通过分析当前我校大学生体质健康现状,构建在“四位一体双院制”背景下大学生体质健康提升工程的实施路径,并以近三年的体质测试成绩为支撑,验证所实施的路径是否有效。通过对近三年的体质测试成绩进行分析,结果显示我校体质测试总成绩...通过分析当前我校大学生体质健康现状,构建在“四位一体双院制”背景下大学生体质健康提升工程的实施路径,并以近三年的体质测试成绩为支撑,验证所实施的路径是否有效。通过对近三年的体质测试成绩进行分析,结果显示我校体质测试总成绩呈逐年递增趋势,这表明我校为促进大学生体质健康提升实施的路径:“注重学生多元化运动需求,开设特色及新兴体育课程;聚焦学生体育课程高要求,创建‘N + 1’多元化课程模式;满足学生竞技乐趣需求,搭建科学化校级体育联赛;完善体质健康提升工程运行机制,组建‘学练赛’一体化教学模式体系”是有效可性的,可为当下高校大学生体质健康水平提升提供实践参考。By analyzing the current physical health status of university students in our school, a pathway for the implementation of the project to improve the physical health of university students under the “Four-in-One Dual-College System” framework is constructed. The effectiveness of this pathway is validated using the physical fitness test scores from the past three years. Analysis of the physical fitness test scores over the past three years shows a year-on-year increase in total scores, indicating the effectiveness and feasibility of the implemented pathway for promoting the improvement of university students’ physical health. This pathway includes focusing on the diverse sports needs of students by offering specialized and emerging sports courses, emphasizing high requirements in physical education courses through the creation of the “N + 1” diversified course model, meeting students’ competitive enjoyment needs by establishing a scientifically organized school-level sports league, and enhancing the operation mechanism of the physical health improvement project by forming an integrated teaching model system called “Study-Practice-Competition”. This pathway can serve as a practical reference for enhancing the current level of physical health among university students in higher education institutions.展开更多
