农村党员干部现代远程教育是党中央、国务院为解决"三农"问题,直面"三农"、服务"三农"的重要举措。雅安市于2005年正式启动该项工作,至今各县区远程教育终端接收站点建设已渐趋完成。建站点是基础,学用... 农村党员干部现代远程教育是党中央、国务院为解决"三农"问题,直面"三农"、服务"三农"的重要举措。雅安市于2005年正式启动该项工作,至今各县区远程教育终端接收站点建设已渐趋完成。建站点是基础,学用是关键。就雅安市目前农村党员干部现代远程教育的设备使用情况而言,由于人才缺乏、技术薄弱,农村党员干部中普遍存在"想用不敢用""用又用不好"的情况,大部分站点设备长期闲置,作用不明显。虽然"一村一大"已纳入农村党员干部现代远程教育工程,但还无法满足远程教育对人才技术的需求。要想提高远程教育学用成效,充实人才技术资源非常必要和重要。从这一角度考虑,提出通过校地合作,充分利用农林院校资源,构建志愿服务团队提高远程教育学用成效的模式设想,以促进当地远程教育工作的开展。 展开更多

The sustainable development of our future represents an unorthodox challenge in sciences and technologies.The exploration of unconventional chemical reactivities that could potentially result in more sustainable chemical productions with efficient utilization of resource and inherent prevention of waste will provide the foundation for the synthetic chemistry of our future.As part of this endeavor,we have explored metal-mediated reactions in water to minimize protection-deprotection and the use of organic solvents,catalytic nucleophilic additions via C-H reactions to avoid generation and use of stoichiometric organic halides and metal in water,and Cross-Dehydrogenative-Coupling(CDC) reactions to minimize overall transformation steps. 展开更多

A series of new benzimidazole derivatives was synthesized and characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,and HRMS spectra.All the new compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activities in vitro by a twofold serial dilution technique.The bioactive evaluation showed that 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl benzimidazoles were comparably or even more strongly antibacterial and antifungal than the reference drugs Chloromycin,Norfloxacin,and Fluconazole.The combination of2,4-difluorobenzyl benzimidazole derivative 5l and its hydrochloride 7 respectively with the antibacterials Chloromycin,Norfloxacin,and the antifungal Fluconazole was more sensitive to methicillin-resistant MRSA and Fluconazole-insensitive A.flavus.In addition,the interaction of compound 5l with calf thymus DNA demonstrated that this compound could effectively intercalate into DNA to form a compound 5l-DNA complex that might block DNA replication and thereby exert good antimicrobial activity. 展开更多
