目的对临床常用9种静脉输液药品溶液使用冲管液冲洗输液管,使上下组的药液在输液管内不发生反应,测定冲管所需液体量。方法按临床使用习惯将9种药品配制成11种不同浓度的供试液。应用紫外可见分光光度仪,针对不同药品溶液在特定波长上... 目的对临床常用9种静脉输液药品溶液使用冲管液冲洗输液管,使上下组的药液在输液管内不发生反应,测定冲管所需液体量。方法按临床使用习惯将9种药品配制成11种不同浓度的供试液。应用紫外可见分光光度仪,针对不同药品溶液在特定波长上的最大吸收峰,通过对冲管不同阶段液体光密度的测定,确定使输液管残留药液达到安全浓度所需的液体量。结果在冲管液量为16~25ml时,81.82%(9/11)的试样光密度均下降至50%以下;在冲管液量为22~40ml时,90.91%(10/11)的试样光密度下降95%以下;在冲管液量为28~85ml时,所有试样的光密度值与相应冲管液一致。结论 40ml冲管液量能够使输液管内药液达到不发生反应的安全浓度。 展开更多

2007年6月、9月、12月和2008年3月对平阳县近岸海域养殖水产品中的重金属和农药含量进行了调查.结果表明:水产品中的各污染质量分数分别为Hg 0.013~0.084μg·g-1,As ND~3.0μg·g-1,Pb ND~0.48μg·g-1,Cd 0.002~0.579... 2007年6月、9月、12月和2008年3月对平阳县近岸海域养殖水产品中的重金属和农药含量进行了调查.结果表明:水产品中的各污染质量分数分别为Hg 0.013~0.084μg·g-1,As ND~3.0μg·g-1,Pb ND~0.48μg·g-1,Cd 0.002~0.579μg·g-1,Cu ND~11.7μg·g-1,Cr ND~4.1μg·g-1,六六六ND~0.001 5μg·g-1和DDT为ND~0.173μg·g-1.参照《农产品安全质量无公害水产品安全要求》标准发现,平阳县近岸海域养殖水产品中超标项主要有Cd、As和Cr,另外重金属和农药残留量除DDT、Cr外,其余污染物质量分数均呈甲壳类、贝类>鱼类.同时,采用危害指标公式探讨水产品摄取量与健康风险之关系,并估算其每日可接受安全量,得出每人以平均体重为60kg折算,若水产品中的砷含量为3.0μg·g-1时,建议每人每日可接受安全量为42.9g·d-1. 展开更多

认知无线电(CR)非正交多址接入(NOMA)网络(记为CR-NOMA)已是无线通信领域的研究热点之一。由于无线信道的开放性,使得无线网络的安全通信成为当前急需解决的问题。该文研究了频谱共享多天线CR-NOMA网络安全中断性能,首先分析了最优天线... 认知无线电(CR)非正交多址接入(NOMA)网络(记为CR-NOMA)已是无线通信领域的研究热点之一。由于无线信道的开放性,使得无线网络的安全通信成为当前急需解决的问题。该文研究了频谱共享多天线CR-NOMA网络安全中断性能,首先分析了最优天线选择(OAS)方案的安全中断概率(SOP),并推导了其精确的闭合表达式。其次,分析了空时传输(STT)方案的SOP,并推导了其精确的闭合表达式。最后,对次用户两种方案的SOP渐近性能进行了分析,揭示了系统参数对SOP的影响。最后,采用Monte Carlo仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。研究发现,两种方案基站分别存在一个最优峰值发射功率,使得远距离次用户的安全中断性能最佳。仿真结果表明增大基站峰值发射功率,OAS方案的近距离次用户的SOP会始终优于STT方案,远距离次用户的SOP会劣于STT方案。 展开更多

[Method] Contents of 9 kinds of heavy metals including Cd, Mn, Pb, Zn and Cu in the herb were deter-mined by the method of wet digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry, respectively. [Results] Heavy metal contents of Cd, Mn, Pb, Fe, Cu, Zn, As, Hg and Se were 1.62-17.25, 8.93-142.53, 4.37-18.43, 103.7-242.81, 2.55-5.35, 85.40-146.30, 0.07-0.54, 0.00-0.08 and 0.00-0.47 mg/kg, respectively. According to the national food safety standards and Green Trade Standards of lmporting &amp; Exporting Medicinal plants &amp; Preparations, the heavy metal contents of the P. roxburghiana_samples col ected from different coun-ties in Hechi City exceeded standards or at the critical values. Among which, Cd, Pb and Zn contents of the samples are seriously higher than the standards. The results showed that the detection rate of pesticide residues in Citrus reticulate was 91.9%. The detection rate of banned pesticides was 1.6%. The detection rate of restricted pesticides was 9.5%. The detection rate of allowed pesticides was 68.3%. The detection rate of unregistered pesticides was 15.9%. The pesticide used in citrus was relatively common. [Result] The traceability management system provided the information interaction and comprehensive management platform of agricultural product quality and safety based on domestic based software for the government, enterprises and consumers. [Method] The soil heavy metal pollution status of pollution-free agricultu... [Objective] This study aimed to understand and grasp the soil heavy metal pollution status of agricultural habitat environment in Xi'an City. [Method] The soil heavy metal pollution status of pollution-free agricultural products-producing areas in 9 counties (districts) of Xi'an City was investigated. A total of 609 soil samples were collected, and their Cd, Hg, As, Pb and Cr contents were determined. In addition, the heavy metal pollution status of the collected soil samples was evaluated by Nemerow index method. [Result] The pollution in Baqiao, Chang'an; Gaoling, Lan- tian, Lintong and Yanliang was of grade I, belonging to clean level; the pollution in Hu County, Weiyang and Zhouzhi was of grade II, near the warning line, belong to relatively clean level. There was no large-area soil heavy metal pollution overall. The investigated areas could be used as production bases of pollution-free agricultural products and even high-quality agricultural products. However, the heavy met- als contents in some individual areas exceeded relevant soil environmental quality standards, and they should be avoided or forbidden during regional planning and selection of production area. [Conclusion] Soil heavy metal pollution of agricultural habitat environment in Xi'an City is generally at good status.
