汽轮发电机不同负载运行条件下的气隙电势与合成磁势的关系是与空载特性之间存在明显差异的一个曲线族。这种差异主要是由磁路饱和与磁场畸变双因素非线性共同作用引起的。该文以有限元方法为工具,研究不同功角时计及双因素非线性的定... 汽轮发电机不同负载运行条件下的气隙电势与合成磁势的关系是与空载特性之间存在明显差异的一个曲线族。这种差异主要是由磁路饱和与磁场畸变双因素非线性共同作用引起的。该文以有限元方法为工具,研究不同功角时计及双因素非线性的定子绕组电感系数随转子角变化的特点,并比较分析其与不计饱和值之间的差异。提出一种通过寻求随转子角变化的定子电感矩阵的特征值来获取同步电抗的方法,该方法不仅能考虑双因素非线性和转子的运动,还能充分考虑定子电感系数的特点。用该方法计算的同步电抗都比制造厂给出的参数要小。计算定子电流的实例研究表明,用计及双因素非线性的同步电抗的计算结果与直接采用有限元方法的计算结果更接近。 展开更多

提出了一种改进的基于高频旋转电压注入的离线参数辨识方法,可以同时辨识永磁同步电机的定子电阻、电感与转子磁极初始位置并基本保持转子不动。该方法给定子注入高频旋转电压,产生的电流中含有结构凸极效应或者饱和凸极效应引起的转子... 提出了一种改进的基于高频旋转电压注入的离线参数辨识方法,可以同时辨识永磁同步电机的定子电阻、电感与转子磁极初始位置并基本保持转子不动。该方法给定子注入高频旋转电压,产生的电流中含有结构凸极效应或者饱和凸极效应引起的转子磁极位置信息和直轴磁路非线性饱和引起的转子磁极极性信息。设计转子磁极位置信息提取方法与闭环调节结构,实现了转子磁极初次辨识角度跟踪;同时设计转子磁极极性信息提取方法,实现转子磁极极性判断。待闭环跟踪稳定后,通过提取感应共模信息与差模信息来测量定子电感,消除了直轴磁路非线性饱和对直轴电感检测的影响。最后,在转子磁极方向注入恒定电压,采用两点式伏安法测量定子电阻,消除了脉宽调制中死区与窄脉冲限制对定子电阻检测的影响。该方法实现了转子无转动离线辨识定子电阻、电感与转子磁极初始位置,并且在空载、满载和堵转情况下均适用。Matlab仿真与永磁同步电机实验验证了该方法的优越性能。 展开更多

The removal of lead from ginseng ethanol extracts by a fixed-bed column filled with an adsorbent bearing amine and carboxyl groups was investigated. The Pb2+ content was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. When the flowrate increased from 0.12 to 0.34 ml·min-1 , the column exhibited a marked increase in percentage of lead removal from 54.9% to 92.3%. Further increase in the flowrate did not bring evident changes to the lead removal, whereas an increase in the temperature could reinforce adsorption further, suggesting that the adsorption process was controlled by external film diffusion below the flowrate of 0.34 ml·min-1 , and by the intraparticle pore diffusion of lead ions when the flowrate exceeded it. A low remaining lead amount in extracts such as 0.11 mg·kg-1 (extracts powder) was achieved. The adsorbents also adsorbed effective constituents to some extent. But 88% of constituents adsorbed were taken off using a 70% ethanol aqueous solution. 展开更多

Standard addition method was applied for the calibration using aqueous solutions. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) absorb these metals at pH 8.0, HNO3 of 1.0 mol-Ll is used for complete elusion of these metals from MWNTs. Previously investigated parameters have been applied for the determination of Pb, Cr, Ni and Mn in tap water samples. Fifteen tap water samples from different locations of Riyadh metropolitan area have been determined by ICP-MS after preconcentration with MWNTs. 展开更多

The Effect of Clutch Wobbling and Mixed Eccentricity on Induction Machine Stator Currents

