The histopathological diagnosis of gastric mucosal biopsy and endoscopic mucosal resection/endoscopic submucosal dissection specimens is important,but the diagnostic criteria,terminology,and grading system are not the...The histopathological diagnosis of gastric mucosal biopsy and endoscopic mucosal resection/endoscopic submucosal dissection specimens is important,but the diagnostic criteria,terminology,and grading system are not the same in the East and West.A structurally invasive focus is necessary to diagnose carcinoma for most Western pathologists,but Japanese pathologists make a diagnosis of cancer based on severe dysplastic cytologic atypia irrespective of the presence of invasion.Although the Vienna classification was introduced to reduce diagnostic discrepancies,it has been difficult to adopt due to different concepts for gastric epithelial neoplastic lesions.Korean pathologists experience much difficulty making a diagnosis because we are influenced by Japanese pathologists as well as Western medicine.Japan is geographically close to Korea,and academic exchanges are active.Additionally,Korean doctors are familiar with Western style medical terminology.As a result,the terminology,definitions,and diagnostic criteria for gastric intraepithelial neoplasia are very heterogeneous in Korea.To solve this problem,the Gastrointestinal Pathology Study Group of the Korean Society of Pathologists has made an effort and has suggested guidelines for differential diagnosis:(1) a diagnosis of carcinoma is based on invasion;(2) the most important characteristic of low grade dysplasia is the architectural pattern such as regular distribution of crypts without severe branching,budding,or marked glandular crowding;(3) if nuclear pseudostratification occupies more than the basal half of the cryptal cells in three or more adjacent crypts,the lesion is considered high grade dysplasia;(4) if severe cytologic atypia is present,careful inspection for invasive foci is necessary,because the risk for invasion is very high;and(5) other structural or nuclear atypia should be evaluated to make a final decision such as cribriform pattern,papillae,ridges,vesicular nuclei,high nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio,loss of nuclear polarity,thick and irregular nuclear membrane,and nucleoli.展开更多

The three-dimension system of basic principles for scientific-technologic ethics is created, as illustrated by the portions given in this paper. The evolution formula of value system is derived, and used for appraising whether the science-technology activity is in all reason. Furthermore, it provides the theory base for quantified management. This corporation emerged from the recognition of the strategic importance of science and necessity of institutionalization of encouragement and fostering research. This is a theoretical bibliographical study and documentary that evidences the contributions and limits of SI while political science training should be part of academic activities to provide the development and support of investigative spirit. The concept of SI was established in universities as an activity to be developed in order to encourage the student to become familiar with scientific practices. Although entrepreneurship represents a rapidly expanding phenomenon, women meet specific difficulties that explain this lack of exploitation by the economy, The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), a not-for-profit academic research consortium, published its annual report which mentioned in particular a difference between female and male entrepreneurship. According to these results, it can be noticed that the typical profile of the female entrepreneur differs from that of her male counterpart. In Switzerland, those differences can be situated at three levels: (I) In the first place, a natural difference of the female entrepreneurship at the level of activities (service activities, low-added value, and low potential of job creation); (2) Secondly, a difference in motivation/commitment (part-time work, start-up funds available, skills, received opportunities, and fear of failure); and (3) Thirdly, a difference at the level of insertion (revealing the importance of networking, access to financing and structures of encouragement). The present communication points up a typical profile of the woman entrepreneur in Switzerland. The authors also intend to identify the kind of obstacles female entrepreneur is likely to meet as well as the existing initiatives to exceed stereotypes by taking into account her specificities. There are several supports and measures intended to help women entrepreneurship concerning the following aspects: better time management; adapted following and training structures; access to easier financing; and better visibility and networking.展开更多

The results confirm the formation of o pha...The aim of this work is evaluate the intergranular corrosion on UNS S31803 steel, with heat treatments at 800 ℃, varying treatment times of 30 mins, 360 mins and 1,440 mins. The results confirm the formation of o phases and secondary austenite (γ2). For the analysis of the influence of o and γ2 phases, metallographic analysis were conducted through optical microscopy, potentiokinetic reactivation electrochemical techniques and potentiodynamic polarization in NaCI 3.5% solution. Microstructural analysis has shown a formation of γ2 and o phase in heat treatment, due to diffusion of chromium and molybdenum from δ phase to y phase, precipitating on δ/γ and δ/δ interfaces. The DL-EPR (Double loop electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation) results have shown an increase of the DOS (degree of sensitization) for long periods of time on heat treatment. The results of potentiodynamic polarization showed a reduction of the corrosion and pitting potentials, followed by an increase of the current density when the UNS S31830 steel is heat treated during long periods of time.展开更多

