Technological trends in the automotive industry toward a software-defined and autonomous vehicle require a reassessment of today’s vehicle development process.The validation process soaringly shapes after starting wi...Technological trends in the automotive industry toward a software-defined and autonomous vehicle require a reassessment of today’s vehicle development process.The validation process soaringly shapes after starting with hardware-in-the-loop testing of control units and reproducing real-world maneuvers and physical interaction chains.Here,the road-to-rig approach offers a vast potential to reduce validation time and costs significantly.The present research study investigates the maneuver reproduction of drivability phenomena at a powertrain test bed.Although drivability phenomena occur in the frequency range of most up to 30∙Hz,the design and characteristics substantially impact the test setup’s validity.By utilization of modal analysis,the influence of the test bed on the mechanical characteristic is shown.Furthermore,the sensitivity of the natural modes of each component,from either specimen or test bed site,is determined.In contrast,the uncertainty of the deployed measurement equipment also affects the validity.Instead of an accuracy class indication,we apply the ISO/IEC Guide 98 to the measurement equipment and the test bed setup to increase the fidelity of the validation task.In conclusion,the present paper contributes to a traceable validity determination of the road-to-rig approach by providing objective metrics and methods.展开更多

A doubled haploid (DH) population from a cross between two japonica cultivars was used to examine the pheno...Grain cooking and nutrient qualities are the most important components of rice (Oryza sativa L.) quality. A doubled haploid (DH) population from a cross between two japonica cultivars was used to examine the phenotypic values and potential QTLs for the quality traits. The cooking and nutrient quality traits, including the amylose content (AC), the gel consistency (CJC), the gelatinization temperature (GT), and the protein content (PC), in rice grown under upland and lowland environments were evaluated. Significant differences for AC, GC, GT, and PC between upland and lowland environments were detected. The phenotypic values of all four traits were higher under upland environment than lowland environment. The value of PC under upland environment was significantly higher (by 37.9%) than that under lowland environment. This suggests that upland cultivation had large effect on both cooking and nutrient qualifies. A total of seven QTLs and twelve pairs of QTLs were detected to have significant additive and epistatic effects for the four traits. Significant Q x E interaction effects of two QTLs and two pairs of QTLs were also discovered. The general contribution of additive QTLs ranged from 1.91% to 19.77%. The Q × E interactions of QTLs QGt3 and QAc6 accounted for 8.99% and 47.86% of the phenotypic variation, respectively, whereas those of the 2 pairs of epistatic QTLs, QAc6-QAcllb and QAc8-QAc9, accounted for 32.54% and 11.82%, respectively. Five QTLs QGt6b, QGt8, QGt11, QGcl, and QPc2, which had relatively high general contribution and no Q x E interactions, were selected to facilitate the upland rice grain quality breeding.展开更多

We aimed to establish two kinds of TaqMan real-time PCR methods based on PCV20RF1 and ORF2 respectively ...[Objective] In this study, the quantitive detection of PCV2 (porcine circovirus type 2) in vitro was achieved. We aimed to establish two kinds of TaqMan real-time PCR methods based on PCV20RF1 and ORF2 respectively and compare them. [Method] According to the relatively'conserved sequences of PCV20RF1 and ORF2 registered in GenBank, two pairs of specific primers and TaqMan probes were designed and synthesized. Then the recombinant plasmids containing the whole sequences of PCV20RF1 and ORF2 were constructed to draw the standard curves through optimizing the reaction system and conditions. And thus two kinds of TaqMan real-time PCR detection methods based on the whole sequences of ORF1 and ORF2 respectively were constructed for PCV2. [Result] For the two established standard curves, the Ct values showed a good linear relationship with the loga- rithms of copy numbers of templates (F2〉0.99). The amplification efficiency ranged from 90% to 110%. The amplifications all had a good repeatability with variation coefficients within groups all less than 5%. Moreover, the amplifications all had a good specificity. When the sequences of porcine parvovirus (PPV), porcine circovirus type 1 (PCV1), swine pseudorabies virus (PRV), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) were used as templates, the target sequence was not amplified. The amplifications also had a high sensitivity. The ORF1 detection method could reach 1.0x10T copies/;ul, and the ORF2 detection method could reach 1.0×10^2 copies/μl. The two established real-time PCR detection methods were used to detect the 80 clinical samples respectively. The results showed the magnitudes of 72 amplified samples were basically consistent between the 2 detection methods, while the magnitudes of the other 8 amplified samples were inconsistent. Then the 8 samples were detected with SYBR Green I real-time PCR method established based on the sequence of PCV2-1ike factor P1 by Wen et aL The PCV2-1ike factor P1 was amplified in all the 8 samples, indicating the 8 samples were all infected with PCV2-1ike factor P1. [Conclusion] The ORFl-based detection method has a higher accuracy, and it can be used for the rapid detection of PCV2.展开更多

