By reviewing and e- valuating clinical ROT and fundamental research with high quality in the past 17 years, it is found that specific acupoints are the chief in the treatment of FD; additionally, there are differences between specific acupoints and non-specific acupoints in therapeutic effect, explaining that the specificity of meridian points plays an im- portant role in treatment. However, because of inadequate high-quality researches in clinics, the specificity of acupoints can't be proved until the researches of clinical effect and mechanism of therapeutic difference are intensified.展开更多

They transfer radiant energy expressed by irradiance unit in W/m2 into the skin specifically to achieve a therapeutic reduction in the bilirubin concentration in the blood. National Institute for Standards (NIS) in Egypt builds up a radiometric method to en- sure the competence of phototherapy sources (luminaire) to the standard international and national requirements. Hence, NIS provides traceability to customer through unbroken chain of phototherapy radiometer calibrated as irradiance response in W/m2. Uncertainty model including all parameters accompanied with the measurements is studied.展开更多

All patients’ K wires were removed at 4 weeks post operation Their elbow function regained at 8 weeks The average period of followed up was 10 month (varies from 6 to 18 month), all fractures healed very well without any permanent complications Two transient nerves palsy, ulnar and radial nerve each, recovered completely at 12 weeks and 16 weeks post operation respectively Conclusion. Closed reduction and percutaneous K wires fixation is a safe and efficient treatment for displaced humerus surpracondylar fracture in children展开更多
