配电线路自动化定型加工设备研究与应用 被引量:1

为了提高了配电线路自动化加工水平,研究了配电线路自动化定型加工的关键技术。设计了导线牵引器结构,采用双轴驱动履带牵引机构,解决了牵引过程中的过载、打滑问题;设计了冲压装置及模具,实现了导线的自动剥皮;采用双立刀垂直压剪方式... 为了提高了配电线路自动化加工水平,研究了配电线路自动化定型加工的关键技术。设计了导线牵引器结构,采用双轴驱动履带牵引机构,解决了牵引过程中的过载、打滑问题;设计了冲压装置及模具,实现了导线的自动剥皮;采用双立刀垂直压剪方式,实现了导线的自动切断,保证了导线的断面质量;设计了一套自动上端子装置,将已剥皮导线精准地送入到端子内压接。通过现场试验测试,该套设备性能稳定可靠,安全性好,效率高,实现了配电线路的自动化流水线定型加工。 展开更多

为了解决铝模工艺工程墙柱漏浆问题,本文介绍一种现浇混凝土剪力墙铝模漏浆技术的应用,分析了传统现浇混凝土墙体根部间隙封堵方式多采用封堵砂浆或压脚板+海绵条施工工艺,上述两种方法若因工人操作不当容易造成漏浆、夹渣导致混凝土结... 为了解决铝模工艺工程墙柱漏浆问题,本文介绍一种现浇混凝土剪力墙铝模漏浆技术的应用,分析了传统现浇混凝土墙体根部间隙封堵方式多采用封堵砂浆或压脚板+海绵条施工工艺,上述两种方法若因工人操作不当容易造成漏浆、夹渣导致混凝土结构墙柱漏浆的质量通病。其缺点是产生的建筑垃圾较多,不可以周转使用、未达到环保和节约成本的效果。铝模施工的现浇结构墙体漏浆的出现对工程结构创优造成较大影响。为了解决上述问题,本文对现浇混凝土剪力墙铝模防漏浆进行深入研究,从而进一步减少现浇结构竖向构件墙体漏浆,提高铝模施工的墙体质量。 展开更多

A series of tests was performed with three-point single-edge-notched-bend (SENB) specimens in a condenser material (Titanium alloy). Results show that the J-integral values of welded joint and HAZ are obviously smaller than those of the base metal. It signifies that the welding process can result in a reduced toughness of Titanium alloy and the effect of crack orientation on toughness value is not negligible for engineering applications. Besides, the J-integral values of L-T direction specimens are much higher than those of L-S ones. The J-integral values of rolled ring are:JC-R>JC-L>JL-R. 展开更多

In the traditional Markov chain model (MCM), aleatory uncertainty because of inherent randomness and epistemic uncertainty due to the lack of knowledge are not differentiated. Generalized interval probability provides a concise representation for the two kinds of uncertainties simultaneously. In this paper, a generalized Markov chain model (GMCM), based on the generalized interval probability theory, is proposed to improve the reliability of prediction. In the GMCM, aleatory uncertainty is represented as probability; interval is used to capture epistemic uncertainty. A case study for predicting the average dynamic compliance in machining processes is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed GMCM. The results show that the proposed GMCM has a better prediction performance than that of MCM. 展开更多

The focus of this paper is the ill-conditioned problems in the dam safety monitoring model. The reasons to give rise to the ill-conditioned problems in statistical models,deterministic models and hybrid models are analyzed in detail,and the criterions for ill-conditioned models are investigated. It is shown that safety monitoring models are not easy to be ill-conditioned if the number of influence factors is less than seven. Moreover,the models have a high accuracy and can meet the engineering requirements. Another frequently encountered problem in establishing a safety monitoring model is the existence of inflection points,which are often present in the mathematical model for the hydraulic components in deterministic models and hybrid models. The conditions for inflection points are studied and their treatments are suggested. Numerical example indicates that the treatments proposed in this paper are effective in removing the ill-conditioned problems. 展开更多
