The mainly effect parameters ott the adsorptive efficiency of Pb(Ⅱ), such as the acidity of the solution, the amount of attapulgite, oscillation time and static time were studied. Also the influencing factors of the recovery efficiency of Pb(Ⅱ), including the concentration of hydrochloric acid, the volume of hydrochloric acid, oscillation time and static time were investigated. The adsorptive capacity of Pb(Ⅱ) on nanometer attapulgite was 26.5mg/g and the adsorptive capacity of first cycle and second cycle regenerated nanometer attapulgite were 26.5mg/g and 26.3mg/g, respectively. Two tautomers NTH and N9H with the comparable energies are far more stable than the others. The vertical ionization energies of the tautomers calculated with ab initio electron propagator theory in the P3/aug-cc-pVDZ approximation are in agreement with the experimental data from photoelectron spectroscopy. According to the calculated relative energies and the comparison between the simulated and the experimental photoelectron spectra, it demonstrates that there are at least two tautomers of 1-methyl-hypoxanthine in the gas-phase experiments.展开更多
Objective:To discuss the difference between multi-drug resistant cell line A549/Gem and its parental cell A549 on the basis of establishment of human gemcitabine-resistant cell line A549/Gem so as to elaborate the pos...Objective:To discuss the difference between multi-drug resistant cell line A549/Gem and its parental cell A549 on the basis of establishment of human gemcitabine-resistant cell line A549/Gem so as to elaborate the possible mechanisms of gemcitabine resistance.Methods:Human gemcitabine-resistant non-small cell lung cancer cell line A549/Gem was estab-lished by the method of repeated clinical serous peak concentration plus gradually increasing concentration of gemcitabine from its parental cell human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 which was sensitive to gemcitabine.During the course of inducement,we had monitored their morphology,checked their resistance indexes and resistant pedigree by MTT method,gathered their growth curves and calculated their doubling time,examined their DNA contents and cell cycles by FCM;at the same time,we had measured their expressions of P53,EGFR,Cerb-B-2,PTEN,PCNA,c-myc,VEGF,MDR-1,Bcl-2,nm23,MMP-9,TIMP-1,and CD44v6 proteins via immunocytochemistry staining,RRM1 and ERCC1 mRNA by real-time fluorescent quantitative-PCR.Results:The resistance index of A549/Gem' cells(the deputy of cells in the process of inducement) to gemcitabine was 163.228,and the cell line also exhibited cross-resistance to vinorelbine,taxotere,fluorouraci,etoposide and cisplatin,but kept sensitivity to paclitaxol and oxaliplatin.The doubling time of A549/Gem' was shorter and figures in G0-G1 phases were increased than A549 cells.Compared with A549 cells,A549/Gem' cells achieved EGFR and c-myc proteins expressions,nm23 protein expression enhanced,P53,Cerb-B-2 and Bcl-2 proteins expressions reduced,PTEN,PCNA and MDR-1 proteins expressions vanished,but those of MMP-9,VEGF,CD44v6 and TIMP-1 proteins changed trivially.Meanwhile,expressions of RRM1 and ERCC1 mRNA were augmented markedly.The resistance index of A549/Gem cells to gemcitabine was 129.783,and the cell line also held cross-resistance to vinorelbine,taxotere,etoposide,cisplatin and sensitivity to paclitaxol.But the resistance to fluorouracil and sensitivity to oxaliplatin vanished.And the expression of RRM1 and ERCC1 mRNA decreased visibly.The doubling time of A549/Gem cells was longer and figures in G0-G1 phases were decreased than A549/Gem' cells.In A549/Gem cells,expressions of P53,EGFR,PCNA and MDR-1 proteins was same to those of A549/Gem' cells.A549/Gem cells achieved TIMP-1 and PTEN proteins expressions,Cerb-B-2,MMP-9,c-myc and Bcl-2 proteins expressions enhanced,nm23 protein expressions vanished,but the expressions of VEGF and CD44v6 proteins changed trivially.Furthermore,Compared with its parental cell A549,A549/Gem cell was mixed with giant cells of different sizes and was larger and more irregular.Conclusion:The human gemcitabine-resistant non-small cell lung cancer cell line A549/Gem had achieved multi-drug resistance and great changes of biological characters compared with its parental cells A549.And these changes possibly participated in the formation of multidrug resistance.展开更多

