石蜡/聚丙烯定型相变储能材料的泄漏率和定型能力的研究 被引量:3

采用3种不同类型增容剂乙烯-α-辛烯高共聚物(POE)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)改善石蜡/聚丙烯(PP)定型相变材料(FSPCMs)的性能,讨论3种增容剂的用量对储能相变材料泄漏率和定型能力的影响,并通... 采用3种不同类型增容剂乙烯-α-辛烯高共聚物(POE)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)改善石蜡/聚丙烯(PP)定型相变材料(FSPCMs)的性能,讨论3种增容剂的用量对储能相变材料泄漏率和定型能力的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对相变材料的微观结构进行表征。结果表明:当FSPCMs中石蜡含量高达70%(wt,质量分数,下同),增容剂含量为20%时,48h后定型相变材料的泄漏率最低,POE、EPDM和SEBS这3种类型的FSPCMs泄漏率分别3.77%、4.46%和1.41%,比相同石蜡含量的纯PP/石蜡定型相变材料的泄漏率分别降低了3.68倍、3.1倍和9.84倍。定型相变材料的定型能力随着增容剂含量的增加而降低,定型能力最好的是POE-FSPCMs。SEM结果表明3种增容剂中与PP相容性最好的是POE,与石蜡相容性最好的是SEBS。 展开更多

以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、N-乙烯基己内酰胺(NVCL)为单体,以水与乙醇为复合溶剂,以自由基聚合法合成了乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙烯基己内酰胺(VP/CL)共聚物。采用红外光谱表征了其结构,采用黏度法测试其K值,以浊点法测试其温敏性,并考察了引... 以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、N-乙烯基己内酰胺(NVCL)为单体,以水与乙醇为复合溶剂,以自由基聚合法合成了乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙烯基己内酰胺(VP/CL)共聚物。采用红外光谱表征了其结构,采用黏度法测试其K值,以浊点法测试其温敏性,并考察了引发剂、反应温度、单体浓度等对共聚物K值的影响,以及单体比例对于温敏性能的影响。结果表明引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)用量为质量分数0.3%~0.4%、反应温度65℃、单体质量分数40%、NVCL物质的量分数在40%~50%时,可合成K值与浊点较高、性能稳定的VP/CL共聚物。VP/CL(物质的量比50︰50)共聚物浊点为53℃,其在相对湿度90%的高湿条件下对头发的卷曲保持率高达76%,呈现很强的定型能力。 展开更多

In this paper, a method of stabilizing electric power by a system which is a combination of wind power generation and pumped storage power generation is proposed. The system operates based on the output predicted value of the windfarm. When the measured windfarm output is larger than the predicted value, the system is pumping up water with surplus power. When the windfarm output is smaller than the predicted value, the system is filling up lack power by hydro generator. Also, since hydro generator works with a start-up delay time, output shortage occurs at this time. To improve output shortage at the time, we estimate the time below the predicted value by a statistical model. As the result, the system succeeded in stabilizing the power and improving the start-up delay time of the hydro generator. 展开更多

We investigate the synchronization ability of four types of regular coupled networks. By introducing the proper error variables and Lyapunov functions, we turn the stability of synchronization manifold into that of null solution of error equations, further, into the negative definiteness of some symmetric matrices, thus we get the sufficient synchronization stability conditions. To test the valid of the results, we take the Chua's circuit as an example. Although the theoretical synchronization thresholds appear to be very conservative, they provide new insights about the influence of topology and scale of networks on synchronization, and that the theoretical results and our numerical simulations are consistent. 展开更多