Faults and failures of induction machines can indeed lead to excessive costs, hence, there is a strong demand in the industry for adopting diagnosis techniques to assess and evaluate current condition of electrical machines. Eccentricity related faults as well as clutch wobbling constitute major portions of the faults related to induction motors. This paper presents the effect of clutch wobbling and mixed eccentricity on induction machine stator currents and the possibility of distinguishing between each ailment via comparing the abnormal harmonics contained in stator current spectrums in each case. In this paper, the current spectrum of a four pole-pairs, 550 kW, induction machine were calculated for the cases of full symmetry, clutch wobbling, and mixed eccentricity. The calculations involve integration of 93 electrical plus four mechanical ordinary differential equations. Electrical equations account for variable inductances affected by slotting and eccentricities. The calculations were followed by Fourier analysis of the stator currents. Zooms of the current spectrums, around the 50 Hz fundamental harmonic as well as of the main slot harmonic zone, of both calculated and measured currents are included. The spectrums presented in this paper rely on calculations that are performed with dedicated software which is owned by AGH University of Science and Technology. 展开更多

The goal of this paper is to explore the relationship between the inorganic elemental fingerprint and the geographical origin identification ofMeretricis concha, which is a commonly used marine traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of asthma and scald bums. For that, the inorganic elemental contents ofMeretricis concha from five sampling points in Jiaozhou Bay have been determined by means of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, and the comparative investigations based on the contents of 14 inorganic elements (A1, As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se and Zn) of the samples from Jiaozhou Bay and the previous reported Rushan Bay were performed. It has been found that the samples from the two bays are ap- proximately classified into two kinds using hierarchical cluster analysis, and a four-factor model based on principle component analysis could explain approximately 75% of the detection data, also linear discriminant analysis can be used to develop a prediction model to distinguish the samples from Jiaozhou Bay and Rushan Bay with accuracy of about 93%. The results of the present investi- gation suggested that the inorganic elemental fingerprint based on the combination of the measured elemental content and chemom- etric analysis is a promising approach for verifying the geographical origin ofMeretricis concha, and this strategy should be valuable for the authenticity discrimination of some marine TCM. 展开更多

In this paper, an improved PI (proportional integral) stator resistance estimation for a DTC (direct torque controlled) induction motor is proposed. This estimation method is based on an on-line stator resistance correction regarding the variations of the stator current estimation error. In fact, the input variable of the P1 estimator is the stator current estimation error. The main idea is to tune accurately the stator resistance value relatively to the evolution of the stator current estimation error gradient to avoid the drive instability and ensure the tracking of the actual value of the stator resistance. But there is an unavoidable steady state error between the filtered stator current modulus and its estimated value from the dq model of the machine which is due to pseudo random commutations of the inverter switches. This may deteriorate the performance of the proposed fuzzy stator resistance estimator. An offset has been introduced in order to overcome this problem, for different speed command values and load torques. Simulation results show that the proposed estimator was able to successfully track the actual value of the stator resistance lbr different operating conditions. 展开更多

We propose a numerical solution of Faraday's law of induction based on the knowledge of the time-varying, non-uniform vector potential inside arbitrarily shaped electrical coils. The vector potential can be related to the magnetic induction which yields the well-known form of Faraday's law. The algorithm applies for non-retarding fields within the quasi-stationary regime. The model is intended to help to understand the behavior of electromagnetic fields inside the discharge chambers of radio-frequency ion thrusters. This provides a basis for modeling an inductively-coupled plasma which is kept burning by absorbing electromagnetic energy. In the long run, this plasma model will be used to support development processes of electric and electronic control devices which are needed for driving radio-frequency ion thrusters more efficiently. To predict the induced radio frequency fields more precisely, the skin effect along the coil wire is modeled. Furthermore, an impedance model of the coil, which incorporates the skin effect, is introduced. The simulated data are compared to measured values obtained by a generic electric field probe. Although the probe was uncalibrated, the observed values were highly similar to the expected values as determined by the numerical solution. 展开更多

This paper proposes the implementation of a fuzzy logic control scheme applied to a two d-q current components model of an induction motor. An intelligent based on fuzzy logic controller is developed with the help of knowledge rule base for efficient control. The performance of fuzzy logic controller is compared with that of the proportional integral controller in terms of the settling time and dynamic response to sudden load changes. The harmonic pattern of the output current is evaluated for both fixed gain proportional integral controller and the fuzzy logic based controller. The performance of the IM drive has been analyzed under steady state and transient conditions. Simulation results of both the controllers are presented for comparison. 展开更多
