“学·教·研·改·创”五阶递进式教研模式探索与实践

根据时代的发展,教育改革的要求,区域教研部门的责任越来越艰巨。建设一支高素质的教师队伍,已成为教研部门的重要使命。从教师的需求出发,本文提出了"学教研改创"五阶递进式系统教研模式,打破教研员单纯发挥"个人教研经验""师傅带徒弟式"的简单低效的教研方式,引领学校的校本研修、校际间的合作研修、骨干教师的团队研修,逐步实现"学习成为习惯,教研成为常态,改进成为自觉,创新成为追求"的小学数学教研目标,构建具有实效性的教研系统,在课程改革的实践中不断提高教师的教学专业水平。

Reform of the emphasis on cultivating students＇ practical ability and innovative spirit

Graduate education is the main way of high-level personnel training, present, China has formed a shape of postgraduate training mode for China＇s industries to transport a large number of professionals. However, with the urgent social and economic needs of complex, application-oriented, innovative talents, how to train graduate students with innovative thinking and creative ability is a major issue facing our country. By describing the status of postgraduate training innovative, practical graduate analyzed the main reason for lack of innovation, and propose how to improve students from various practical ability and training reform measures graduate innovative thinking.