Firstly, c...The advantages of OPV (organic photovoltaic) are low cost, little pollution and flexible. But challenge for OPV manufacture still is lacking of accurately performance measurement due to capacitance issue. Firstly, characterization of OPV requires considering the slowly temporal response due to capacitance effect, and the relative I-V (current-voltage) curves are strongly dependent on the voltage sweep direction, even for the sweep time only in few seconds or less. Secondly, the IPCE (incident photon-to-electron conversion efficiency) also shows the slowly temporal response due to capacitance effect and is dependent on the wavelength of the incident light. Furthermore, the related features for measuring I-V curves are more sensitive with temperature due to non-linear characteristics issue, but current IPCE spectra of OPV are similar to that happened in conventional crystalline Si or amorphous silicon devices. In this work, we developed a RTOSM (real-time one-sweep method) applied both in I-V and IPCE to analysis different electronic transport materials, and result showed this new approach proposed a good way to slow down testing time and having better accuracy for OPV measurement by eliminating acceptance effect instantly.展开更多

In this paper, adsorption and regeneration characteristics of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) used as adsorbent were investigated for the removal of 1,3-beuzenediol (BDO) from water by the supercritieal wat...In this paper, adsorption and regeneration characteristics of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) used as adsorbent were investigated for the removal of 1,3-beuzenediol (BDO) from water by the supercritieal water (SCW) technique. FFIR, XPS, SEM and dispersion stability tests were used to characterize the structure and surface morphology of CNTs. The results showed that CNTs surfaces were slightly activated and strongly etched in supercritieal water system. The adsorption capacity of SCW-treated CNTs was higher than that of raw CNTs. The adsorbed amounts for treated CNTs and raw CNTs samples at the same initial concentration of 60 mg/L were ca. 16.42 and 7.30 mg/g, respectively. The BDO adsorption of treated CNTs was due to the physical adsorption. The experimental data fit Freundlich isotherm model better than Langmuir one. The loaded adsorbent could be efficiently desorbed and regenerated by SCW technique. Therefore, SCW is a promising and environmentally friendly technique for the improvement of adsorption and regeneration of CNTs.展开更多

The strength of halogen and hydrogen bonds in the triangular complexes using halide as common acceptor obeys the order of iodide〉bromide〉chloride. The halogen and hydrogen bonds work weak-cooperatively. Charge transfer bands of halogen bonding complexes between CBra and halide are observed in UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy in three solvents, and then the stoichiometry of 1:1, formation constants K and molar extinction coefficients ε of the halogen bonding complexes are obtained by Benesi-Hildebrand method. The K and ε show a dependence on the solvent dielectric constant and, on the whole, obey an order of iodide〉bromide〉chloride in the same solvents. Furthermore, the C-H vibrational frequencies of solvent molecules vary obviously with the addition of halide, which indicates the C-H…X- interaction. The experimental data indicate that the halogen bond and hydrogen bond coexist by sharing a common halide acceptor as predicted by calculation.展开更多

It was found that in anthoc...Anatomical structure of differently originated seed envelopes in one-seeded indehiscent fruits of Urticaceae and Asteraceae members is studied using light and scanning electron microscopes. It was found that in anthocarps and involucrate fruits of both families the relations between the primary (pericarp) and secondary fruit envelopes (perianth and/or involucre) were composed under complexification (union) type, and not as substitution. Numerous examples of non-homologous resemblance in fruit envelope structure indicate a high degree of adaptability of certain histological types, recurring on a different morphological basis in different phyletic lines within a family. These tissue complexes represent widely occurring types of the pericarp (Utricaceae) or pericarp and seed coat tissue union (Asteraceae). This evolutionary repetition or pseudocyclic resemblance is apparently another common regularity of one-seeded indehiscent fruits evolution in addition to those enumerated in general by Zohary (1950).展开更多

The effects of the coating on rate capability and cycle life at high cut-off voltage are inv...The Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 is first obtained by the controlled crystallization method and then coated with Ni3(PO4)2particles. The effects of the coating on rate capability and cycle life at high cut-off voltage are investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and galvanostatic measurements. The element ratio of Ni:Mn:Co is tested by inductively-coupled plasma spectrometer(ICP) analysis and it testified to be 1:1:1. It is indicated that Ni3(PO4)2-coated Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 has an outstanding capacity retention, where 99% capacity retention is maintained after 10 cycles at 5C discharge rate between 2.7 V and 4.6 V. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) results show that the current exchange density i0 of the coated sample is higher than that of Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2, which is beneficial to its electrochemical performances. All the conclusions show that the Ni3(PO4)2coating can prominently enhance the high rate performance of the Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2, especially at high cut-off voltage.展开更多

