The objective of this work is to study the gas desorption characteristics of the high-rank intact coal and fractured coal.The gas adsorption,mercury porosimetry and gas desorption experiments were carried out in this ...The objective of this work is to study the gas desorption characteristics of the high-rank intact coal and fractured coal.The gas adsorption,mercury porosimetry and gas desorption experiments were carried out in this study.Then,the theories of thermodynamics,diffusion mechanism and desorption kinetics were used to estimate the gas desorption characteristics.The results of gas adsorption experiments show that the initial isosteric adsorption heat of the intact coal is greater than that of the fractured coal,indicating that the gas molecules desorb more easily from fractured coal than intact coal.Using the mercury porosimetry,we find that the diffusion channels of fractured coal are more developed than those of intact coal.The difficult diffusion form dominates in the intact coal during the gas diffusing,while the easy diffusion form dominates in the fractured coal.The results of gas desorption experiments show that the initial gas desorption volume and velocity of the fractured coal are both greater than those of the intact coal.Using the Fick diffusion law,the study calculates the gas diffusion coefficients of the intact coal and fractured coal.The diffusion coefficients of the fractured coal are 2 times and 10 times greater than those of the intact coal at the time of 0-120 and 0-10 min,respectively.展开更多

"Transfer pricing" is the pricing of products or services provided by one division to other division of the same corporate entity. Most of the corporate entities are using the method of "Window dressing", which is a technique used in preparation of financial statements of corporate entities. A transnational corporation is any enterprise that undertakes Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), owns or controls income gathering assets in more than one country, produces goods or services outsides its country of origin, or engages in international production. Profitability of the transnational corporate entities is being manipulated by the technique of transfer pricing. Abuse of transfer prices is a key tool used by the corporate entities to think that they have virtually no profit; hence, they shouldn't pay any taxes. India needs to realize the fundamental need for co-operation among tax administrations in order to remove the obstacles that international double taxation presents to the free movement of goods, services and capital between various countries. In this context, one needs to consider that transactions among associated enterprises may take place under different conditions from those taking place among independent enterprises, while enforcing the act of transfer price mechanism. This paper focuses on transfer pricing and its implications in transnational transactions.展开更多
AIM: To obtain the short peptides mimic antigenic epitopes selected by rat natural antibodies to schistosomes, and to explore their immunoprotection against schistosomiasis in mice.METHODS: Adults worm antigens (AWA) ...AIM: To obtain the short peptides mimic antigenic epitopes selected by rat natural antibodies to schistosomes, and to explore their immunoprotection against schistosomiasis in mice.METHODS: Adults worm antigens (AWA) were analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and enzyme-linked transferred immunoblotting methods with normal SD rat sera (NRS). The killing effects on schistosomula with fresh and heat-inactivated sera from SD rats were observed. Then the purified IgG from sera of SD rats was used to biopan a phage random peptide library and 20 randomly selected positive clones were detected by ELISA and 2 of them were sequenced.Sixty female mice were immunized thrice with positive phage clones (0, 2nd, 4th wk). Each mouse was challenged with 40 cercariae, and all mice were killed 42 d after challenge. The worms and the liver eggs were counted. RESULTS: NRS could specifically react to the molecules of 75 000, 47 000, 34 500 and 23 000 of AWA. Sera from SD rats showed that the mortality rate of schistosomula was 76.2%, and when the sera were heat-inactivated in vitro, the mortality rate was decreased to 41.0% after being cultured for 48 h. The specific phages bound to IgG were enriched about 300-folds after three rounds of biopanning. Twenty clones were detected by ELISA, 19 of them bound to the specific IgG of rat sera. Immunization with these epitopes was carried out in mice. Compared with the control groups, the mixture of two mimic peptides could induce 34.9% (P = 0.000) worm reduction and 67.6% (P = 0.000) total liver egg reduction in mice. Two different mimic peptides could respectively induce 31.0% (P = 0.001), 14.5% (P = 0.074) worm reduction and 61.2% (P = 0.000), 35.7% (P = 0.000) total liver egg reduction. The specific antibody could be induced by immunization of the mimic peptides, and the antibody titer in immunized mice reached more than 1:6 400 as detected by ELISA.CONCLUSION: Specific peptides mimic antigenic molecules can be obtained by biopanning the phage random peptide library and a partially protective immunity against schistosome infection can be stimulated by these phage epitopes in mice.展开更多

