剖释虚拟和实体双重效应下数字经济区域发展差距的理论机制,利用泰尔指数探究数字经济区域发展差距及演化特征,并基于2011—2021年全国30个省区市面板数据采用固定效应模型对虚拟和实体效应进行考察。研究表明:(1)四大经济区和南北两大... 剖释虚拟和实体双重效应下数字经济区域发展差距的理论机制,利用泰尔指数探究数字经济区域发展差距及演化特征,并基于2011—2021年全国30个省区市面板数据采用固定效应模型对虚拟和实体效应进行考察。研究表明:(1)四大经济区和南北两大经济区数字经济总体差距呈收敛态势,其中四大经济区组间和组内差距缩小,南北方组间差距不明显,组内差异缩小。(2)数据要素、信息网络平台等虚拟要素、虚拟产业所发挥的虚拟效应显著降低数字经济发展差距,数字技术驱动传统实体产业转型升级和全要素数字化转型所发挥的实体效应扩大发展差距。(3)虚拟和实体效应存在显著的区域和时间异质性。东西部地区虚拟效应降低数字经济发展差距,实体效应扩大差距,中部地区不显著,东北部虚拟和实体效应均扩大了发展差距;南北方两大区域虚拟和实体效应并不突出;虚拟和实体效应在2017年前后存在显著差异。 展开更多

随着信息披露监管的逐步变革,互动式问询函制度成为我国资本市场高质量发展的重要抓手。以2013—2017年间的民营上市公司为样本,可研究交易所互动问询对民营企业债务融资能力的影响以及具体的作用机制,并进一步探讨由此产生的溢出效应... 随着信息披露监管的逐步变革,互动式问询函制度成为我国资本市场高质量发展的重要抓手。以2013—2017年间的民营上市公司为样本,可研究交易所互动问询对民营企业债务融资能力的影响以及具体的作用机制,并进一步探讨由此产生的溢出效应。研究结果表明,互动问询可以通过挤压企业披露更相关的信息和增强民营企业的会计信息稳健性来增强公司债务融资能力,具体表现为降低民营企业债务融资成本和增加债务融资规模。同时,交易所的互动问询具有溢出效应,能够增强被问询公司同行业同地区公司的债务融资能力。 展开更多

薪酬制度改革的实体经济效应——来自企业金融化的经验证据

金融强监管的实体经济效应——来自资管新规的经验证据 被引量:135

防范和化解金融风险、促进实体经济高质量发展是当前中国金融改革的重要目标。本文选取基于这一目标而实施的资管新规为准自然实验,以2016—2019年中国A股非金融非房地产类上市企业半年度数据为样本,检验金融强监管的实体经济效应。研... 防范和化解金融风险、促进实体经济高质量发展是当前中国金融改革的重要目标。本文选取基于这一目标而实施的资管新规为准自然实验,以2016—2019年中国A股非金融非房地产类上市企业半年度数据为样本,检验金融强监管的实体经济效应。研究发现,资管新规实施后,金融化程度较高的企业投资显著增加,表明强化金融监管抑制了企业“脱实向虚”,从而支持监管有效观。进一步检验发现,资管新规积极的实体经济效应主要体现在国有企业、高管有金融背景的企业及民间金融发展水平和影子银行水平较高的地区,而压缩金融投资、降低债务融资成本是资管新规发挥这种效应的两个作用机制。此外,资管新规对持有短期和长期金融资产的企业都发挥了积极的实体经济效应,但主要体现在短期金融资产配置较多的企业。本文为金融强监管的实体经济效应初步提供了来自中国的微观证据,为进一步释放金融监管的制度改革红利,进而促进实体经济高质量发展提供了重要的政策启示。 展开更多

Switching expansion reduction(SER)uses a switch valve instead of the throttle valve to realize electronically controlled pressure reduction for high pressure pneumatics.A comprehensive and interactive pneumatic simulation model according to the experimental setup of SER has been built.The mathematical model considers heat exchanges,source air pressure and temperature,environmental temperatures and heat transfer coefficients variations.In addition,the compensation for real gas effect is used in the model building.The comparison between experiments and simulations of SER indicates that,to compensate the real gas effect in high pressure discharging process,the thermal capacity of air supply container in simulation should be less than the actual value.The higher the pressure range,the greater the deviation.Simulated and experimental results are highly consistent within pressure reduction ratios ranging from 1.4 to 20 and output air mass flow rates ranging from 3.5 to 132 g/s,which verifies the high adaptability of SER and the validity of the mathematic model and the compensation method. 展开更多

The numerical simulation model for predicting fast filling process of 70 MPa type Ⅲ(with metal liner) hydrogen vehicle cylinder was presented,which has considered turbulence,real gas effect and solid heat transfer issues.Through the numerical analysis method,the temperature distributions of the gas within the solid walls were revealed; adiabatic filling was studied to evaluate the heat dissipation during the filling; the influences of various filling conditions on temperature rise were analyzed in detail.Finally,cold filling was proposed to evaluate the effect on temperature rise and SoC(state of charge) within the cylinder.The hydrogen pre-cooling was proved to be an effective solution to reduce maximum temperature and acquire higher SoC during the filling process. 展开更多