The structure of the sample is characterized by X-ray powder diffraction analysi...The structures and electrochemical properties of the Ti1.4V0.6Ni ribbon before and after heat treatment are investigated systematically. The structure of the sample is characterized by X-ray powder diffraction analysis. Electrochemical properties including the discharge capacity, the cyclic stability and the high-rate discharge ability are tested. X-ray powder diffraction analysis shows that after heat treatment at 590 °C for 30 min, all samples mainly consist of the icosahedral quasicrystal phase (I-phase), Ti2Ni phase (FCC), V-based solid solution phase (BCC) and C14 Laves phase (hexagonal). Electrochemical measurements show that the maximum discharge capacity of the alloy electrode after heat treatment is 330.9 mA?h/g under the conditions that the discharge current density is 30 mA/g and the temperature is 30 °C. The result indicates that the cyclic stability and the high-rate discharge ability are all improved. In addition, the electrochemical kinetics of the alloy electrode is also studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and hydrogen diffusion coefficient (D).展开更多

It exhibited separation abilities to disubstituted benzene isomers and some chiral solutes. It was also found that the polarity of CD derivatives can be lowered both by chemically bonding it to polysiloxane and by diluting it in polysiloxane. The separation abilities of the polysiloxane anchored CDs (SP CD) are higher than that of the unbonded CDs (S CD) and the diluted S CD at lower column temperature. Hydrosilylation reaction is one of the best methods to lower the operating temperature of CDs.展开更多

The open-loop system analysis indicates that, in order to avoid the appearance of harmonic peaks, the frequency difference δf between drive mode and sense mode must be less than 1/(2Qy). In order to eliminate the effects of the quadrature error and the offset error, as well as the inherent non- linearity in the capacitance-type sensors, a closed-loop feedback control circuit with quadrature correction is designed. The experimental results indicate that the quadrature error and offset error are corrected. By comparing with open-loop detection, the closed-loop feedback control circuit with quadrature correction decreases the non-linearity of the scale factor from 16. 02% to 0. 35 %, widens the maximum rate capability from ± 270 (°)/s to ± 370 (°)/s and increases the stability of zero bias from 155. 2 (°)/h to 60. 6 (°)/h.展开更多

Two major categories of microstructure instability were produced in the alloy after the thermal cycling: 1) The discontinuous coarsening implies that grain boundary migrations are inclined to occur in the Al-segregation region after the long-term thermal cycling, especially after 1000 thermal cycles. Al-segregation can be reduced during the process of long-term thermal cycling as a result of element diffusion; 2) The α2 lamellae become thinner and are broken after 1000 thermal cycles caused by the dissolution of α2 lamellae through phase transformation of α2→γ. The γ grains nucleate within the α2 lamellae or(α2+γ) lamellae in a random direction.展开更多
Resurrection plants which are able to quickly reactivate after falling into a period of anabiosis caused by dehydration have been very rare among angiosperms, especially among dicotyledons whose chlorophyll content an...Resurrection plants which are able to quickly reactivate after falling into a period of anabiosis caused by dehydration have been very rare among angiosperms, especially among dicotyledons whose chlorophyll content and chloroplast structure little changed in the course of desiccation, therefore has been called homoiochlorophyllous desiccation-tolerant plants (HDTs). Another type of resurrection angiosperms that lost its chlorophyll dining desiccation is called poikilochlorophyllous desiccation-tolerant plants (PDTs). HDTs have been received more attention because of simplicity of protection mechanism which is much easy to the study and utilization of the desiccation tolerance of resurrection angiosperms. Recent advances in studies of photosynthesis of resurrection angiosperms indicate that photochemical activities are sensitive indicators for the study of physiological state of resurrection angiosperms during desiccation and rehydration. Photochemical activities of resurrection angiosperms are inhibited with loss of water similar to those of general plants, however, the magic thing is that they could reactivate rapidly during rehydration even losing more than 95% water. Up-regulations in xanthophyll cycle and antioxidative systems as well as preservation in integrity and stability of photosynthetic membranes during desiccation may be very important to desiccation tolerance of resurrection angiosperms. The fact that phosphate treatment in rehydration stage also strongly influences resurrection indicated importance of studies on rehydration stages of resurrection angiosperms.展开更多

