振动反应成像肺部定量数值在支气管哮喘中的临床应用 被引量:2

目的探讨振动反应成像(vibration response imaging,VRI)中肺部定量数值(quantitative lungdata,QLD)在支气管哮喘诊断中的应用价值。方法选择支气管哮喘患者90例(哮喘组)和健康志愿者90例(对照组),均行肺功能及VRI检查,分析QLD值及其... 目的探讨振动反应成像(vibration response imaging,VRI)中肺部定量数值(quantitative lungdata,QLD)在支气管哮喘诊断中的应用价值。方法选择支气管哮喘患者90例(哮喘组)和健康志愿者90例(对照组),均行肺功能及VRI检查,分析QLD值及其异常度、改善量,探讨其与肺功能的相关性。结果哮喘组支气管舒张试验前后各区域的QLD值异常度与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但哮喘组试验前后总QLD值异常度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),哮喘组试验前总QLD值异常度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。哮喘组支气管舒张试验前后QLD改善量为7.6±2.2,95%可信区间为6.4~8.3。哮喘组支气管舒张试验前后QLD的改善量与FEV1的改善量呈线性相关(r=0.614,P<0.01),且与FEV1改善率也显著相关(r=0.691,P<0.01)。结论 VRI中的QLD值在支气管哮喘的诊断中具有一定的临床应用价值。 展开更多

该文运用LASGη坐标有限区域数值预报模式在青藏高原东部的川、渝两省市进行了定量、定点降水预报的数值模拟敏感性研究和准业务化试验 ,并根据中国气象局的有关规定对结果进行了评估。经过对比分析发现 :低纬度的天气系统与其活动特性 ... 该文运用LASGη坐标有限区域数值预报模式在青藏高原东部的川、渝两省市进行了定量、定点降水预报的数值模拟敏感性研究和准业务化试验 ,并根据中国气象局的有关规定对结果进行了评估。经过对比分析发现 :低纬度的天气系统与其活动特性 ,对该地区定量、定点降水数值预报有着重要影响 ;同样的物理过程和地形影响处理方式在不同的天气过程中对降水量的影响有显著差异 ;可选用适当的客观分析方法 ,通过强调距格点最近的站点的影响来尽量保持高、低值系统的极值 ,从而改进预报效果。准业务化试验结果表明 :LASGη坐标模式以其比较完善的动力框架和物理过程处理方法在这个地形复杂、天气系统多变的区域内可获得较好的预报结果 ,特别是晴雨预报可获得较高的TS评分 ,并能对某些客观预报难度较大的天气过程做出较好的预报。 展开更多

臭氧通常存在于自然界的高层大气中,它可以有效阻隔紫外线对人体的伤害。在乌审召国家基准气候站2003年-2018年间气候数据资料的基础上,利用线性拟合等统计方法,对乌审召十几年来气温的主要变化特征进行了实例分析。乌审召地区的全年及... 臭氧通常存在于自然界的高层大气中,它可以有效阻隔紫外线对人体的伤害。在乌审召国家基准气候站2003年-2018年间气候数据资料的基础上,利用线性拟合等统计方法,对乌审召十几年来气温的主要变化特征进行了实例分析。乌审召地区的全年及四季平均气温的增温率均大于其所在市的平均气温增温率,近十几年来气温呈上升趋势,其中冬季增温率最高,夏季增温率最小。这些实例结果表明,大气臭氧污染严重影响了乌审召地区的气候变化,大气臭氧污染越严重,温度上升就越多。 展开更多

目的:研究右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇在阻生牙拔除术中的超前镇痛作用。方法:选取拔除双侧下颌阻生牙的患者20例,通过随机自身对照原则,将两侧阻生牙分为右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇组(试验组)与安慰剂组(对照组)。通过数值评定量表(numeric rating sca... 目的:研究右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇在阻生牙拔除术中的超前镇痛作用。方法:选取拔除双侧下颌阻生牙的患者20例,通过随机自身对照原则,将两侧阻生牙分为右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇组(试验组)与安慰剂组(对照组)。通过数值评定量表(numeric rating scale,NRS)统计患者在拔牙术后0.5、2、4、8、12、24 h疼痛评分,记录24 h内使用应急镇痛药物的总剂量,COX分析法比较患者2次术后首次应用应急镇痛药物的间隔时间及例数,绘制生存曲线。采用SPSS20.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:手术后2、4、8、12 h,试验组患者术后疼痛的NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),24 h试验组使用应急镇痛药物剂量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。生存曲线表明,试验组首次应用镇痛药物的间隔时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇用于阻生牙拔除术的超前镇痛时,12 h内可取得明显的止疼作用,但12小时后镇痛效果不明显。 展开更多

