采用青链安米联合治疗猪病,经过多年的探索和实践,证明,在多种猪病的治疗上拥有很好的效果.对于猪病进行治疗,包括多种疾病,如感冒(普通型、流行性)风湿性关节炎、肌炎,还有多种炎症(膀胱炎、子宫内膜炎、阴道炎、肺炎、支气管炎等... 采用青链安米联合治疗猪病,经过多年的探索和实践,证明,在多种猪病的治疗上拥有很好的效果.对于猪病进行治疗,包括多种疾病,如感冒(普通型、流行性)风湿性关节炎、肌炎,还有多种炎症(膀胱炎、子宫内膜炎、阴道炎、肺炎、支气管炎等、轻度脑膜炎),产后恶露不尽、术后感染,另外,对于传染病,如猪肺疫、猪链球菌病、仔猪副伤寒,也有很好的疗效.采用青链安米联合治疗的方法,具体应用即安乃近或安痛定、复方氨基比林2-10ml;地塞米松5-25mg混合1次肌肉注射,链霉素50-100万单位、青霉素40-400万单位,(小猪可用庆大霉素1-8万单位代替),疗法和用量依照猪体的具体情况而定,每日二次.在笔者10余年的经临经验中,采用青链安米联合治疗的方法,轻症用药1-2次即可基本痊愈,重症要用4-6次也可痊愈.症状改善后再注射1-2次就可以防止复发..疑似慢性猪瘟、猪丹毒、猪肺疫,出现皮肤青紫,或者对未注射过疫苗的猪只,采用青链安米联合治疗,对侧肌肉注射抗病毒或清热解毒注射液10-20ml,同样收到了很好的疗效. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to analyze sugar components in fermented rice wine by ion chromatography. [Method] The optimal condition for chromatography system of sugar analysis was selected by measuring sugars in fermented rice wine with ion chromatography and pulsed amperometric detection. [Result] The optimal measurement conditions were as follows: Leacheate (Leachate), consisting of NaOH and CH3COONa, was eluted by gradient concentrations, with column temperature at 35 ℃ and flow rate at 0.4 ml/min. In the condition, sugars in rice wine were ana- lyzed and the results showed that the method is featured by low detection limit, good repetition and high recovery rate. [Conclusion] The research establishes and determines the approaches and optimum conditions for sugar analysis in rice wine by ion chromatography and pulsed amperometric detection, providing references for advancement of research on quality improvement of fermented rice wine. 展开更多

Research was conducted to determine the quantity of methanol in liquor locally produced in nine different areas of Kamphaengphet province, Thailand. All samples were investigated for methanol content and, while quantities varied depending on the fermentation process, the amounts of methanol determined were statistically significant. The results showed a clear trend of increasing amounts of methanol; the longer it was fermented, the higher amount of methanol it gained. The appropriate distillation temperature was at 85 ℃ examined from a fermented sample which had the highest level of methanol. As a part of this research, a workshop was conducted for distillers on skill development and knowledge promotion for rice wine, rice whisky and safe wine manufacturer. This included a campaign to promote safer rice wine distillation process wherein alcohol content does not exceed 15%. An evaluation at the completion of the workshop indicated that the participants had gained knowledge and understanding, satisfaction, and knowledge utilization. 展开更多

An empirical study on vortex-generator insert fitted in tubular heat exchangers with dilute Cu–water nanofluid flow 被引量:3

The heat transfer enhancement(HTE) in tubular heat exchangers fitted with vortex-generator(VG) inserts is experimentally investigated. The studied four parameters and ranges are: winglets-pitch ratio(1.33, 2.67, and 4),winglets-length ratio(0.33, 0.67, and 1), winglets-width ratio(0.2, 0.4, and 0.6), and Reynolds number(5200to 12200). The testing fluids are the water and Cu–water nanofluid at the volumetric fraction of 0.2%. The results obtained on HTE, pressure drop, and performance evaluation criterion(PEC) are compared with those for water in a smooth tube. It is found that the VG inserts with lower winglets-pitch ratio and higher winglets-length/width ratios present higher values of HTE and pressure drop. Over the range studied, the maximum PEC of 1.83 is detected with the Cu–water nanofluid inside the tube equipped with a VG insert at the winglets-width ratio of0.6 for the maximum Reynolds number, when the heat transfer rate and pressure drop are 1.24 times and 2.03 times of those in the smooth tube. Generalized regression equations of the Nusselt number, friction factor, and PEC are presented for the tubular heat exchangers with the VG inserts for both water and Cu–water nanofluid.It is concluded that the main advantage of the VG inserts is their simple fabrication and considerable performance, particularly at higher Reynolds number. 展开更多

