目的了解护理大专与中专生对临床实习项目兴趣程度的差别,为制定实习计划提供依据。方法设计护生实习兴趣调查表,采用此表分别对120名临床毕业实习大专和中专护生进行问卷调查和对比分析。结果大、中专护生有12个实习项目差别具有统计... 目的了解护理大专与中专生对临床实习项目兴趣程度的差别,为制定实习计划提供依据。方法设计护生实习兴趣调查表,采用此表分别对120名临床毕业实习大专和中专护生进行问卷调查和对比分析。结果大、中专护生有12个实习项目差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05),大专护生对有医疗器械辅助的护理更感兴趣,中专护生最感兴趣的项目是营养管理。最不感兴趣的项目大、中专护生均为排泄护理。结论大、中专护生最感兴趣的实习项目有差别,最不感兴趣的实习项目没差别。 展开更多

目的:为了解中专护生的实习兴趣。方法:以问卷调查的方式对104名中专护生进行调查。结果:对专科护理技术最感兴趣和比较感兴趣的护生人数占71.57%;对病情观察和记录最感兴趣和比较感兴趣的护生占61.82%;对生活护理最感兴趣和比... 目的:为了解中专护生的实习兴趣。方法:以问卷调查的方式对104名中专护生进行调查。结果:对专科护理技术最感兴趣和比较感兴趣的护生人数占71.57%;对病情观察和记录最感兴趣和比较感兴趣的护生占61.82%;对生活护理最感兴趣和比较感兴趣的护生公占27.25%。结论:加强岗前教育,加深护生对护理专业的认识,认真选拔带教老师,加强教学管理,培养护生运用护理程序为病人解决问题的能力,可以激发护生的实习兴趣和积极性,提高实习效果。 展开更多

Purpose: It is used for judging the advantages and disadvantages of information technology foundation course teaching in health vocational colleges. Method: In teaching, it takes the two classes of 2012 grade nursing major as the experiment object. The comparison class adopts traditonal and speaking-practice combination teaching method and the experiment class adopts task-driving teaching method. When the semester finishes, it conducts testing andd questionnaire survey, collecting the relevant data, analyzing the changes of students in the aspects of performance, learning interest and attitude, autonomous learning consciousness and ability after experiment class adopting new teaching methods. Result: The exam performance of experiment class is obviously higher than the comparison class, and the experiment class has an obvious improvement in the aspects of learning interest, autonomous learning consciousness and ability, and the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion: The task driving teaching method is suitable for the status of information foundation teaching in health vocational colleges, which improves students' performance significantly and is good for students' learning interest and enthusiasm, obtaining good classroom effect. Also, it makes students' autonomous learning consciousness and ability improve greatly. 展开更多

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to explore the application effect of diversified assessment mode in physiology experimental examination of higher vocational college students.Method:We selected 173 higher vocational college students as the research group,in the experimental assessment,adopted diversi? ed assessment model;and selected 192 higher vocational college students as the control group,adopted the traditional assessment method.The pathological examination scores of the two groups were compared,and the research group was investigated by questionnaire.Result:The physiological end term test scores (t=1.973,p〈0.05) and experimental operation assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group (t=1.624,p〈0.05).The diversified assessment model helps to improve the learning initiative,improve learning interest,foster collaboration and communication ability,reduce learning pressure and reduce anxiety before examination.Conclusion:The diversified assessment model can highlight the cultivation of professional skills and innovation ability,enable students reserve the necessary knowledge through inquiry and cooperative learning,and conducive to sustainable development of students.B 展开更多
