In article this problem is considered and from positions of informationology is formulated and on the basis of a method of full mathematical induction the Law of positive dynamics of the Universe is proved. This law establishes preference of the positive purposes in all processes happening in the Universe. Thus, the goal-setting which is carried out from positions of the described Law is the important world outlook prerequisite searching, identification and development of strategic alternatives of purposeful social innovations.展开更多

Instead of usual singularity behind black hole horizon, all fields and curvature invariants are regular everywhere for the regular black holes. Through gauge invariant approach, the linearly dynamical stability of the regular black hole is studied. In odd-parity sector, we find that the A term does not appear in the master equations of perturbations, which shows that the regular black hole is stable under odd-parity perturbations. On the other hand, for the even-parity sector, the master equations are more complicated than the case without the cosmological constant. We obtain the sufficient conditions for stability of the regular black hole. We also investigate the thermodynamic properties of the regular black hole. and find that those thermodynamic quantities do not satisfy the differential form of first law of black hole thermodynamics. The reason for violating the first law is revealed.展开更多

In this process, in order to ensure the purpose of the studying sample observation can be achieved, we need know the sample size in advance. Generally speaking, there are two approaches to determinate the sample size. One is power function principle, namely providing a good sampling estimation accuracy in advance, then calculate the sample size. The other are the decision rules based on Bayesian ideology. In this paper, from the perspective of statistical decision as our major decisions, we discuss the problem about the sample size determination in regression analysis. The full text of major features in this paper include: sample size determination when estimating parameters in regression model, sample size determination when doing mean-value regression prediction, and sample size determination when doing point-value regression prediction. To some extent, using decision rules to determinate sample size is better than using the power function method.展开更多