Because of the complication of turbulence's mechanism and law as well as the jet pressure in nozzle is difficult to test by experiment, five turbulent models were applied to numerically simulate the turbulent flow field in convergent-divergent nozzle. Theory analysis and experiment results of mass flow rates conclude that the RNG k-ε model is the most suitable model. The pressure distribution in the convergent-divergent nozzle was revealed by computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulating on the turbulent flow field under different pressure conditions. The growing conditions of cavitation bubbles were shown; meanwhile, the phenomena in the experiment could be explained. The differential pres- sure between the upstream and downstream in nozzle throat section can improve the cavitating effect of cavitation water jet. 展开更多

电子消费券的实体经济效应——来自银联“云闪付”的证据

政府消费券作为一种重要的经济刺激政策工具,设计初衷是激发市场活力,为受经济压力影响的企业提供必要的支持。为深入探究这一政策工具的实际效果,以江西省各级政府发放电子消费券为准自然实验,以2019—2022年江西银联“云闪付”平台签... 政府消费券作为一种重要的经济刺激政策工具,设计初衷是激发市场活力,为受经济压力影响的企业提供必要的支持。为深入探究这一政策工具的实际效果,以江西省各级政府发放电子消费券为准自然实验,以2019—2022年江西银联“云闪付”平台签约的26.4万活跃商户共计96.8万观测数据为样本,构建多期双重差分和三重差分模型,考察政府发放电子消费券对实体商户经营的影响及作用机制,并且讨论政府电子消费券的社会福利效应。研究发现:第一,政府电子消费券对实体经济拉动的杠杆效应为1.308~3.250倍,消费券的弹性系数为0.152~0.395;第二,政府电子消费券主要通过价格歧视、薄利多销和品牌效应三个机制对实体商户经营产生正向影响;第三,政府电子消费券独特的发放与核销方式,既不会造成消费福利的挤出,也不会新增财政负担。因此,未来在提振国内市场需求时,应进一步细化政府电子消费券的投放渠道和机制,确保消费券能够精准地投放至目标群体,并高效地进行兑换,从而最大化其经济和社会效益。 展开更多

A Stirling-type pulse tube cryocooler (PTC) with precooling was designed and manufactured to investigate its performance at 4 K. Numerical simulation was carried out based on the well-known regenerator model REGEN with an emphasis on the performance of a 4 K stage regenerator of the Stifling-type PTC as influenced by the warm end temperature, pressure ratio, frequency and average pressure with helium-4 and helium-3 as the working fluid respectively. This study demonstrates that the use of a cold inertance tube can significantly improve the efficiency of a 4 K Stirling-type PTC. A preliminary experimental investigation was carried out with helium-4 as the working fluid and a refrigeration temperature of 4.23 K was achieved. The experimental results show that the operating frequency has a significant influence on the performance of the Stirling-type PTC and a relatively low average pressure is favorable for decreasing the loss associated with the real gas effects of a 4 K Stirling-type PTC. 展开更多

The speed of frequency response of all published carbon nanotube (CNT) integrated circuits (ICs) is far from that predicted. The transient response of CNT ICs is explored systematically through the combination of experimental and simulation methods. Complementary field-effect-transistor (FET) based inverters were fabricated on a single semiconducting CNT, and the dynamic response measurement indicates that it can only work at an unexpectedly low speed, i.e. with a large propagation delay of 30 }_ts. Owing to the larger output resistance of CNT FETs, the existence of parasitic capacitances should induce much larger resistive-capacitive (RC) delay than that in Si ICs. Through detailed analysis combining simulation and experimental measurements, several kinds of parasitic capacitances dragging down the actual speed of CNT FET ICs are identified one by one, and each of them limits the speed at different levels through RC delay. It is found that the parasitic capacitance from the measurement system is the dominant one, and the large RC delay lowers the speed of CNT FETs logic circuits to only several kHz which is similar to the experimental results. Various optimized schemes are suggested and demonstrated to minimize the effect of parasitic capacitances, and thus improve the speed of CNT ICs. 展开更多

The orientation of the dimple increases the flow distance in the dimple and produces fluid cumulative effect in the dimple length direction, which leads to obvious hydrodynamic effect as a result. In order to investigate the hydrodynamic effect of orientation dimples, a series of experiments was carried out on a ring-on-ring test. Multi-pored faces were tested with different dimple inclination angles and slender ratios. Film thickness and frictional torque were measured under different conditions of load and rotation speed. Experimental results showed that the orientation dimple could produce obvious dynamic effect by change of the flow direction and the increasing dimple orientation leads to increase of the load capability. The hydrodynamic effect strongly depends on dimple orientation parameters such as inclination angle and slender ratio. A larger load capability can be available by increasing dimple orientation and rotation speed. Experimental results agreed well with the theory that orientation micro-pores can significantly improve hydrodynamic performance of surfaces. 展开更多

Experiments have found that membrane tubes can be extracted from giant lipid vesicles by groups of kinesin. How these motors cooperate in extracting the membrane tube is a very important issue but still unclear so far. In this paper, we propose a cooperation mechanism called two-track-dumbbell model, in which kinesin is regarded as a dumbbell with an end (tail domain) tethered on the fluid-like membrane and the other end (head domain) stepping on the microtubule. Taking account of the elasticity of kinesin molecule and the excluded volume effect of both the head domain and the tail domain of kinesin, which are not considered in previous models, we simulate the growth process of the membrane tube pulled by kinesin motors. Our results indicate that in the case of strong or moderate exclusion of motor tails, the average number of motors pulling the tube can be as high as 9 and thus motors moving along a single microtubule protofilament can generate enough force to extract membrane tubes from vesicles. This result is different from previous studies and may be tested by future experiments. 展开更多
