在当前学校教育变革的背景下,了解近年来国内外学校管理的研究动态至关重要。研究基于CiteSpace可视化软件,系统地梳理了2014年至2023年间国内外学校管理研究领域的近2700篇核心文献,揭示了学校管理的研究现状及其演变。分析结果显示,...在当前学校教育变革的背景下,了解近年来国内外学校管理的研究动态至关重要。研究基于CiteSpace可视化软件,系统地梳理了2014年至2023年间国内外学校管理研究领域的近2700篇核心文献,揭示了学校管理的研究现状及其演变。分析结果显示,学校管理的目标、组织架构、策略和本质是四大核心议题。通过对比国内外学校管理研究在文献分布、合作网络和热点聚类三方面的可视化分析,发现目前国内研究领域存在关注度不强、定量研究和本土化研究有待丰富、作者及机构合作不够紧密等问题。此外,结合研究现状,未来国内学校管理研究应聚焦于乡村学校师资培训、“双减”政策有效实施以及先进管理技术整合。In the context of the current school education reform, it is crucial to understand the research dynamics of school management at home and abroad in recent years. Based on CiteSpace visualization software, the research systematically combs nearly 2700 core literature in the field of school management at home and abroad from 2014 to 2023, revealing the research status and evolution of school management. The analysis results show that the target organizational structure strategy and essence of school management are four core issues. Through the visual analysis of domestic and foreign school management research in literature distribution cooperation network and hot spot clustering, it is found that there are some problems in the current domestic research field, such as insufficient attention to quantitative research and localization research to enrich the authors and insufficient cooperation between institutions. In addition, combined with the current research situation, the future domestic school management research should focus on the effective implementation of the “double reduction” policy of teacher training in rural schools and the integration of advanced management technology.展开更多