The two different arts of money-making are based on two very different psychological attitudes: in the first case, desire is channeled, managed, and organized by practical wisdom with a view to a further end; in the second case, desire is an end unto itself, insatiable, boundless and contrary to the commands of practical wisdom. Only in the first case there is a "true wealth", that is a wealth oriented toward a good life that constitutes the end (telos) and the limit (peras) of the wealth itself. The first group were obtained from Van der Waals volume, electronegativity and topological vertex degree;and the second group were obtained from the different combination of topological vertex degree.Corresponding softwares of ATIJP and ATITP have been developed for calculating these two new groups of indexes. This character which Heidegger, too, through a paradoxical convergence with Adorno, and in opposition to Lukacs, recognizes as its ontological component, permits the work of art to represent a force of resistance to dominance in general, in the prospect of the salvation of a humanized society. As such, it makes possible the radical rejection of political and, pertinent to it, pedagogical activity, when converted into primarily authoritiarian activity. Such a responsibility does art assume, according to Adorno, when it represents a spirituality, which is embodied in exemplary fashion both in the work of art itself, making the experience of the sublime possible, and in the aesthetic of the sublime, which is concentrated intensively on whatever remains unapproachable through concepts. In this way, we could say that the aesthetic of the sublime is converted into "first philosophy," in the sense that it provides the rule for every theoretical approach. Concurring with this reading of Adorno, we consider how the sublime, as shown in the context of his aesthetic theory, is governed, furthermore, by a paideutic principle of exceptional significance, which we must necessarily activate through aesthetic education, so that western man may understand that he must uproot himself from the nihilistic social context in which he lives, rupturing the delusion of his omnipotence. In a world governed by a permanent crisis of democracy in public and private life, since the weakening of political imagination unites with the retreat from political ethos and an generalization of the unprecedented will for dominance, we consider this aesthetic theory to be exceptionally essential and useful to us both as pedagogical theory and as political theory, since it allows us to understand that the experience of the sublime through art is in opposition to this condition of destruction, and indeed represents the ideal of justice.展开更多

The validated model of this unit was used to examine 25 refrigerants...The paper presents an investigation of energy and exergy analysis of an existing ORC (organic rankine cycle) unit powered by hot geothermal water. The validated model of this unit was used to examine 25 refrigerants belonging to different chemical compositions. The study revealed that R141b and R123 produced the best net power, energy efficiency, and exergy efficiency, whereas R125 was the lowest. Hydrofluorocarbons (except R143a), hydrocarbons, and inorganic reflected attractive energy and exergy efficiencies. All investigated mixtures gained low performance compared with other studied candidates. The R245ca was the best among the hydrofluorocarbons studied refrigerants, and R501 was the best among the mixture refrigerants. Furthermore, within the ORC system, the evaporator was found to have the highest exergy destruction and the refrigerant pump was the lowest.展开更多

