定容条件下天然气水合物生成温度测定方法

天然气水合物(以下简称水合物)生成温度的测定主要通过室内实验模拟水合物生成分解过程,采集实验中的温度压力数据,利用图形法得到该条件下水合物的生成温度。为了解决上述图形法实验过程中没有统一标准、相平衡点判定方式不明确等问题... 天然气水合物(以下简称水合物)生成温度的测定主要通过室内实验模拟水合物生成分解过程,采集实验中的温度压力数据,利用图形法得到该条件下水合物的生成温度。为了解决上述图形法实验过程中没有统一标准、相平衡点判定方式不明确等问题,在定容条件下,开展了水合物生成分解实验,从加热路径和相平衡点判定两个方面对水合物生成温度进行了研究。研究结果表明:①宜采用非连续加热路径升温分解水合物,分解水合物过程中升温速率越慢得到的相平衡点越精确;②采用优化后的方法进行了实验,得到的甲烷水合物生成温度和软件CHEMCAD模拟的数据吻合较好,平均绝对偏差小于1.0 K,与软件CSM模拟的数据进行对比,平均绝对偏差小于0.1 K;③提出了一种非连续加热路径判定水合物生成温度的方法,采用该方法测得的相平衡点与X区块现场水合物实际生成温度误差在0.5 K以内,结果吻合度较好,为获得任意实验条件下精确的水合物相平衡点提供了新的思路。结论认为,优化后的测定方法具有时间短、结果准确度高、重复性好的优点,该方法的形成与运用有助于支撑相关水合物测试方法标准的建立。 展开更多

We obtain exact spatiotemporal similaritons to a (3+ l)-dimensional inhomogeneous nonlinear Schrodinger equation, which describes the propagation of optical pulses in a cubic-quintic nonlinearity medium with distributed dispersion and gain. A one-to-one correspondence between such self-similar waves and solutions of the elliptic equation is found when a certain compatibility condition is satisfied. Based on exact solutions, we discuss evolutional behaviors of self-similar cnoidal waves and chirped similaritons in two kind of typicai soliton control systems. Moreover, the comparison between chirped similaritons and chirp-free solitons is given. 展开更多

The multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) alignment system aims at the inter-process automation between the first and the second plastic processes.As a result of testing performance verification of MLCC alignment system,the average alignment rates are 95% for 3216 chip,88.5% for 2012 chip and 90.8% for 3818 chip.The MLCC alignment system can be accepted for practical use because the average manual alignment is just 80%.In other words,the developed MLCC alignment system has been upgraded to a great extent,compared with manual alignment.Based on the successfully developed MLCC alignment system,the optimal transfer conditions have been explored by using RSM.The simulations using ADAMS has been performed according to the cube model of CCD.By using MiniTAB,the model of response surface has been established based on the simulation results.The optimal conditions resulted from the response optimization tool of MiniTAB has been verified by being assigned to the prototype of MLCC alignment system. 展开更多
