多学科交叉是知识密集型产业技术创新的突出特征,透彻了解多学科交叉创新机制是加快突破知识密集型产业技术“卡脖子”问题、实现高水平科技自立自强的重要议题。本研究聚焦芯片制造这一典型的知识密集型产业,基于2000-2020年的42785条... 多学科交叉是知识密集型产业技术创新的突出特征,透彻了解多学科交叉创新机制是加快突破知识密集型产业技术“卡脖子”问题、实现高水平科技自立自强的重要议题。本研究聚焦芯片制造这一典型的知识密集型产业,基于2000-2020年的42785条芯片制造专利数据,实证探究多学科交叉对知识密集型产业技术创新的影响机制。研究发现:(1)学科系统均衡性与技术创新价值具有显著的倒“U”型关系,即“创新产生于混沌的边缘”。相较于“无中心型”和“绝对中心型”的学科交互模式,“主导-辅助型”学科交互模式更有利于技术创新价值的提升。(2)学科内容差异性能够显著提升技术创新价值。(3)由于知识约束与互补效应的存在,学科种类多样性与技术创新价值呈现显著的倒“U”型关系。研究结论为辩证推进多学科交叉创新,加快知识密集型产业关键核心技术突破,增强产业链供应链安全韧性,有效支撑科技自立自强提供重要理论和实践启示。 展开更多

本文记述了喙蚤蝇属Trophithauma Schmitz一新种。该属为中国新记录。新种模式标本保存于西北农业大学昆虫博物馆。曲脉喙蚤蝇Trophithauma sinuatum Liu et Chou,新种 雌:体长1.43~1.62毫米。额大部分黄褐色,前缘黄色;单眼三角区隆起... 本文记述了喙蚤蝇属Trophithauma Schmitz一新种。该属为中国新记录。新种模式标本保存于西北农业大学昆虫博物馆。曲脉喙蚤蝇Trophithauma sinuatum Liu et Chou,新种 雌:体长1.43~1.62毫米。额大部分黄褐色,前缘黄色;单眼三角区隆起;口上片黄色,向前下方延伸呈舌状;喙高度延长,两条舌内骨带极长。胸黄褐色;中胸侧片下半部及足黄色。翅透明,略呈灰黄色;前缘脉极长,前缘脉与翅长之比为0.78,前缘脉各段比为1.28~1.29:1:1;径分脉(第三纵脉)长而粗,粗于前缘脉,中部向前突出。翅长1.65~1.72毫米,宽0.80~0.82毫米。平衡棒褐色。腹部暗褐色。第2背板大,长度约为第1背板的4倍。第3背板后缘波浪形。第4背板小,高度特化,隐于第3背板之下。第5和第6背板短,两者之间有腺体开口。各背板两侧均无突起。 雄:体长1.1毫米。口上片和喙均不延长。前缘脉与翅长之比为0.64;前缘脉各段比为1.69:1.25:1。生殖器褐色,具细毛;右生殖背板端部分叉;左生殖背板阔;生殖腹板基部圆形,端部分裂成两瓣状。 正模,海南省尖峰岭(1,200米),1992-Ⅳ-4,刘广纯采。副模:1 5,同正模。 展开更多

[ Results] It was showed by transmission electron microscopy that the initial callus cells had a large central vacuole, which squeezed its cytoplasm to be a thin layer around the brim of cell, Meanwhile the nuclear was also squeezed to distribute in the corner of cell, but its nucleolus could be still observed; Compared embryogenic callus with initial callus, its cell wall became thick, and many starch grains and chloroplasts including starch grains could be observed in the cytoplasm area of cell membrane; In non-embryoenic callus, no organelles except for the vacuole could be observed; In browning callus, there was almost no organelles in cells. [ Conclusion] There are significant differences in different types of flax callus at the cell ultrastructure level, which can be as an index for reflecting the differentiation ability of callus cell. 展开更多

Maternal investment and reproductive success in Chinese water deer 被引量:2

Among cervids,maternal investment,estimated as the amount of resources and care allocated to the offspring,was expected to be related to species body size. Therefore,maternal investment in a herd of captive Chinese water deer Hydropotes inermis,a relatively small species of cervid,was investigated over 3 years. Except during the lactation period,reproductive females spent about 2-fold more time resting than feeding. During lactation,the amount of time spent feeding increased highly (25.3 min/h during lactation vs 17.3 min/h during the gestation period). Females spent less than 30% of time in communal behaviours with offspring. They did not reject alien fawns during this care period. Frequency and duration of suckling events decreased exponentially from the second week onwards. More than 10% of suckling bouts were non-filial. Prenatal investment leads to a mean litter mass (about 12% of maternal mass) higher than in most cervid species. Postnatal investment in fawns represents a daily mass gain of ca. 85 g/d during the first 2 weeks,without any sexual difference. Female production,timing and synchrony of births and survival of fawns characterized reproductive success. Seventy percent of mature females gave birth,with a mean of 1.9 offspring per female. The sex ratio was even. Births were synchronous,80% of births occurring in 25 days. In this herd,0.74 fawn per female was successfully weaned and 0.56 fawn per female survived through their first year. Based on these results we conclude that reproductive strategy of Chinese water deer was efficient and characterized by mother-offspring relationships typical of hiders and high levels of pre-and postnatal investments. This strategy seems typical of small species of cervids without marked sexual dimorphism. 展开更多

Chemotaxonomy of Two Satureja L. (Lamiaceae) Species from Different Localities of Turkey

In this study, two Satureja L. species from different localities of Turkey (Satureja hortensis L. and Satureja boissieri Hausskn. ex Boiss.) have been studied to determine their taxonomic classification based on chemical characters. For this purpose, aerial parts of the studied taxa were investigated by HS-SPME/GC-MS. 28, 30 and 29 compounds were identified in S. boissieri from Sanhurfa, BingS1 and Malatya accounting from 90.80%, 91.31% and 92.67% of the whole oil, respectively. 26, 30 and 28 compounds were identified in S. hortensis from Adlyaman, Diyarbaklr, Elazl~ accounting from 93.20%, 92.85% and 92.42% of the whole oil, respectively, y-terpinene (30.4%, 26.5% and 32.1%), carvacrol (26.4%, 25.2% and 23.3%) and p-cymene (10.5%, 13.2% and 10.4%) were determined as main compounds of S. boissieri in Sanhurfa, Bing6l and Malatya species, respectively. Carvacrol (25.0%, 34.1% and 32.1%), thymol (28.2%, 20.2% and 28.1%) and y-terpinene (10.1%, 11.3% and 9.4%) were found as main constituents of S. hortensis in Adlyaman, Diyarbaklr and Elazl~ samples, respectively. The chemical distributions of the essential oil compounds in the Satureja pattern were discussed in respect to their chemotaxonomy and natural products. 展开更多