The medium used is an i...A laboratory-scale MFC (microbial fuel cell) was studied in order to determine the capacity and the efficiency of electricity production in microbial fuel cell system by using microorganisms. The medium used is an isolated culture ofSaccharomces cereviciae. A number of media has been evaluated to provide the best growth phase for Saccharomces cereviciae using optical density method with spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 550 nm. Nation 117, Lyntech, USA is used as proton exchange membrane and graphites with surface area 1.46 x 10.3 m2 are used as cathodes. Cathode chamber is fulfilled with a mixture of electrolyte compounds K3Fe(CN)6 and a buffer solution. Microbes that have been cultured are applied into anode chamber. A number of factors need to be controlled so that microbes can generate electrical energy efficiently, such as by measuring the degree of acidity and DO value in the anode compartment. In this research, the usage of riboflavin as a mediator is also investigated, while the usage of riboflavin increase production efficiency 53.90% compare to MFC without riboflavin as a mediator.展开更多

The loaded adsorbent could be efficiently desorbed and regenerated by SCW technique. Therefore, SCW is a promising and environmentally friendly technique for the improvement of adsorption and regeneration of CNTs.

文摘The theoretical calculation and spectroscopic experiments indicate a kind of triangular three bonding supramolecular complexes CBr4…X^-…-H-C, which consist of carbon tetrabromide, halide, and protic solvent molecule (referring to dichloromethane, chloroform and acetonitrile), can be formed in solution. The strength of halogen and hydrogen bonds in the triangular complexes using halide as common acceptor obeys the order of iodide〉bromide〉chloride. The halogen and hydrogen bonds work weak-cooperatively. Charge transfer bands of halogen bonding complexes between CBra and halide are observed in UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy in three solvents, and then the stoichiometry of 1:1, formation constants K and molar extinction coefficients ε of the halogen bonding complexes are obtained by Benesi-Hildebrand method. The K and ε show a dependence on the solvent dielectric constant and, on the whole, obey an order of iodide〉bromide〉chloride in the same solvents. Furthermore, the C-H vibrational frequencies of solvent molecules vary obviously with the addition of halide, which indicates the C-H…X- interaction. The experimental data indicate that the halogen bond and hydrogen bond coexist by sharing a common halide acceptor as predicted by calculation.
文摘Anatomical structure of differently originated seed envelopes in one-seeded indehiscent fruits of Urticaceae and Asteraceae members is studied using light and scanning electron microscopes. It was found that in anthocarps and involucrate fruits of both families the relations between the primary (pericarp) and secondary fruit envelopes (perianth and/or involucre) were composed under complexification (union) type, and not as substitution. Numerous examples of non-homologous resemblance in fruit envelope structure indicate a high degree of adaptability of certain histological types, recurring on a different morphological basis in different phyletic lines within a family. These tissue complexes represent widely occurring types of the pericarp (Utricaceae) or pericarp and seed coat tissue union (Asteraceae). This evolutionary repetition or pseudocyclic resemblance is apparently another common regularity of one-seeded indehiscent fruits evolution in addition to those enumerated in general by Zohary (1950).

文摘The Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 is first obtained by the controlled crystallization method and then coated with Ni3(PO4)2particles. The effects of the coating on rate capability and cycle life at high cut-off voltage are investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and galvanostatic measurements. The element ratio of Ni:Mn:Co is tested by inductively-coupled plasma spectrometer(ICP) analysis and it testified to be 1:1:1. It is indicated that Ni3(PO4)2-coated Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 has an outstanding capacity retention, where 99% capacity retention is maintained after 10 cycles at 5C discharge rate between 2.7 V and 4.6 V. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) results show that the current exchange density i0 of the coated sample is higher than that of Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2, which is beneficial to its electrochemical performances. All the conclusions show that the Ni3(PO4)2coating can prominently enhance the high rate performance of the Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2, especially at high cut-off voltage.
文摘A laboratory-scale MFC (microbial fuel cell) was studied in order to determine the capacity and the efficiency of electricity production in microbial fuel cell system by using microorganisms. The medium used is an isolated culture ofSaccharomces cereviciae. A number of media has been evaluated to provide the best growth phase for Saccharomces cereviciae using optical density method with spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 550 nm. Nation 117, Lyntech, USA is used as proton exchange membrane and graphites with surface area 1.46 x 10.3 m2 are used as cathodes. Cathode chamber is fulfilled with a mixture of electrolyte compounds K3Fe(CN)6 and a buffer solution. Microbes that have been cultured are applied into anode chamber. A number of factors need to be controlled so that microbes can generate electrical energy efficiently, such as by measuring the degree of acidity and DO value in the anode compartment. In this research, the usage of riboflavin as a mediator is also investigated, while the usage of riboflavin increase production efficiency 53.90% compare to MFC without riboflavin as a mediator.
