl and ITS4 (registered No, DQ011257). Comparing to the nucleotide sequences acquired from GenBank database, the strain is clustered into the homogeneity with Alternaria alternate (AY787684) and Alternaria alternate (AY354228), with a homology of 98%, thus the strain was checked as Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissler. The optimal conditions for conidia germination and mycelium growth of the pathogen were tested, The optimal temperature for conidia germinating and mycelium growth is 25℃, and the optimal pH value is 6. Mycelium grows rather slowly at 10℃ and 30℃ and growth stops at above 35 ℃. Among the six culture mediums tested, PDA + poplar leaf juice medium is most favorable for mycelium growth. 展开更多

In this study, the entire mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) control region(CR) of Pholis fangi was amplified via polymerase chain reaction followed by direct sequencing. The length of the mtDNA CR consensus sequence of P. fangi was 853 bp in length. In accordance with the recognition sites as were previously reported in fish species, the mtDNA CR sequence of P. fangi can be divided into 3 domains, i.e., the extended terminal associated sequence(ETAS), the central conserved sequence block(CSB), and the CSB domain. In addition, the following structures were identified in the mtDNA CR sequence of P. fangi: 2 ETASs in the ETAS domain(TAS and cTAS), 6 CSBs in the central CSB domain(CSB-F to CSB-A), and 3 CSBs in the CSB domain(CSB-1 to CSB-3). These demonstrated that the structure of the mtDNA CR of P. fangi was substantially different from those of most other fish species. The mtDNA CR sequence of P. fangi contained one conserved region from 656 bp to 815 bp. Similar to most other fish species, P. fangi has no tandem repeat sequences in its mtDNA CR sequence. Phylogenetic analysis based on the complete mtDNA CR sequences showed that there were no genetic differences within P. fangi populations of the same geographical origin and between P. fangi populations of different geographical origins. 展开更多

Destination prediction has attracted widespread attention because it can help vehicle-aid systems recommend related services in advance to improve user driving experience.However,the relevant research is mainly based on driving trajectory of vehicles to predict the destinations,which is challenging to achieve the early destination prediction.To this end,we propose a model of early destination prediction,DP-BPR,to predict the destinations by users’travel time and locations.There are three challenges to accomplish the model:1)the extremely sparse historical data make it challenge to predict destinations directly from raw historical data;2)the destinations are related to not only departure points but also departure time so that both of them should be taken into consideration in prediction;3)how to learn destination preferences from historical data.To deal with these challenges,we map sparse high-dimensional data to a dense low-dimensional space through embedding learning using deep neural networks.We learn the embeddings not only for users but also for locations and time under the supervision of historical data,and then use Bayesian personalized ranking(BPR)to learn to rank destinations.Experimental results on the Zebra dataset show the effectiveness of DP-BPR. 展开更多

The acidic properties of aluminum phosphate (A1PO4-5) solid acid catalyst were characterized by tem- perature programmed desorption (TPD) of ammonia (NH3), n-propylamine (n-C3HTNH2), iso-propylamine [(CH3)2CHNH2] and n-dipropylamine [(C3H7)2NH] separately, and its catalytic performance in benzene alkylation with long chain olefin was studied in a fixed-bed reactor. The characterized acid amount of catalyst increased with the basicity of adsorbates. With increase of the activation temperature of catalyst, the acid amount characterized by NHa-TPD decreased, however, it increased when characterized by TPD using three other adsorbates. The desorption kinetics of TPD process and the deactivation kinetics of catalyst were investigated. The acidity and catalytic per- formance of catalyst was also correlated. The results showed that the acid amount and strength are well correlated with the activity and stability using NH3 as adsorbate, respectively, which indicated NH3 was a better basic adsorbate. It was also found that the catalyst with higher acid amount and lower acid strength on the surface exhibited the better catalytic performance and stability. 展开更多

Purpose:This study aimed to explore whether the attitudes of nursing students toward the use of mobile learning are positive or negative and to identify the factors influencing their attitudes by reviewing the literature.Methods:Electronic search of six databases,including PubMed,the Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature,ProQuest,Web of Science,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library,was conducted,and relevant references within articles were manually searched.Retrieval time was from inception to October 21,2020.The literature review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines and the integrative review method.The Mixed Method Appraisal Tool(MMAT)was used for quality assessment.Results:A total of 316 articles were identified,and 18 English-language studies were finally included by reviewing titles,abstracts,and full text.Six quantitative,five qualitative,and seven mixed-method articles related to nursing students’attitudes toward the use of mobile learning were identified.The results showed that most nursing students had positive attitudes toward mobile learning.Although students expressed strong intentions for mobile learning,the actual usage rate in practical settings was low.Several advantageous factors included usefulness,convenience,and ease of use,whereas disadvantageous factors included hardware facility,updated content,and software stability.Conclusion:Most nursing students have positive attitudes and willingness to mobile learning,but the actual use rate remains low.Advantageous and disadvantageous factors coexist.Further studies are needed to assess how mobile learning improves nursing students’clinical knowledge and improves patient care. 展开更多