To reduce tagged corpus and use untagged corpus,we presented combing Co-training with support vector machines (SVM) and conditional random fields (CRF) to improve recognition results. Based on principles of uncorrelated and compatible,we constructed different classifiers from different views within SVM or CRF alone and combination of these two models. And we modified a heuristic untagged samples selection algorithm to reduce time complexity. Experimental results show that under the same tagged data,Co-training has 10% F-measure higher than using SVM or CRF alone; under the same F-measure,Co-training saves at most 70% of tagged data to achieve the same performance.展开更多

CMM is simulated by the compressed nature gas( CNG)/nitrogen blend fuels. Based on experiment results, it is shown that under 0% - 35% nitrogen volume fraction in CNG/nitrogen blends, the maximum cylinder pressure, the maximum rate of pressure rise and the rate of heat release decrease, the flame propagation period increases, the center of heat release curve is closed to the top dead centre (TDC)markedly with the increase of nitrogen volume fraction. Meanwhile, the hydrocarbon (HC), CO emissions increase, the NOx emission decreases apparently with the increase of nitrogen volume fraction.展开更多

In this study,we propose valley phononic crystals that consist of a hexagonal aluminum plate with six chiral arrangements of ligaments.Valley phononic crystals were introduced into a topological insulator(TI)system to...In this study,we propose valley phononic crystals that consist of a hexagonal aluminum plate with six chiral arrangements of ligaments.Valley phononic crystals were introduced into a topological insulator(TI)system to produce topologically protected edge waves(TPEW s)along the topological interfaces.The implementation of chiral topological edge states is different from the implementation of topological edge states of systems with symmetry.Unlike the conventional breaking of mirror symmetry,a new complete band with topological edge modes gap was opened up at the Dirac point by tuning the difference in lengths of the ligaments in the chiral unit cells.We investigated the dispersion properties in chiral systems and applied the dispersion properties to waveguides on the interfaces to achieve designable route systems.Furthermore,we simulated the robust propagation of TPEWs in different routes and demonstrated their immunity to backscattering at defects.Finally,the existence of the valley Hall effect in chiral systems was demonstrated.The study findings may lead to the further study of the topological states of chiral materials.展开更多

The dimensional analysis was applied in the phenomenon o...In order to get a high flowrate gas-gas injector and its design methodology, the combustion flow field of a typical shear-coaxial injector was analyzed firstly. The dimensional analysis was applied in the phenomenon of gas-gas combustion, and design parameter optimization and a structure improvement were also carded out. A high flowrate single-element injector with high 1-12/O2 momentum ratio and tapered 02 post tip was obtained and validated by both numerical and experimental studies. This high flowrate injector has simple construction and it can effectively enhance the mixing, decrease the combustion completion length and also has a benign heat environment. Furthermore, based on the study of the single-element injector, numerical optimization and validation experiments were conducted successively on a multi-element injector equipped with high flowrate injection elements. The multi-element injector with the high flowrate elements started up and shut down smoothly, and operated steadily without any stability aids. In the combustor designed with nominal parameters, this injection element can obtain high combustion efficiency with a flowrate of 3.7 times that of SSME main injector element and shows a benign chamber wall heat compatibility. This injector design and the design methodology can become a reference for the design of other types of injectors for liquid rocket engines.展开更多
Microbial adaptation to salinity can be achieved through synthesis of organic osmolytes,which requires high amounts of energy;however,a single addition of plant residues can only temporarily improve energy supply to s...Microbial adaptation to salinity can be achieved through synthesis of organic osmolytes,which requires high amounts of energy;however,a single addition of plant residues can only temporarily improve energy supply to soil microbes.Therefore,a laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to evaluate the responses of soil microbes to increasing salinity with repeated additions of plant residues using a loamy sand soil with an electrical conductivity in saturated paste extract(EC_e) of 0.6 dS m^(-1).The soil was kept non-saline or salinized by adding different amounts of NaCl to achieve EC_e of 12.5,25.0 and 50.0 dS m^(-1).The non-saline soil and the saline soils were amended with finely ground pea residues at two rates equivalent to 3.9 and 7.8 g C kg^(-1) soil on days 0,15 and29.The soils receiving no residues were included as a control.Cumulative respiration per g C added over 2 weeks after each residue addition was always greater at 3.9 than 7.8 g C kg^(-1) soil and higher in the non-saline soil than in the saline soils.In the saline soils,the cumulative respiration per g C added was higher after the second and third additions than after the first addition except with3.9 g C kg^(-1) at EC_e of 50 dS m^(_1).Though with the same amount of C added(7.8 g C kg^(-1)),salinity reduced soil respiration to a lesser extent when 3.9 g C kg^(-1) was added twice compared to a single addition of 7.8 g C kg^(-1).After the third residue addition,the microbial biomass C concentration was significantly lower in the soils with EC_e of 25 and 50 dS m^(_1) than in the non-saline soil at3.9 g C kg^(-1),but only in the soil with EC_e of 50 dS m^(-1) at 7.8 g C kg^(-1).We concluded that repeated residue additions increased the adaptation of soil microbial community to salinity,which was likely due to high C availability providing microbes with the energy needed for synthesis of organic osmolytes.展开更多

