随着高等教育的普及和毕业生数量的增加,高校毕业生的就业问题日益严峻。实习实训基地作为连接理论教学与实际工作的桥梁,对提升学生实践能力、增强就业竞争力具有重要作用。本文旨在研究高校就业实习基地的建设现状、存在的问题及其改...随着高等教育的普及和毕业生数量的增加,高校毕业生的就业问题日益严峻。实习实训基地作为连接理论教学与实际工作的桥梁,对提升学生实践能力、增强就业竞争力具有重要作用。本文旨在研究高校就业实习基地的建设现状、存在的问题及其改进对策。研究发现,目前高校实习基地在数量和质量上存在不足,主要问题包括资源配置不合理、管理机制不完善、校企合作不够紧密等。针对这些问题,本文提出了优化资源配置、完善管理机制、加强校企合作和提高师生参与度等建议,为解决高校毕业生就业问题提供有力支持。As higher education becomes more widespread and the number of graduates increases, the employment issue for university graduates is becoming increasingly severe. Internship and training bases, serving as bridges between theoretical teaching and practical work, play a crucial role in enhancing students’ practical skills and boosting their employment competitiveness. This paper aims to study the current construction status of university employment internship bases, identify existing problems, and propose improvement strategies. The research reveals that there are deficiencies in both the quantity and quality of current internship bases. The main issues include unreasonable resource allocation, inadequate management mechanisms, and insufficient university-enterprise cooperation. To address these problems, this paper proposes suggestions such as optimizing resource allocation, improving management mechanisms, strengthening university-enterprise cooperation, and increasing the participation of teachers and students. These recommendations provide strong support for solving the employment problems of university graduates.展开更多