Furthermore,a simple adjustable current cell in the charge pump is proposed for additional stability compensation and a novel VCO with linear gain is adopted to limit the total variation. A fully integrated frequency synthesizer from 1 to 1.05GHz with 250kHz channel resolution is implemented to verify the methods.展开更多

[Method] The strain was isolated from infected samples by cel passage and preliminarily identified by P...[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the genetic variation of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) in China. [Method] The strain was isolated from infected samples by cel passage and preliminarily identified by PCR and IFA. Ful-length genome of the isolated strain was obtained by specific amplification for homology and phylogenetic analysis. [Result] A PCV2 strain was successful y isolated and named 201105ZJ, which could proliferate in PK15 cel lines. Specific fragments could be amplified by specific PCR assay. According to results of IFA assay, specif-ic immunofluorescence was observed; the TCID50 was low (102.67); the ful-length genome sequence of the isolated strain was 1 768 bp, sharing 94.1%-96.8% ho-mology with 13 reference strains; to be specific, the isolated strain exhibited the highest homology of 96.8% with AF055392PCV2a; the isolated strain 201105ZJ and reference strain AF055392 belonged to genotype PCV2a, exhibiting a distant genetic relationship with genotype PCV2c. [Conclusion] Characteristics of genetic variation of PCV2 isolate 201105ZJ provided theoretical basis for vaccine development, investi-gation of PCV2 pathogenesis, and prevention and control of porcine circovirus-as-sociated diseases (PCVAD) in East China.展开更多

The microstructures and mechanical properties of the ingots be...The Ti-46A1-6Nb (mole fraction, %) ingots that were directionally solidified by cold crucible were cyclic heat treated at 1330 ℃ in the a phase region. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the ingots before and after heat treatment were investigated. The results show that the large columnar grains are changed into equiaxed grains after heat treatment. The grain size decreases with increasing the cyclic times, which is caused by the recrystallization and the transition from the large grain of small lamellae to the small grain of large lamellae. Four times of cyclic heat treatment refines the grain size from 1.33 mm to 0.59 turn, nevertheless the lamellar spacing increases from 0.71 ~tm to 1.38 lim. Extending the holding time and increasing the cyclic times of heat treatment eliminate the fl-segregation at the grain boundary and the interlamellar. The compression testing shows that the compressive strength of the directionally solidified ingot in the parallel and perpendicular directions are 1385.09 MPa and 1267.79 MPa, respectively, which are improved to 1449.75 MPa and 1527.76 MPa after two and four times of cyclic heat treatment, respectively, while that is 1180.64 MPa for the as-cast sample. The fracture mode of the sample after cyclic heat treatment is quasi-cleavage fracture.展开更多

An element of a ring is said to be UR if it is the sum of a unit and a regular dement and a ring is said to be satisfying UR-stable range if R has P-stable range and P(R) is the set of all UR-elements of R, Some properties of this ring are studied and it is proven that if R satisfies UR-stahle range then so does any n × n matrix ring over R.
文摘The reasons for inducing quadrature error and offset error are analyzed and the expressions of quadrature error and offset error are induced. The open-loop system analysis indicates that, in order to avoid the appearance of harmonic peaks, the frequency difference δf between drive mode and sense mode must be less than 1/(2Qy). In order to eliminate the effects of the quadrature error and the offset error, as well as the inherent non- linearity in the capacitance-type sensors, a closed-loop feedback control circuit with quadrature correction is designed. The experimental results indicate that the quadrature error and offset error are corrected. By comparing with open-loop detection, the closed-loop feedback control circuit with quadrature correction decreases the non-linearity of the scale factor from 16. 02% to 0. 35 %, widens the maximum rate capability from ± 270 (°)/s to ± 370 (°)/s and increases the stability of zero bias from 155. 2 (°)/h to 60. 6 (°)/h.

文摘The exchange rings without unity, first introduced by Ara, are further investigated. Some new characterizations and properties of exchange general rings are given. For example, a general ring I is exchange if and only if for any left ideal L of I and a^-= a^-2 ∈I/L, there exists w ∈ r. ureg(I) such that w^- = a^-; E(R, I) ( the ideal extension of a ring R by its ideal I) is an exchange ring if and only if R and I are both exchange. Furthermore, it is presented that if I is a two-sided ideal of a unital ring R and I is an exchange general ring, then every central element of I is a clean element in 1.

