In order to examine issues and chall...Journalism education and the journalism industry have boomed in the past twenty years in China, however, journalism school graduates are not highly welcomed by media organizations. In order to examine issues and challenges facing journalism education, this study conducted an in-depth interview with practicing journalists and journalism educators through a lens of journalistic professionalism. This paper finds that their perceptions are focusing on expertise, commitment, responsibility but eschewing journalistic autonomy deliberately with respect to journalistic professionalism and concentrating on rigid journalism knowledge without ＂professional＂ or practical ability with respect to journalism education. Limitation and suggestions for future research are also provided.展开更多

Applied talent is to apply professional knowledge and professional skills in social practice of specialized personnel a line is fluent in social production and social activities of basic knowledge and basic skills. Ability evaluation index is not fixed, combining with the change of market demand for talents and the improvement of unit of choose and employ persons of evaluation standard. Our reform combines the needs of the society and the class education which will enhance the students＇ ability. In the near future, we plan to conduct more corresponding research to polish the current methodology.展开更多

Taking welding assemble process as an example to elaborate production process automation, the paper put forward a flexible manufacaxring system combined with laboratory equipment and various grades, professional knowledge and teaching characteristics and differentiated teaching programs, the creation of the laboratory project was planned and implemented to specific engineering training programs, so that students has been expanded in the depth of expertise and breadth, experimental skills and innovation capacity has been improved, the teaching effect has also been significantly improved..展开更多
