Methods: 136 enterprise managers were surveyed by using WCRS (edited by Baoyong Liang) and SCL-90. Results:In accordance with the Six Factors of Coping Ways Model (by Baoyong Liang), the scores of catharsis and acceptance factor of the managers were relatively higher than those of others and their score of partial attribution factor were the lowest. The enterprise managers usually adopted two coping ways, which was significantly related to the results examined by SCL-90. Conclusion: Different coping ways of enterprise managers have a significant effect on their mental health.展开更多

If these key control points are not well controlled, the process of the operation disposal will be mistaken and cannot reach the goal. However, for the confirmation of the control points, many studies only do qualitative research from the important aspect instead of quantificational research. They are devoid of a series of scientific methods. This paper advances quantificational methods to confirm the key control points from two aspects of job evaluation and mathematics model.展开更多