The channel with 1 &...The characteristics of the confined bubble and elongated bubble in subcooled flow boiling in a single horizontal rectangular microchannel with hydraulic diameter Dh=1mm are studied experimentally. The channel with 1 ×1mm cross section is fabricated in a thin copper plate whose confinement number is Co=2.8 and the degassed deionized water is used as the working fluid. Visualization on the confined and elongated bubbles inside the microchannel is carded out by employing a high-speed CCD camera with a rnicrolens. The recorded images are carefully analyzed to illustrate the behaviors of the confinement and elongation processes of the bubble. The boiling number is used as an adjustable parameter to regulate the operating conditions which is eventually found to take a vital role in the bubble elongation process. Two formation patterns of the confined and elongated bubble are identified and the interactions between the neighboring confined and elongated bubbles are elucidated.展开更多

Using computer to realize the Blue side's command deci- sion automatic execution in the operation training simulation system can improve training effect. Using computer to realize the lower level command unit's automatic command deci- sion can help to reduce the number of controllers and release them from heavy work. It can also enlarge simulation scale and increase the freedom of the simulation entity especially the command entity, thus enhance the authenticity and credibility of the simulation. Ac- cording to the command decision structure and the Joint Intention Theory, the thesis puts forward the method of making use of Coordination Matrix (CM) to realizing cooperation among the entities in CDS and constructs the calculation sketch of Task Execution, Task Monitoring and Task Replanning. At the same time, the thesis brings forward the CDS structure vision based on Partial Global Planning(PGP). According to the mechanism of the arc plasma heating effect,and from a phenomenological perspective of view,the plasma actuation was simplified as heating energy injected into the supersonic flow field for the numeric...According to the mechanism of the arc plasma heating effect,and from a phenomenological perspective of view,the plasma actuation was simplified as heating energy injected into the supersonic flow field for the numerical research on controlling detached shock of the blunt body in non-center symmetrical positions.Besides,experimental research on the form and strength of detached shock wave control by plasma aerodynamic actuation in non-center symmetrical positions was conducted in a high-speed shock tunnel(M=2).The results showed that the detached distance of shock wave increased and the strength of normal shock wave ahead of the detached shock wave reduced when plasma actuation was applied.The control effect was greatly improved after the magnetic field was applied and the effect of upwind-direction flow was the best one.When the upwind-direction flow was applied with 1000 V voltage actuation,the distance of detached shock wave would increase from 3.4 to 7.6 mm and the time average strength of normal shock wave was weaken by 5.5%.At last,the mechanism of plasma actuation on controlling the detached shock wave was briefly analyzed.展开更多

In the present study, a computational work has been carried out to analyze the performance of a dual throat nozzle at various mass flow rates of secondary flow and nozzle pressure ratios (NPR). Two-dimensional, steady, compressible Navier-Stokes equations were solved using a fully implicit finite volume scheme. The present computational results were validated with available experimental data. Based on the present results, the control effectiveness of thrust-vectoring is discussed in terms of the thrust coefficient and the coefficient of discharge.展开更多

