控规单元尺度城市更新中建筑碳排预计算研究--以武汉滨江商务区七期地块为例

我国已处于城镇化的后半程,加上“30目标+60愿景”国际承诺的做出,标志着存量更新和低碳规划将成为我国城市开发建设和转型发展的基本语境。建筑碳排是城市中的重要碳排放源,亦是影响城市更新的主要碳排因素和计算因子,针对当前我国城... 我国已处于城镇化的后半程,加上“30目标+60愿景”国际承诺的做出,标志着存量更新和低碳规划将成为我国城市开发建设和转型发展的基本语境。建筑碳排是城市中的重要碳排放源,亦是影响城市更新的主要碳排因素和计算因子,针对当前我国城市更新中建筑碳排计算研究的缺失,以控规单元尺度为研究范围,以建筑碳排预计算为研究对象,综合运用多种定量研究方法与工具平台及图式化语言进行研究分析。在能耗模拟框架下,对三种常用建筑碳排预计算方法进行比选,选取“根据规划用地类型与强度推算建筑能耗”的碳排计算方法。以武汉滨江商务区七期地块为实证地块,根据城市更新规划设计方案,对城市更新后建筑碳排进行预计算及结果分析;并对现状地块的建筑碳排进行计算,对比分析地块更新前后建筑能耗的减排效应并进行原因探析,得出经过低碳城市更新后的建筑碳排降幅可达到约88%,主要原因在于高能耗建筑类型的减少及用地功能与性质的改变。在实证研究的基础上,从三个方面提出控规单元尺度城市更新的低碳规划策略与技术路径,最后对研究的科学价值和现实意义进行讨论,并提出未来研究应继续努力与完善的方向。 展开更多

Time-varying frequency selective attenuation and colored noises are unfavorable characteristics of power line communication(PLC) channels of the low voltage networks.To overcome these disadvantages,a novel real-time dynamic spectrum management(DSM) algorithm in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)-based high-speed narrow-band power line communication(HNPLC) systems is proposed,and the corresponding FPGA circuit is designed and realized.Performance of the proposed DSM is validated with a large amount of network experiments under practical PLC circumstance.As the noise in each narrow subcarrier is approximately Gaussian,the proposed DSM adopts the BER/SER expression formulized via the AWGN channel to provide a handy and universal strategy for power allocation.The real-time requirement is guaranteed by choosing subcarriers in group and employing the same modulation scheme within each transmission.These measures are suitable for any modulation scheme no matter the system criterion is to maximize data rate or minimize power/BER.Algorithm design and hardware implementation of the proposed DSM are given with some flexible and efficient conversions.The DSM circuit is carried out with Xilinx KC705.Simulation and practical experiments validate that the proposed real-time DSM significantly improves system performance. 展开更多

Numerical simulation of dynamic process for liquid film spreading by lattice Boltzmann method and its experimental verification 被引量:2

Combined with the kinetic model of liquid film spreading, a new numerical method of solid-liquid-gas three-phase flow was developed for the moving of contact line, which was a hybrid method of computational fluid dynamics and lattice Boltzmalm method (LBM). By taking the effect of molecule force in droplet and the wall surface on liquid film into account, the changing law of contact angle with different surface tensions was analyzed on glass and aluminum foil surfaces. Compared with experimental results, the standard deviation by using LBM is less than 0.5°, which validates the feasibility of LBM simulation on the dynamic process of liquid film spreading. In addition, oscillations are discovered both at the initial and end phases. The phenomenon of retraction is also found and the maximum retraction angle is 7.58°. The obtained result shows that the retraction is proved to be correlative with precursor film by tracking the volume change of liquid film contour. Furthermore, non-dimensional coefficient 2 is introduced to measure the liquid film retraction capacity. 展开更多

The development of urbanization has a close relationship with fresh water resources, especially in the rapid urbanization period. By analyzing the course of the urhanization development and the experience of international urbanization development, the paper confirms the starting time of the rapid urbanization. Based on the ecotogical theory; urban fresh water consumption is composed of three types: the direct, the indirect and the induced water consumption. And the paper constructs calculation model of the indirect and the induced water consumption. Using the related statistics data, the paper makes an empirical research on the changes of the amount and structure of water consumption. Then it discusses the correlation between the water consumption and the amount of urban population, and the result shows that the amount of the water consumption arid the urban population have a remarkable correlation with the exception of the amount of the indirect water consumption, and the curves fake on quadratic functian form. Last, from the urban fimction point of view; the paper anatomizes the cause of the urban water consumption changes. 展开更多

AIM:To identify and assess the novel makers for detection of Shiga toxin producing Escherichia coli (STEC) O157:H7 with an integrated computational and experimental approach. METHODS:High-throughput NCBI blast (E-value cutoff e-5) was used to search homologous genes among all sequenced prokaryotic genomes of each gene encoded in each of the three strains of STEC O157:H7 with complete genomes,aiming to find unique genes in O157:H7 as its potential markers. To ensure that the identified markers from the three strains of STEC O157:H7 can serve as general markers for all the STEC O157:H7 strains,a genomic barcode approach was used to select the markers to minimize the possibility of choosing a marker gene as part of a transposable element. Effectiveness of the markers predicted was then validated by running polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on 18 strains of O157:H7 with 5 additional genomes used as negative controls. RESULTS:The blast search identified 20,16 and 20 genes,respectively,in the three sequenced strains of STEC O157:H7,which had no homologs in any of the other prokaryotic genomes. Three genes,wzy,Z0372 and Z0344,common to the three gene lists,were selected based on the genomic barcode approach. PCR showed an identification accuracy of 100% on the 18 tested strains and the 5 controls. CONCLUSION:The three identified novel markers,wzy,Z0372 and Z0344,are highly promising for the detection of STEC O157:H7,in complementary to the known markers. 展开更多

Filling the Gap between Voters and Cryptography in e-Voting

Cryptography is an important tool in the design and implementation of e-voting schemes since it can provide verifiability, which is not provided in the traditional voting. But in the real life, most voters can neither understand the profound theory of cryptography nor perform the complicated cryptographic computation. An e-voting system is presented in this paper to leverage the use of cryptography. It combines the advantages of voting scheme of Moran-Naor and voting scheme based on homomorphic encryption. It makes use of the cryptographic technique, but it hides the details of cryptographic computation from voters. Compared with voting scheme of Moran-Naor, the new system has three advantages: the ballots can be recovered when the voting machine breaks down, the costly cut-and-choose zero-knowledge proofs for shuffling votes made by the voting machine are avoided and the partial tally result in each voting machine can be kept secret. 展开更多

Thermal management is a key issue in the integrated circuit(IC)design.In this paper,the superposition strategy was experimentally validated using a modeling IC device,which was fabricated by laboratory-level microfabrication technique.Metal thin film resistors on the top of dielectric layer were used to analogize the multiple hot-spots in the modeling IC device.The measured temperature rise with multiple hot-spots agrees well with the predictions given by the superposition calculations.With the help of the superposition strategy,thermal management of IC device can be significantly simplified by decomposing the system into sub-systems and optimizing each part individually.The influence coefficients in the superposition strategy extracted from the experimental measurement offer the IC designers a useful engineering tool to facility the thermal optimization and evaluate the thermal performance of IC devices. 展开更多