文摘Microstructure instabilities of the fully lamellar Ti-45Al-8.5Nb-(W,B,Y) alloy were investigated by SEM and TEM after long-term thermal cycling(500 and 1000 thermal cycles) at 900 °C. Two major categories of microstructure instability were produced in the alloy after the thermal cycling: 1) The discontinuous coarsening implies that grain boundary migrations are inclined to occur in the Al-segregation region after the long-term thermal cycling, especially after 1000 thermal cycles. Al-segregation can be reduced during the process of long-term thermal cycling as a result of element diffusion; 2) The α2 lamellae become thinner and are broken after 1000 thermal cycles caused by the dissolution of α2 lamellae through phase transformation of α2→γ. The γ grains nucleate within the α2 lamellae or(α2+γ) lamellae in a random direction.
文摘Resurrection plants which are able to quickly reactivate after falling into a period of anabiosis caused by dehydration have been very rare among angiosperms, especially among dicotyledons whose chlorophyll content and chloroplast structure little changed in the course of desiccation, therefore has been called homoiochlorophyllous desiccation-tolerant plants (HDTs). Another type of resurrection angiosperms that lost its chlorophyll dining desiccation is called poikilochlorophyllous desiccation-tolerant plants (PDTs). HDTs have been received more attention because of simplicity of protection mechanism which is much easy to the study and utilization of the desiccation tolerance of resurrection angiosperms. Recent advances in studies of photosynthesis of resurrection angiosperms indicate that photochemical activities are sensitive indicators for the study of physiological state of resurrection angiosperms during desiccation and rehydration. Photochemical activities of resurrection angiosperms are inhibited with loss of water similar to those of general plants, however, the magic thing is that they could reactivate rapidly during rehydration even losing more than 95% water. Up-regulations in xanthophyll cycle and antioxidative systems as well as preservation in integrity and stability of photosynthetic membranes during desiccation may be very important to desiccation tolerance of resurrection angiosperms. The fact that phosphate treatment in rehydration stage also strongly influences resurrection indicated importance of studies on rehydration stages of resurrection angiosperms.
文摘A complete closed-loop third order s-domain model is analyzed for a frequency synthesizer. Based on the model and root-locus technique, the procedure for parameters design is described, and the relationship between the process,voltage,and temperature variation of parameters and the loop stability is quantitatively analyzed. A variation margin is proposed for stability compensation. Furthermore,a simple adjustable current cell in the charge pump is proposed for additional stability compensation and a novel VCO with linear gain is adopted to limit the total variation. A fully integrated frequency synthesizer from 1 to 1.05GHz with 250kHz channel resolution is implemented to verify the methods.

文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the genetic variation of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) in China. [Method] The strain was isolated from infected samples by cel passage and preliminarily identified by PCR and IFA. Ful-length genome of the isolated strain was obtained by specific amplification for homology and phylogenetic analysis. [Result] A PCV2 strain was successful y isolated and named 201105ZJ, which could proliferate in PK15 cel lines. Specific fragments could be amplified by specific PCR assay. According to results of IFA assay, specif-ic immunofluorescence was observed; the TCID50 was low (102.67); the ful-length genome sequence of the isolated strain was 1 768 bp, sharing 94.1%-96.8% ho-mology with 13 reference strains; to be specific, the isolated strain exhibited the highest homology of 96.8% with AF055392PCV2a; the isolated strain 201105ZJ and reference strain AF055392 belonged to genotype PCV2a, exhibiting a distant genetic relationship with genotype PCV2c. [Conclusion] Characteristics of genetic variation of PCV2 isolate 201105ZJ provided theoretical basis for vaccine development, investi-gation of PCV2 pathogenesis, and prevention and control of porcine circovirus-as-sociated diseases (PCVAD) in East China.

文摘The Ti-46A1-6Nb (mole fraction, %) ingots that were directionally solidified by cold crucible were cyclic heat treated at 1330 ℃ in the a phase region. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the ingots before and after heat treatment were investigated. The results show that the large columnar grains are changed into equiaxed grains after heat treatment. The grain size decreases with increasing the cyclic times, which is caused by the recrystallization and the transition from the large grain of small lamellae to the small grain of large lamellae. Four times of cyclic heat treatment refines the grain size from 1.33 mm to 0.59 turn, nevertheless the lamellar spacing increases from 0.71 ~tm to 1.38 lim. Extending the holding time and increasing the cyclic times of heat treatment eliminate the fl-segregation at the grain boundary and the interlamellar. The compression testing shows that the compressive strength of the directionally solidified ingot in the parallel and perpendicular directions are 1385.09 MPa and 1267.79 MPa, respectively, which are improved to 1449.75 MPa and 1527.76 MPa after two and four times of cyclic heat treatment, respectively, while that is 1180.64 MPa for the as-cast sample. The fracture mode of the sample after cyclic heat treatment is quasi-cleavage fracture.