CMM is simulated by the compressed nature gas( CNG)/nitrogen blend fuels. Based on experiment results, it is shown that under 0% - 35% nitrogen volume fraction in CNG/nitrogen blends, the maximum cylinder pressure, the maximum rate of pressure rise and the rate of heat release decrease, the flame propagation period increases, the center of heat release curve is closed to the top dead centre (TDC)markedly with the increase of nitrogen volume fraction. Meanwhile, the hydrocarbon (HC), CO emissions increase, the NOx emission decreases apparently with the increase of nitrogen volume fraction.
文摘This paper intends to expound the application of information and communication technology (ICT) in art education, making a case of study of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts (HIFA). Despite financial pressure, HIFA has invested heavily in the infi'aslructure. The classrooms at HIFA can be roughly divided into three kinds: studios, multimedia classrooms and computer labs with reference to ICT. There are three general approaches to the instructional use of the technology at HIFA, namely: learning about computers and the Intemet; learning with computers and the Intemet and learning through computers and the Internet. The utilization oflCT has shaped the art education model of HIFA considerably and has brought about a lot of changes and benefits to the faculty and students. However, its disadvantage may overweigh the advantage unless it is properly harnessed.

文摘In this study,we propose valley phononic crystals that consist of a hexagonal aluminum plate with six chiral arrangements of ligaments.Valley phononic crystals were introduced into a topological insulator(TI)system to produce topologically protected edge waves(TPEW s)along the topological interfaces.The implementation of chiral topological edge states is different from the implementation of topological edge states of systems with symmetry.Unlike the conventional breaking of mirror symmetry,a new complete band with topological edge modes gap was opened up at the Dirac point by tuning the difference in lengths of the ligaments in the chiral unit cells.We investigated the dispersion properties in chiral systems and applied the dispersion properties to waveguides on the interfaces to achieve designable route systems.Furthermore,we simulated the robust propagation of TPEWs in different routes and demonstrated their immunity to backscattering at defects.Finally,the existence of the valley Hall effect in chiral systems was demonstrated.The study findings may lead to the further study of the topological states of chiral materials.
文摘In order to get a high flowrate gas-gas injector and its design methodology, the combustion flow field of a typical shear-coaxial injector was analyzed firstly. The dimensional analysis was applied in the phenomenon of gas-gas combustion, and design parameter optimization and a structure improvement were also carded out. A high flowrate single-element injector with high 1-12/O2 momentum ratio and tapered 02 post tip was obtained and validated by both numerical and experimental studies. This high flowrate injector has simple construction and it can effectively enhance the mixing, decrease the combustion completion length and also has a benign heat environment. Furthermore, based on the study of the single-element injector, numerical optimization and validation experiments were conducted successively on a multi-element injector equipped with high flowrate injection elements. The multi-element injector with the high flowrate elements started up and shut down smoothly, and operated steadily without any stability aids. In the combustor designed with nominal parameters, this injection element can obtain high combustion efficiency with a flowrate of 3.7 times that of SSME main injector element and shows a benign chamber wall heat compatibility. This injector design and the design methodology can become a reference for the design of other types of injectors for liquid rocket engines.
文摘Microbial adaptation to salinity can be achieved through synthesis of organic osmolytes,which requires high amounts of energy;however,a single addition of plant residues can only temporarily improve energy supply to soil microbes.Therefore,a laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to evaluate the responses of soil microbes to increasing salinity with repeated additions of plant residues using a loamy sand soil with an electrical conductivity in saturated paste extract(EC_e) of 0.6 dS m^(-1).The soil was kept non-saline or salinized by adding different amounts of NaCl to achieve EC_e of 12.5,25.0 and 50.0 dS m^(-1).The non-saline soil and the saline soils were amended with finely ground pea residues at two rates equivalent to 3.9 and 7.8 g C kg^(-1) soil on days 0,15 and29.The soils receiving no residues were included as a control.Cumulative respiration per g C added over 2 weeks after each residue addition was always greater at 3.9 than 7.8 g C kg^(-1) soil and higher in the non-saline soil than in the saline soils.In the saline soils,the cumulative respiration per g C added was higher after the second and third additions than after the first addition except with3.9 g C kg^(-1) at EC_e of 50 dS m^(_1).Though with the same amount of C added(7.8 g C kg^(-1)),salinity reduced soil respiration to a lesser extent when 3.9 g C kg^(-1) was added twice compared to a single addition of 7.8 g C kg^(-1).After the third residue addition,the microbial biomass C concentration was significantly lower in the soils with EC_e of 25 and 50 dS m^(_1) than in the non-saline soil at3.9 g C kg^(-1),but only in the soil with EC_e of 50 dS m^(-1) at 7.8 g C kg^(-1).We concluded that repeated residue additions increased the adaptation of soil microbial community to salinity,which was likely due to high C availability providing microbes with the energy needed for synthesis of organic osmolytes.