The relevant calculation formulas were also deduced. A composite solution method about nonlinear optimization was given. Limitations in the predictability of quantitative precipitation forecasting (QPF) that arise from initial errors of small amplitude and scale are investigated by means of real-case high-resolution (cloud-resolving) numerical weather prediction (NWP) integrations. The case considered is the hail and wind disaster that occurred in Sichuan on 8 April 2005. A total of three distinct perturbation methods are used. The results suggest that a tiny initial error in the temperature field can amplify and influence the weather in a large domain, changing the 12-h forecasted rainfall by as much as one-third of the original magnitude. Furthermore, the comparison of the perturbation methods indicates that all of the methods pinpoint the same region (the heavy rainfall areas in the control experiment) as suffering from limitations in predictability. This result reveals the important role of nonlinearity in severe convective events. 展开更多

Many structure-property/activity studies use graph theoretical indices, which are based on the topological properties of a molecule viewed as a graph. Since topological indices can be derived directly from the molecular structure without any experimental effort, they provide a simple and straightforward method for property prediction. In this work the flash point of alkanes was modeled by a set of molecular connectivity indices (Х), modified molecular connectivity indices ( ^mХ^v ) and valance molecular connectivity indices ( ^mХ^v ), with ^mХ^v calculated using the hydrogen perturbation. A stepwise Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) method was used to select the best indices. The predicted flash points are in good agreement with the experimental data, with the average absolute deviation 4.3 K. 展开更多

In the present study we have formulated a Minimum Cross Fuzzy Entropy Problem (Minx(F)EntP) and proposed sufficient conditions for existence of its solution. Mentioned problem can be formulated as follows. In the set of membership functions satisfying the given moment constraints generated by given moment functions it is required to choose the membership function that is closest to a priori membership function in the sense of cross fuzzy entropy measure. The existence of solution of formulated problem is proved by virtue of concavity property of cross fuzzy entropy measure, the implicit function theorem and Lagrange multipliers method. Moreover, Generalized Cross Fuzzy Entropy Optimization Methods in the form of MinMinx(F)EntM and MaxMinx(F)EntM are suggested on the basis of primary phase of minimizing cross fuzzy entropy measure for fixed moment vector function and on the definition of the special functional with Minx(F)Ent values of cross fuzzy entropy measure. Next phase for obtaining mentioned distributions consists of optimization of defined functional with respect to moment vector functions. The steady and unsteady leakage flow and heat transfer characteristics of the rotor blade squealer tip were conducted by solving Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations with k-co turbulence model. The first stage of GE-E3 engine with squealer tip in the rotor was adopted to perform this work. The tip clearance was set to be 1% of the rotor blade height and the groove depth was specified as 2% of the span. The results showed that there were two vortexes in the tip gap which determined the local heat transfer characteristics. In the steady flow field, the high heat transfer coefficient existed at several positions. In the unsteady case, the flow field in the squealer tip was mainly influenced by the upstream wake and the interaction of the blades potential fields. These unsteady effects induced the periodic variation of the leakage flow and the vortexes, which resulted in the fluctuation of the heat transfer coefficient. The largest fluctuation of the heat transfer coefficient on the surface of the groove bottom exceeded 16% of the averaged value on the surface of the squealer tip. 展开更多

The stability of the centrifugal pump has not been well revealed because of the complexity of internal flow. To analyze the flow characteristics of a centrifugal pump operating at low capacity, methods of numerical simulation and experimental research were adopted in this paper. Characteristics of the inner flow were obtained. Standard k-s turbulence models were used to calculate the inner flow of the pump under off-design conditions. The distri- bution of the energy gradient function K was obtained by three-dimensional numerical simulation at different flow rates. The relative velocity component was acquired from the absolute velocity obtained in particle image velocimetry. By comparing with experimental results, it was found that flow instability occurs at the position of maximum K. The flow stability reduces with an increasing flow rate. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of a centrifugal pump. 展开更多
