The spinning process is simulated by means of ANSYS software, and the dynamic boundary and contact problems in simulation are solved. The transient stress distribution of contact area, the transient strain distribution of nodes in typical section and the strain distribution of the whole part at last are attained, and the place and the cause of crack are analyzed. Simulation results show how the strain distribution of typical section, the thickness of some typical nodes, the Z coordinate in typical section and the spinning force of three rollers change with the time. According to study the variation curve, the material flow law along radial, tangential and axial direction is attained and the whole spinning process is studied. The experiment data reflect how the spinning force is influenced by different process parameters, such as feed rate, roundness radius and pass reduction. The simulation and the experiment results supply criteria for optimum design and reasonable parameter selection.展开更多

Comparable analysis on the appearance quality, chemical components and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco laminas in the process of alcoholization was carried out by using the meth- ods of CAS and natural alcoholization. The results showed that appearance and color through the treatment of natural alcoholization were deep, browning and ac- companied by the phenomenon of oil, while color scale of flue-cured tobacco lami- nas through the treatment of CAS was uniform, fullness was better, and these two methods were close or identical after opening for 3 months. The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar during the process of alcoholization were also gradually decreased, but the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar of laminas via CAS was higher than that of the natural alcoholization treatment. Compared with the natural alcoholization, the descending trends of total nitrogen and nicotine contents during CAS were gentler, the ratio via CAS was closer to 1, and the coordination of chemical components was more superior. During the period of alcoholization for 6 to 12 months, sensory quality of laminas via the natural alcoholization treatment was more superior than that of CAS treatment. However, after 18 months of alcoholiza- tion, sensory quality of laminas via the CAS treatment was more superior than that of the natural alcoholization treatment, and the CAS treatment could improve opti- mum sensory quality by 0.5 to 1.5 scores. Additionally, the CAS treatment could prolong the time of optimum alcoholization quality for 6 months, compared with the treatment of natural alcoholization. The CAS method could influence the alcohoJiza- tion quality of flue-cured tobacco laminas and prolong the retention period of opti- mum quality status for flue-cured tobacco laminas by regulating the environmental aas composition, thereby realizin.q quality control of flue-cured tobacco laminas.展开更多

The objectives of this study are to establish a method for softening hyuganatsu peel without heating and a process for making a high pressure-induced (HP-) marmalade and to compare with heat-induced (H-) marmalade and citrus shaddock family marmalade. Firmness of peel was (greatest to least) pressurized at 500 MPa for 30 min, soaked in citric acid solution at pH 2.7 for 24 h, and boiled for 10 min, respectively. The cell walls of flavedo and albedo did not loosen after pressurization. However, after soaking or heating, the middle lamella of albedo separated. When flavedo was soaked at pH 2.7, 9.3% of pectin was extracted. The amount of naringin was the least in hyuganatsu 〈 pummelo 〈 grapefruit), and juice sacs 〈 flavedo 〈 segment walls 〈 albedo, respectively. Thus, marmalade was processed. Albedo, segment walls and juice sacs of hyuganatsu were homogenized with citric acid solution (pH 2.7) and mixed with sliced flavedo. Then it was soaked for 24 h at pH 2.7. Sucrose was then added (final sugar 50%), vacuum packed, then pressurized for 30 min at 500 MPa or boiled for 10 min, respectively. There was no significant difference in sensory evaluation between HP- and H-marmalade. However, the color, transparency and total evaluation of HP-marmalade were better than H-marmalade. Consequently, total evaluation of hyuganatsu-HP-marmalade was rated highly. So, hyuganatsu was considered to be more suitable for marmalade because it was more palatable than the others.展开更多

The results show that the as-prepared GO had good dispersion and compatibility in PI matrix due to the introduction of abundant oxygen-containing functional groups during the oxidation. The residual graphitic domains and the thermal treatment induced reduction of GO further enhanced the dielectric permittivity of the resulting GO–PI composites. The dielectric permittivity of the GO–PI composites exhibited a typical percolation behavior with a percolation threshold of 0.0347 of volume ratio and a critical exponent of 0.837. Near the percolation threshold, the dielectric permittivity of the GO–PI composite increased to 108 at 10~2 Hz and was 26 times that of the pure PI.展开更多