文摘The characteristics of the confined bubble and elongated bubble in subcooled flow boiling in a single horizontal rectangular microchannel with hydraulic diameter Dh=1mm are studied experimentally. The channel with 1 ×1mm cross section is fabricated in a thin copper plate whose confinement number is Co=2.8 and the degassed deionized water is used as the working fluid. Visualization on the confined and elongated bubbles inside the microchannel is carded out by employing a high-speed CCD camera with a rnicrolens. The recorded images are carefully analyzed to illustrate the behaviors of the confinement and elongation processes of the bubble. The boiling number is used as an adjustable parameter to regulate the operating conditions which is eventually found to take a vital role in the bubble elongation process. Two formation patterns of the confined and elongated bubble are identified and the interactions between the neighboring confined and elongated bubbles are elucidated.

文摘Command Decision Simulation (CDS) is not only an important and difficult issue in the field of simulation, but also a technique issue to be tackled in the course of collective Modeling and Simulation in Joint Operations Experiment Center. CDS can give support to all kinds of simulation. Using computer to realize the Blue side's command deci- sion automatic execution in the operation training simulation system can improve training effect. Using computer to realize the lower level command unit's automatic command deci- sion can help to reduce the number of controllers and release them from heavy work. It can also enlarge simulation scale and increase the freedom of the simulation entity especially the command entity, thus enhance the authenticity and credibility of the simulation. Ac- cording to the command decision structure and the Joint Intention Theory, the thesis puts forward the method of making use of Coordination Matrix (CM) to realizing cooperation among the entities in CDS and constructs the calculation sketch of Task Execution, Task Monitoring and Task Replanning. At the same time, the thesis brings forward the CDS structure vision based on Partial Global Planning(PGP). As CM is an indispensable part of combat simulation, the theory and the method of CDS will become an important part for the theory of Combat Simulation.

文摘According to the mechanism of the arc plasma heating effect,and from a phenomenological perspective of view,the plasma actuation was simplified as heating energy injected into the supersonic flow field for the numerical research on controlling detached shock of the blunt body in non-center symmetrical positions.Besides,experimental research on the form and strength of detached shock wave control by plasma aerodynamic actuation in non-center symmetrical positions was conducted in a high-speed shock tunnel(M=2).The results showed that the detached distance of shock wave increased and the strength of normal shock wave ahead of the detached shock wave reduced when plasma actuation was applied.The control effect was greatly improved after the magnetic field was applied and the effect of upwind-direction flow was the best one.When the upwind-direction flow was applied with 1000 V voltage actuation,the distance of detached shock wave would increase from 3.4 to 7.6 mm and the time average strength of normal shock wave was weaken by 5.5%.At last,the mechanism of plasma actuation on controlling the detached shock wave was briefly analyzed.
文摘Dual throat nozzle (DTN) is fast becoming a popular technique for thrust vectoring. The DTN is designed with two throats, an upstream minimum and a downstream minimum at the nozzle exit, with a cavity in between the upstream throat and exit. In the present study, a computational work has been carried out to analyze the performance of a dual throat nozzle at various mass flow rates of secondary flow and nozzle pressure ratios (NPR). Two-dimensional, steady, compressible Navier-Stokes equations were solved using a fully implicit finite volume scheme. The present computational results were validated with available experimental data. Based on the present results, the control effectiveness of thrust-vectoring is discussed in terms of the thrust coefficient and the coefficient of discharge.
