内方外圆:浅谈学生管教中的教师机智

“内方外圆”是我国传统人文智慧之一。在教师管教学生的行为上,“内方”表现为教师管教学生要坚守纪律底线,“外圆”体现为教师执行规范时要灵活变通。“内方外圆”是一种建立在教师体知、心知、认知上的机智,分别是教师管教学生时策略上坚持原则与战术上适时变通的有机结合。

论新时期教师对学生的“管教”

"管教"一词看似不属于教育学用语,而在教育实践中却被经常应用,但却与惩罚、处罚相混用。管教是以管理和教育相结合的方式,教师对学生的管教是必不可少的。当前教师管教学生三种不当的情况:严厉型、冷漠型、责任心超强型。教师对学生进行正确管教大致有以下途径可供参考:帮助教师认识到管教学生在学生发展中的重要作用;提高教师自身的修养及教学能力并将其付诸实践;分析一些优秀教师与卓越教师的成功教学案例;明确教师的责任,保障教师的合法权益。

英国防治校园霸凌法制之研究：教育治理之观点

近年来先进国家对霸凌（bullying）行为之研究重心，已明显聚焦於中小学之「校园霸凌」（bullying in schools）防治。惟我国中小学校园霸凌行为之处理，虽然已有相关法令予以规范，但校园霸凌事件依然层出不穷，代表现行处理机制有待改善。尤其国民教育系政府公共服务之重要一环，因此，中小学校园霸凌之处理机制除重视效率管理原则外， 更应强调公共利益导向之治理（governance）模式，跳脱官僚权威决策窠臼，以提昇教育服务品质。而英国自廿世纪八○年代末期起，即大力推动学校教育改革，引进公共治理之理念，将防治学生霸凌行为视为提昇教学品质之重要基础，列为中小学校园安全政策之优先内涵，透过法制建构整合不同利害关系人及资源网络，其发展经验实值得我国借镜。因此，本研究尝试透过教育治理之观点，针对英国中小学校园霸凌法制内涵进行分析，以供我国教育部门相关法制修正之参考。本研究之结论指出：英国校园霸凌防治政策网络关系呈现高度法制化之趋势，重视对家长之法律课责，亦能有效保障学生基本权利，惟在施政力之成效上评价不一。

The first-class university culture is very important to the construction of the ＂double first-class＂. Therefore, our country should bring the university cultural construction into the big pattern of the ＂double first-class＂ construction, guide the construction of the university cultures with the socialist core values, strengthen the cultural confidence, inherit the Chinese excellent traditional cultures, pay attention to the rational exchange of the multicultural cultures, highlight the Chinese characteristics of the first-class university cultures, and realize the dream of the Chinese nation of a power of the higher education.

Studies of the management work on the college students in colleges and universities

In the stage of education, the college management is the indispensable part in the college education and teaching, but the management of colleges and universities is clearly different from the management of the junior and senior high schools, which is decided by the educational ages, and is also determined by the educational targets. In the management of the colleges and universities, how can we carry out the management of high quality？ To solve this problem, the author of this paper will carry out the analysis and elaboration from the three levels of the comparison between the management work on the college students in China and America, the transformation factors that the management work on the university students in our country is facing, and the relevant recommendations on the management work on the college students, in order to improve the quality of the management on the colleges and universities, and promote the sound development of the higher education.

Discussion of the theories of the humanization in the education and management of the college students

In the education and management, people are the objects of the management, and also are the subjects. So in the education of the college students, how can we effectively carry on the management？ In view of this problem, this paper explains the profound theories with the description of the simple language from three aspects of the basic connotation of the humanization in the educational and management of the college students, the lack of the humanization in the education and management of the college students and its significance, and the thinking of the methods of the humanization in the education and management of the college students, to solve the concept of the humanization in the management, in order to provide the theoretical reference of the humanized management for the educators.

Management of Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency at Peking Union Medical College Hospital:A Survey among Physicians

Objective To evaluate physicians' attitude and knowledge about the management of adult growth hormone deficiency(AGHD) at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and impact factors associated with better decision-making.Methods A 21-question anonymous survey was distributed and collected at Peking Union Medical College Hospital,a major teaching hospital in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.Data of physicians' educational background,clinical training,patient workload per year and continuing medical education in AGHD were collected.Factors associated with appropriate answers were further analyzed by multivariate regression models.Results One hundred and eighteen internal medicine residents,endocrine fellows,attending physicians and visiting physicians responded to the survey.Among them,44.9% thought that AGHD patients should accept recombinant human growth hormone replacement therapy.Moreover,56.8% selected insulin tolerance test and growth hormone-releasing hormone-arginine test for the diagnosis of AGHD.Logistic regression analysis of physician demographic data,educational background,and work experience found no consistent independent factors associated with better decision-making,other than continued medical education,that were associated with treatment choice.Conclusions The physicians' reported management of AGHD in this major academic healthcare center in Beijing was inconsistent with current evidence.High quality continued medical education is required to improve Chinese physician management of AGHD.

