LBL-CBL-PBL三轨教学模式在产前超声诊断实习带教中的应用研究

研究产前超声诊断实习带教实施传统授课模式(LBL)-“基于案例”教学法( CBL)-基于问题的学习( PBL)三轨教学模式教学的应用价值。方法:纳入2019年1月到2019年12月行产前超声诊断实习的实习生共94例,开展本次研究。采用随机数字表法分组... 研究产前超声诊断实习带教实施传统授课模式(LBL)-“基于案例”教学法( CBL)-基于问题的学习( PBL)三轨教学模式教学的应用价值。方法:纳入2019年1月到2019年12月行产前超声诊断实习的实习生共94例,开展本次研究。采用随机数字表法分组。带教①组(47例):实施LBL实习带教;带教②组(47例):实施LBL-CBL-PBL三轨教学模式带教。研究产前超声诊断实习带教理论知识、操作技能得分、临床教学质量考核量表评分、临床教学满意度。结果:带教②组的产前超声诊断实习带教理论知识得分、操作技能得分,临床教学质量考核量表评分、临床教学满意度,相比带教①组而言均更高(p<0.05)。结论:产前超声诊断实习带教实施LBL-CBL-PBL三轨教学模式教学的应用价值更高,有利于实习生更好的掌握产前超声诊断知识和技能,提高临床教学质量,实习生对产前超声诊断实习带教的满意度更佳。 展开更多

目的:探讨行动学习法联合启发式教学在提高中医妇科临床教学质量中的作用。方法:选择医院中医妇科2020年的76名实习医生作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组38名。对照组采用常规中医妇科临床教学,观察组采用行动学习法联合启发式教... 目的:探讨行动学习法联合启发式教学在提高中医妇科临床教学质量中的作用。方法:选择医院中医妇科2020年的76名实习医生作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组38名。对照组采用常规中医妇科临床教学,观察组采用行动学习法联合启发式教学法进行教学,比较两组实习医生的中医妇科临床教学理论知识得分、操作技能得分、临床教学质量考核量表评分、岗位胜任力情况调查问卷评分、临床教学满意度。结果:观察组实习医生的中医妇科临床教学理论知识得分、操作技能得分、临床教学质量考核量表各维度评分、岗位胜任力情况调查问卷各维度评分、临床教学满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医妇科临床教学实施行动学习法联合启发式教学模式教学的应用价值更高,有利于实习医生更好地掌握中医妇科知识和技能,提高临床教学质量,提高岗位胜任力,实习医生对中医妇科临床教学的满意度更高。 展开更多

A number of studies show that bilingual education in private universities is worth studying in recent years, but its feasibility causes many debates at the same time which students are not as superior in both English proficiency and expertise as what we have expect- ed.However, it is undeniable that teaching process of teachers becomes significant influence on students' learning results. In my research I focus on the comprehensive view and procedures of teaching and set up the index system for evaluation of bilingual teaching process from teachers' perspective. In addition, I calculate the weighted value of each index at each level by using the root method, and determine the key success factors which affecting the quality of bilingual teaching process. Lastly, taking Oxbridge college as an example, I try to study what types of factors that constitutes conditions and limitations for a successful effect for bilingual teaching and to propose the solutions for improving and self-supervising in bilingual teaching process. 展开更多