AIM:To evaluate the safety of lamivudine(LAM) treatment for chronic hepatitis B in early pregnancy.METHODS:A total of 92 pregnant women who received LAM treatment either before pregnancy or in early pregnancy were enrolled in this study.All of the pregnant women volunteered to take lamivudine during pregnancy and were not co-infected with hepatitis C virus,human immunodeficiency virus,cytomegalovirus,or other viruses.All infants received passiveactive immunoprophylaxis with 200 IU hepatitis B immunoglobulin and three doses of 10 μg hepatitis B vaccines(0-1-6 mo) according to the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Adverse events were observed throughout the entire pregnancy and perinatal period,and the effectiveness of lamivudine treatment for blocking mother-to-infant transmission of hepatitis B virus(HBV) was evaluated.All adverse events in mothers and infants during pregnancy and the perinatal period and the HBV motherto-infant transmission blocking rate were compared with the literature.RESULTS:Among the 92 pregnant women,spontaneous abortions occurred in 11 cases,while 3 mothers had a second pregnancy after the initial abortion;72 mothers delivered 73 live infants,of whom 68 infants were followed up for no less than 6 mo,and 12 mothers were still pregnant.During pregnancy,the main maternal adverse events were vaginitis(12/72,16.7%),spontaneous abortion(11/95,11.6%),and gestational diabetes(6/72,8.3%);only one case had 1-2 degree elevation of the creatine kinase level(195 U/L).During the perinatal period,the main maternal adverse events were premature rupture of the membranes(8/72,11.1%),preterm delivery(5/72,6.9%),and meconium staining of the amniotic fluid(4/72,5.6%).In addition,2 infants were found to have congenital abnormalities;1 had a scalp hemangioma that did not change in size until 7 mo,and the other had early cerebral palsy,but with rehabilitation training,the infant's motor functions became totally normal at 2 years of age.The incidence of adverse events among the mothers or abnormalities in the infants was not higher than that of normal mothers or HBV-infected mothers who did not receive lamivudine treatment.In only 2 cases,mother-to-infant transmission blocking failed;the blocking rate was 97.1%(66/68),which was higher than has been previously reported.CONCLUSION:Lamivudine treatment is safe for chronic HBV-infected pregnant mothers and their fetuses with a gestational age of less than 12 wk or throughout the entire pregnancy. 展开更多

The ordered microstructural TiO2-NTs ... A Pr-doped TiO2-NTs/SnO2-Sb electrode was prepared by a simple method, cyclic voltarnmetry (CV). The methyl orange (MO)aqueous solution was selected as a simulated wastewater. The ordered microstructural TiO2-NTs substrate was synthesized by an electrochemical method to obtain large specific surface area and high space utilization. The phase structure, electrode surface morphology and electrochemical properties of electrodes were characterized by XRD, SEM and electrochemical technology, respectively. The results showed that praseo- dymium oxide was successfully doped into the SnOz-Sb film by CV method. Due to the doped Pr, the oxygen evo- lution potential increased from 2.25 V to 2.40 V. The degradation of MO was investigated by UV-vis. The Ct/C0(φ) was studied as a function to obtain the optimal parameters, such as the amount of doped Pr, current density and initial dye concentration. In addition, the degradation process followed pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics and the rate constant was 0.099 3 min-1. The result indicated that the introduction of Pr reduced the formation of oxygen vacancies or enhanced the formation of adsorbed hydroxyl radical groups on the surface, thus leading to better activity and stability. 展开更多

However, overdose of this drug is very dangerous to the human body. In this study, a new sensor based on a pyrogallol red modified‐multiwalled carbon nanotube paste electrode (PGRMMWCNTPE) was prepared and used for high sensitivity determination of ISPR in aqueous solution. Electrocatalytic oxidation of ISPR at the PGRMMWCNTPE was investigated by chronoam‐perometry, cyclic voltammetry, and square‐wave voltammetry. The values of the catalytic rate con‐stant, electron transfer coefficient, and diffusion coefficient for ISPR oxidation were then calculated using voltammetric data. A linear calibration curve was constructed for ISPR concentration in the range 0.8–570μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.47μmol/L ISPR. The sensor was then applied to the determination of ISPR in urine and drug samples with satisfactory results. 展开更多