The related research on the college counselors in the education and management of the college students in the new period

The college students are in the period when their outlook on life and world outlook are gradually mature, and when their intellectual culture tends to be mature, so the education and management on the university students is extremely important. As the college counselors, in the new period, how can we implement the tasks in the college education and management？ In view of this, this paper carries on the analysis in the three aspects of the positioning of the roles of the college counselors, the challenges the college counselors face in the new period, and the countermeasures to improve the status quo of education and management of the college counselors on the college students in the new era, in order to promote the development of the physical and mental health of the university students.

Reflection on strengthening basic Construction of basic Education to improve student Management work in Public Security Colleges

Public security colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating and transporting qualified policemen to public security institutions. They are the cradle cultivating police. Strengthening basic construction of public security colleges and universities ,combining each aspect management and teaching work thus forming a perfect management system is the cornerstone promoting long-term development of public security education undertakings. Since 2011, Students＇ Affairs Office of Criminal Police College of China has developed and implemented basic construction programs, starting with students organizations at grassroots level, achievinv better results. It has certain reference significance for improving student management work in public security colleges.

The Task-Based Approach： Noticing and Attention Management Tasks to Enhance Written Production

The paper reports the results of a field study which was carried out at the Language Centre of the University of Naples and originated in the observation that learning the Italian language was not perceived by ab initio students as connected to their personal and academic experiences. The claim of this research is that a procedural syllabus based on texts and tasks facilitates both the acquisition of Italian as a foreign language and the integration of language and content. Each text proposed to the learners was accompanied and enhanced by pre-, while-, and production-tasks. A particular emphasis was assigned to noticing and attention management tasks in the pre and while phase Production tasks in a later phase favoured interlanguage development by combining representational structures with controlled attention. The method of the study was a combination of qualitative and quantitative approach at any stage. Measures for written production during the course and to assess final exams were： Holistic Rating （fluency and creativity）, Accuracy Ratios （intelligibility index and error index）, and Complexity Ratios （dependent and coordinate clauses per t-units ratio and re-elaboration of a model or text type）. At the final exams, Texts and tasks learners outperformed non-texts and tasks learners. In conclusion, an input related to personal and/or academic interests, to be processed through tasks, allowed learners a rapid interlanguage change and development

Investigation on Sharp Instrument Injury and Self-Protection of Internship Nursing Students

Objective： To understand the situation of nursing students was stabbed by sharp instrument,in order to provide a scientific basis to take protective measures.Method：By using a self-designed questionnaire.The 100 nursing students were randomly selected from a hospital for retrospective investigation.There are 98 valid data.Results： The data shows that sharp instrument injury is more common in nursing students. Nursing students＇ protection consciousness is low, and protective ability is poor.Conclusion： Nursing students awareness of self- protection to sharp instrument injury is not enough,in order to avoid the risk of infection of nursing students occupation.When they entered the clinics, practice of systematic pre occupation safety education is very necessary;and the school and the hospital should actively implement the management standardized operation regulations;and put up student occupation injury management regulations;to improve the safety performance of nursing equipment.

When Teacher Autonomy Meets Management Autonomy to Enhance Learner Autonomy

Developing learner autonomy （LA） requires a shift of control from teachers to students. This development also relates to teacher autonomy （TA）, which requires school managers to relinquish some degree of their own autonomy （MA） to teachers. Thus, a problem arises： how can the three levels of control-shifts co-exist and survive in harmony, and ideally, thrive each in its own way？ Based on a recent case study, this paper aims to explore the complexity of the dynamic interaction between these three types of autonomy within an educational hierarchy. The study was conducted in a Chinese secondary school which was promoting whole-person development through a comprehensive innovation project. The participants comprised nine English teachers, the executive director, and the principal. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and post-lesson discussions. Three issues are addressed in this paper： the principal＇s perceptions of LA, a classroom instruction model to cultivate LA, and a teacher training scheme to facilitate TA. The findings display a complex picture of these issues, and imply the importance of a genuine, shared understanding of the nature of autonomy and the need to carefully ensure the optimal balance among the three types of autonomy in the design and implementation of curriculum innovations.