文摘The project analyzes the student's participation in complementary activities such as Education Tutorial Program, Junior Company and Academic Center. These organizations have the goal to improve, expand and connect knowledge learned during classes with several practical activities. They can provide a huge integration between the students and the professors in order to achieve better results in the pedagogical, structural and organizational parts of an engineering major degree. Therefore, the project goes through the impact of each entity in the student's life and the advantages to professional future, focusing the presence of these organizations in the Electrical Engineering Course of Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
文摘Women entrepreneurs are increasingly representing an underexploited potential of the Swiss economy. Although entrepreneurship represents a rapidly expanding phenomenon, women meet specific difficulties that explain this lack of exploitation by the economy, The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), a not-for-profit academic research consortium, published its annual report which mentioned in particular a difference between female and male entrepreneurship. According to these results, it can be noticed that the typical profile of the female entrepreneur differs from that of her male counterpart. In Switzerland, those differences can be situated at three levels: (I) In the first place, a natural difference of the female entrepreneurship at the level of activities (service activities, low-added value, and low potential of job creation); (2) Secondly, a difference in motivation/commitment (part-time work, start-up funds available, skills, received opportunities, and fear of failure); and (3) Thirdly, a difference at the level of insertion (revealing the importance of networking, access to financing and structures of encouragement). The present communication points up a typical profile of the woman entrepreneur in Switzerland. The authors also intend to identify the kind of obstacles female entrepreneur is likely to meet as well as the existing initiatives to exceed stereotypes by taking into account her specificities. There are several supports and measures intended to help women entrepreneurship concerning the following aspects: better time management; adapted following and training structures; access to easier financing; and better visibility and networking.
文摘The aim of this work is evaluate the intergranular corrosion on UNS S31803 steel, with heat treatments at 800 ℃, varying treatment times of 30 mins, 360 mins and 1,440 mins. The results confirm the formation of o phases and secondary austenite (γ2). For the analysis of the influence of o and γ2 phases, metallographic analysis were conducted through optical microscopy, potentiokinetic reactivation electrochemical techniques and potentiodynamic polarization in NaCI 3.5% solution. Microstructural analysis has shown a formation of γ2 and o phase in heat treatment, due to diffusion of chromium and molybdenum from δ phase to y phase, precipitating on δ/γ and δ/δ interfaces. The DL-EPR (Double loop electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation) results have shown an increase of the DOS (degree of sensitization) for long periods of time on heat treatment. The results of potentiodynamic polarization showed a reduction of the corrosion and pitting potentials, followed by an increase of the current density when the UNS S31830 steel is heat treated during long periods of time.
文摘This paper aims, first of all, to examine the two fundamental treatments of the complex and very broad notion of chrematistikd (money-making) and its links with the notion of oikonomia (economics), outlining a fundamental division between natural and unnatural art of money-making. The two different arts of money-making are based on two very different psychological attitudes: in the first case, desire is channeled, managed, and organized by practical wisdom with a view to a further end; in the second case, desire is an end unto itself, insatiable, boundless and contrary to the commands of practical wisdom. Only in the first case there is a "true wealth", that is a wealth oriented toward a good life that constitutes the end (telos) and the limit (peras) of the wealth itself. The conclusion is that, for the Stagirite, wealth is not an evil, nor, in itself, is the pursuit of wealth, that is, the art of money-making, because if it is rightly organized and oriented in function of the end, it constitutes the conditio sine qua non of a life that is good, ordered and happy for the individual and for the city
文摘Considering the problems of classical structure parameters that existed in the study of quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR). Two new groups of autocorrelation topological indexes V(t), E(t), (P(t)) and A(t), B(t), C(t), D(t) were developed on the basis of molecular topology and autocorrelation function in mathematics. The first group were obtained from Van der Waals volume, electronegativity and topological vertex degree;and the second group were obtained from the different combination of topological vertex degree.Corresponding softwares of ATIJP and ATITP have been developed for calculating these two new groups of indexes. Better results have been obtained from the application of these indexes in QSAR study.

文摘The critical nature of artwork is owed, according to Adorno, to the fact that it opposes its assimilation by reason and that it does not yield to the imposition of its established principles. This character which Heidegger, too, through a paradoxical convergence with Adorno, and in opposition to Lukacs, recognizes as its ontological component, permits the work of art to represent a force of resistance to dominance in general, in the prospect of the salvation of a humanized society. As such, it makes possible the radical rejection of political and, pertinent to it, pedagogical activity, when converted into primarily authoritiarian activity. Such a responsibility does art assume, according to Adorno, when it represents a spirituality, which is embodied in exemplary fashion both in the work of art itself, making the experience of the sublime possible, and in the aesthetic of the sublime, which is concentrated intensively on whatever remains unapproachable through concepts. In this way, we could say that the aesthetic of the sublime is converted into "first philosophy," in the sense that it provides the rule for every theoretical approach. Concurring with this reading of Adorno, we consider how the sublime, as shown in the context of his aesthetic theory, is governed, furthermore, by a paideutic principle of exceptional significance, which we must necessarily activate through aesthetic education, so that western man may understand that he must uproot himself from the nihilistic social context in which he lives, rupturing the delusion of his omnipotence. In a world governed by a permanent crisis of democracy in public and private life, since the weakening of political imagination unites with the retreat from political ethos and an generalization of the unprecedented will for dominance, we consider this aesthetic theory to be exceptionally essential and useful to us both as pedagogical theory and as political theory, since it allows us to understand that the experience of the sublime through art is in opposition to this condition of destruction, and indeed represents the ideal of justice.
文摘The paper presents an investigation of energy and exergy analysis of an existing ORC (organic rankine cycle) unit powered by hot geothermal water. The validated model of this unit was used to examine 25 refrigerants belonging to different chemical compositions. The study revealed that R141b and R123 produced the best net power, energy efficiency, and exergy efficiency, whereas R125 was the lowest. Hydrofluorocarbons (except R143a), hydrocarbons, and inorganic reflected attractive energy and exergy efficiencies. All investigated mixtures gained low performance compared with other studied candidates. The R245ca was the best among the hydrofluorocarbons studied refrigerants, and R501 was the best among the mixture refrigerants. Furthermore, within the ORC system, the evaporator was found to have the highest exergy destruction and the refrigerant pump was the lowest.
